This research is an approach to intelligent vehicles with a LoRa communication system, LoRaWAN compatible for Long-Range and Outdoor Communication, but in this paper, we will test the ability of LoRa to handle autonomous vehicles, a Blind-Adaptive Data method will be tried on vehicles systems. The system offered is when the vehicle is running, the sensor will send position data in real-time, the number of vehicles is four, and GPS data is sent alternately using the Blind Adaptive Data Rate principle to avoid data collisions, and when the GPS shows a certain position, the value of SF is ascertained, which affects the data rate and ToA, and the output given is RSSI on each car, speed of a car, power consumption of sensor nodes, signal power, SNR, Bit rate or data rate, and sensitivity. With the Blind ADR principle, it is ensured that there is no data collision between car position data that causes packet loss. © 2023 IEEE.

The atmospheric turbulence as the natural media of optical propagation for the free-space optical (FSO) communications is the great advantage to reach flexible connection and low-cost deployment but also is the major problem as well. Since, the phenomena of optical propagation in the atmosphere are random process, an optical signal is induced that produces severe effects to the performance. Thus, a method to reach best performance of FSO must be developed intensively to reduce the severe effects of atmospheric turbulence. One of the solutions to reduce those aforementioned effects is an ultrashort pulse implemented in FSO to modulate frequency carrier as the signal of optical propagation. In this paper, an investigation of an ultrashort pulse was performed through simulation. An ultrashort pulse has a great chance to be implemented in FSO since it has shorter width of pulse duration than a short pulse. An ultrashort pulse is generated using optical second harmonic pulse generator that produce a pulse at 50 fs of width. Based on the results of simulation, the ultrashort pulses showing better performance of FSO than short pulses have. © 2022 Institute of Advanced engineering and Science (IAES).

The emergence of OpenAI's ChatGPT is paying a lot of attention to Generative AI and its impact on Academic integrity. Generative AI is a system designed to generate content or output such as text, image, audio, simulation, video and code based on their respective training data. ChatGPT itself is in the form of a chatbot where users can communicate with AI through dialogue applications via text. GPT 3 API is the technology behind the ChatGPT. However, interaction via text is not as flexible as dialogue using voice. Therefore, speech-to-text technology is needed to interface between the user and the AI. Chatbot AI powered by GPT3 with the optional voice UI powered by Google Text to Speech clearly benefits accessibility and usability. The output of dialogue between human users and AI can be done through text or sound. This research attempts to implement a Text to Speech and vice versa Speech to Text as a User Interface on a Gen-AI using the GPT 3 API so that it will be more user-friendly and accessible. This research opens many possibilities for human-AI interaction (HAX) in implementing virtual assistants. A seamless dialogue between humans and AI will be our goal in the future.

Industrial development requires accurate and reliable control technology. One of the popular control systems is PID control. This paper discusses the implementation of the PID method for ping-pong ball position control by utilizing the theory of the Coanda effect. The control system was designed using Arduino as the controller and LabVIEW as the control interface. Tests were carried out by combining set point values to determine whether the position control system worked properly or not. The test results show that the PID method combined with LabVIEW can work well with the results of the PID control test at successive heights of 15 cm, 20 cm, 25 cm, 30 cm, and 35 cm obtained rise time (tr) 3.49 seconds, 4.58 seconds, 9.08 sec, 9.92 sec, and 8.84 sec. The average tolerance is 1.5 cm for the upper limit and 1 cm for the lower limit.

Diabetes, especially T2DM, continues to be a significant health problem. One of the major concerns associated with diabetes is the development of its complications. Diabetic nephropathy, one of the chronic complication of diabetes, adversely affects the kidneys, leading to kidney damage. Diagnosing diabetic nephropathy involves considering various criteria, one of which is the presence of a pathologically significant quantity of albumin in urine, known as albuminuria. Thus, early prediction of albuminuria in diabetic patients holds the potential for timely preventive measures. This study aimed to develop a supervised learning model to predict the risk of developing albuminuria in T2DM patients. The selected supervised learning algorithms included Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), decision tree, random forest, AdaBoost, XGBoost, and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). Our private dataset, comprising 184 entries of diabetes complications risk factors, was used to train the algorithms. It consisted of 10 attributes as features and 1 attribute as the target (albuminuria). Upon conducting the experiments, the MLP demonstrated superior performance compared to the other algorithms. It achieved accuracy and f1-score values as high as 0.74 and 0.75, respectively, making it suitable for screening purposes in predicting albuminuria in T2DM. Nonetheless, further studies are warranted to enhance the model's performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Planck's constant experiment has been carried out to determine the value of Planck's constant using the regression analysis method. The steps are carried out using the scientific process outlined in the practical work steps. The specification of the experimental equipment uses the Planck constant experimental set with 12v/35w tungsten halogen light, 15v output, +-0.2% accuracy, 220V power requirement, 0.5A fuse rating and red, yellow 1, yellow 2, and red color filters, green and blue. Experiments using the concept of the photoelectric effect phenomenon began by irradiating metallic materials with light using a filter. The wavelength (635, 570, 540, 500, 460) nm is the light filter variation. The wavelength that hits the metal material is selected by placing a light filter on the light propagation path toward the metal material. So the light that passes through the filter is only light with a certain wavelength. After the metal material is irradiated by light with a certain wavelength, then the stopping potential voltage measurement is carried out on the metal material irradiated by light. From the variation of the light filter used, it is possible to calculate Planck's constant using the regression method with the value obtained 6.26x1034. This value is very close to the actual Planck's constant value which is 6.62x1034 so an error value is obtained 4.23%. With 95.77% accuracy, Planck's constant value obtained from the calculation using the linear regression method can be said to be very close to the actual Planck's constant value. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The research objective of this is to see how to apply science practicum online using Microsoft Teams and Learning Management System (LMS). The form of this research is classroom action research which aims to apply the online science practicum during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is carried out using two cycles in the application of online science practicum. The subjects of this study were students of the seventh semester in the Natural Science practicum course. Through observation and evaluation, it is shown that in the cycle I the percentage of practicum implementation which includes aspects of preparation, process and data and practicum results is 87.5%, in cycle II it has increased to 92.5%. In the assessment aspect of the practicum report, the average practicum assessment obtained in the first cycle was 3.09 from the highest score of 4 and in the second cycle was 3.7, while the aspect of student knowledge about the use of the Microsoft team which was taken using google form was 93%. In the aspect of student knowledge about the use of Learning Management System (LMS) by 75% and aspects of student understanding in the implementation of online science practicum using Microsoft Teams by 75%. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. The purpose of this study is to reveal the condition of teachers' digital literacy and the effect of the achievement motivation towards digital literacy among Tourism vocational teachers in Yogyakarta based on age generation, i.e the generation differences of Baby Boomers, X and Y. This research belongs to ex-post-facto with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 130 teachers consisting of teachers from state tourism vocational schools in Yogyakarta. The results showed that the majority of digital literacy among tourism vocational teachers can be categorized as medium and the variable of achievement motivation plays a significant influence on digital literacy. Moreover, there was a significant influence from the facilities that were used by the teachers towards their digital literacy. Also, there were differences in teachers' digital literacy among teachers who were born in the baby boomers generation, X and Y generation. It means that the variable age generation of teachers can improve the digital literacy skills of vocational school teachers in the field of tourism. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The global requirement for sustainable energy supply to enhance industrial productivity and reduce production costs has focused researchers’ attention to renewable energy in recent years. Solar energy mitigates the dangers connected with the use of fossil fuels in electricity generation. This work is set to evaluate the heat transmission capacities of Williamson hybrid nanofluid flow across a flat plate with viscous dissipation and heat source. The mathematical model explaining the flow interaction of Williamson hybrid nanofluid, combining viscous dissipation, heat source, and temperature-variation thermal conductivity and viscosity, is created using conservation laws. The specified system of non-linear coupled partial differential equations undergoes non-similarity transformation. The resulting non-dimensional model is solved using the bivariate spectral weighted residual method. The accuracy of the method is proven by comparing obtained results with those in the literature, and a good agreement is observed. Graphs are utilized to explain the thermophysical properties that are being considered. The results show that the fluid temperature rises when there is a source of heating and viscous dissipation. The velocity and the fluid parameter (We) have an inverse connection, whereas the temperature of the fluid has the opposite impact. Moreover, when nanoparticles are present, the thermal boundary layer rises along with the nanoparticles, thickening the velocity boundary layer and decreasing fluid velocity. Findings also show that for the Vd∈[0.1,0.5], the skin drag force and Nusselt number retard by 0.64%,14.06% for the shrinking sheet and 0.21%,6.57% for the stretching sheet respectively. In the same vein, an 100% surge in the porosity parameter escalate the skin friction coefficient by 19.13% and 26.91% and the Nusselt number by 4.92% and 2.06% respectively for both the contracting and elastic sheet. Several studies have examined the connection between innovation, technology, and organizational culture in recent years. Management of technology and innovation is crucial to an organization's expansion and success. The development of an innovative organizational culture comes before technology and innovation management. This study's primary goal was to assess how organizational culture affects innovation in the Indian service sector. The study made use of a paradigm for understanding organisational culture created by Cameron and Quinn, which looks at culture as a collection of conflicting values from four angles. A descriptive survey research design was used in the investigation. Employees of service industries made up the study's population. More than twenty IT organizations participated in the survey, and 120 out of 180 respondents returned completed questionnaires. This indicated a response rate of 66%.The collected data was analyzed using inferential data analysis techniques and descriptive statistics. Tables and figures were created after analysis with IBM SPSS software. The results demonstrated that the strongest associations with innovation and technology were found in companies with flexible, collaborative, and employee-friendly cultures. Lastly, the study suggests areas for additional research, such as employing a new organizational culture model for the study or qualitative techniques for data collecting and analysis to reveal deeper cultural features. © 2024 IEEE.
