Entering the industrial era 4.0, the role of the world of education is very important in forming graduates who are competent and can compete in the business world. Graduates are required to have understanding and expertise / skills in their respective fields. Therefore learning activities must innovate in meeting the demands of the workplace. One of them is by utilizing technological advances in learning activities in the form of learning applications based on project tasks. With this project-based blended learning model, students are trained to complete a project designed according to the needs of the industry / company and can take advantage of learning applications as learning media. Lecturers can monitor the development of projects carried out by students through learning applications, besides that this application can be used by lecturers and students to discuss when problems are encountered during learning activities. The assessment activities are not only from mastering the material but also from student project assignments. By giving projects to students, it can train students' ability to solve problems and do simple designs on computer networks. This learning model was implemented at STMIK Indonesia Padang in the Computer Network Design and Management course. The development of this project-based Blended Learning model was carried out using the Borg and Gall development model. From the results of the development produced a learning syntax of project-based blended learning models. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

Processing mocaf into pie susu with the addition of super food 'spirulina'

The purpose of this study was to obtain pie susu mocaf-spirulina products with local fruit varieties (pineapple and Balinese grapes). Mocaf (modified cassava flour) has characteristics similar to low protein flour and gluten free. Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae that is considered a super food because of its nutritional properties that are very good for health. The research method includes 1) experimental trials of the formula for mocaf spirulina pie susu, in the variation of the addition of spirulina to the formulation of mocaf pie susu 2) conduct an Organoleptic Test, with an instrument using the Visual Analog Score (VAS) for the Hedonic test (preference) 3) Perform an Organoleptic Test, with an instrument using VAS for the Hedonic Quality test (quality). The results showed: 1) obtained a pastry formulation (skin) of mocaf pie susu with the addition of 2.5 gr of spirulina (0.5% of the weight of the ingredients) ained mocaf pie susu formulation with the addition of 2.5gr spirulina to mocaf pie susu with pineapple and grape vla; 2) The level of preference for mocaf spirulina pie susu (pineapple vla and grape vla) is the color of the likes category, the texture of the likes, the aroma of the likes and the taste of the likes. 3) the quality level of mocaf spirulina pie susu (pineapple vla and grape vla) is greenish color, crunchy texture, pastry fragrant aroma and sweet taste.

The research purposed to analyze the characteristics of chemistry module on acid-base and electrochemistry topic based on vehicle context, to analyze the feasibility of module according to chemistry learning experts and to analyze the response of chemistry teachers and students of Automotive engineering program (AEP) about this module. This research using mixed methods and exploratory model design. The data collected from expert validation sheets also teachers and students response questionnaire. Technique of data analysis begins by converting qualitative data into quantitative data using Likert scales. Furthermore, the total and average score of each component can be determined from the quantitative data. The result of the average scores were converted into qualitative feasibility criteria according to the rating category. The product of the development was a chemistry module on acid-base and electrochemistry topic based on vehicle context for students in AEP. The experts considered feasibility of the module. This module had assessed by 5 teachers and 10 students. The module assessed by teachers showed a very good response while the module assessed by students showed a good response. Therefore, this module is feasible and can be used as a learning resource for students of AEP to enhance quality of chemistry learning. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study aims to analyze the characteristic, feasibility, teachers' and students' responses of Hydrocarbon Chemistry and Petroleum (HCP) module based on the context of vehicle case on automotive engineering. Exploratory mixed method has been employed in this research. The research procedures used four steps including qualitative, development, quantitative, and interpretation step. The instruments used to collect the data consisting the three questionnaires, one open questionnaire to obtain the validation and two close questionnaires to collect the teachers and students' responses toward the HCP module. HCP module based on the context of vehicle case on automotive engineering program was yielded as a result of this reseach. The characteristic of research product was integrating between chemistry and automotive subject based on basic competence of curriculum and integrated by vehicle context in first chapter, concept map, activities, examples, and exercise. A group of experts consisting two lectures were confirmed that the HCP module has a correct chemistry content. A very good category was given as the response of the teacher. Moreover, the students response were very interest toward the HCP module. The students and the tachers could be utilize the HCP module as learning sources reference to gain a succesfull chemistry learning. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Throughout the industry, pulse width modulation voltage source inverters (PWM-VSI) are commonly utilized with adjustable speed drives (ASD) to control, most commonly, induction motors. Especially in the mining and petroleum industries, long cables connecting motors and inverters are often present, which can cause several problems. As an innovative solution, an alternative system configuration has been previously proposed, in which the rectifier is kept in its typical location, and the inverter bridge and DC bus capacitors are installed near the driven motor. Long cables are used as a DC transmission line, mitigating the high-frequency problems resulting from the inverter-cable-motor interaction. On the other hand, new concerns regarding the reliability of the power devices arise once the inverter is installed in harsh ambient conditions. In this context, this work proposes a reliability analysis of such drive configuration, applying the physics of failure (PoF) approach combined with the design for reliability (DfR) methodology to carry out the design adjustments to achieve the reliability required for the application, focusing on the inverter IGBT modules. Moreover, this paper will evaluate widely accepted multilevel inverter topologies and modulation strategies, verifying those capable of minimizing implementation costs and ensuring adequate reliability indexes for the system—aiming to enable the commercial use of this promising configuration. The results show that a three-level active neutral point clamped inverter (3L-ANPC) topology applying two pulse width modulation (PWM) strategies and 400 A – 6.5 kV IGBTs would be the most appropriate from this study's reliability and feasibility analyses.

Community empowerment through development of biogas installation with fixed dome plant technology in Kenteng Village, Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency

Kenteng Village has the potential for beef development due to its high cattle population. However, cow dung waste produced by farmers has not been optimally used, hence its additional benefits have not contributed to the community's economy. This has also led to environmental pollution due to improper waste management. Therefore, empowerment efforts are needed to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in managing livestock manure to increase their income and create environmentally friendly conditions through training activities on the manufacture of organic bio-slurry fertilizer as well as maintenance and construction of biogas installations using fixed dome plant technology. Furthermore, the training was held from August 15-September 26, 2021, in Kenteng Village, Nogosari District, Boyolali Regency. The empowerment program is implemented through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), extension, training, demonstration plots on the production technology of organic fertilizer and biogas for fuel production. Materials used in producing the fertilizer include slurry obtained from biogas waste and agricultural lime/dolomite. The dome plant constructed contains a digester with 6 main parts, namely inlet, reactor, gas reservoir, outlet, gas transport system and compost pits for degassed animal manure/bio-slurry. The training result shows an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills on the application of bio-slurry organic fertilizer production technology and the construction of biogas installations as a fuel producer. There was also an increase in their income, which improved their standard of living. Conclusively, the community in Kenteng Village was more empowered by the existence of a biogas installation development program.

Energy in Indonesia is increasing rapidly every year in line with economic involvement, and human growth that is getting more and more energy is not fulfilled every year. Indonesia is among the most energy users because of its population; this is what drives the government to accelerate the use of renewable energy such as solar. This is related to its use, which can help many people who live in cities and remote areas such as; Electricity in households, public facilities, offices, electricity is said to be the most environmentally friendly. This research was conducted in Central Java by using descriptive qualitative methods and using research and development (R&D) methods. The technique used in this study is a qualitative expressive analysis technique. The resultant solution is to be able to meet the increasing electricity needs of the community, the use of renewable energy in the city that does not hurt the environment. This research produces renewable energy that can be used as a solution to solving the electrical energy crisis at an affordable cost and can increase the independence of the community so that it does not depend on government electricity supply and improve environmentally-friendly behavior.

Indonesian government through National Medium Development Term Plan (2015-2019) aims 100% easy access of clean and fresh drink water, and 100% decent access of sanitation. The present study aims to determine index risk of sanitation modeling (IRS) of domestic waste water as an effort in achieving the target of Universal Access 2020. Discriminants that resulted from the present study are: Z1 = -41.86 - (1,16*IRS) + (0,07*PM) + (0,16*PP) + (0,11*PWM) dan Z2 = 6.74 + (1,54*IRS) + (0,01*PM) + (0,21*PP) - (0,26*PWM) in which it is used to determine domestic waste water system. Variables that influence this system are index risk of sanitation (IRS), female participant (PP), poor people (PWM), and beneficiary (PM). When the equation mentioned above is applied into 154 districts in Surabaya, the result will be as follow: 1) Based on Domestic Waste Water System there are 57 districts (37,01%) that can be included into communal system, 31 (20,13%) districts are included into domestic IPAL system and 66 districts (42,86%) are included into combination between communal and IPAL system. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Management of patient data at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Community Health Center (UPT. Puskesmas) of Rhee Sumbawa District has not been fully computerized. The need for the development of an Information System to store medical records (history) of patient data. The research aims to develop information systems with descriptive research methods. For software development methods using Waterfall Models and built with Microsoft Visual Studio C# software and databases stored in Microsoft SQL Server software. Software testing uses Black Box Testing, which is testing software in functional terms. The results of research into digital data technology products that function to enter, change, delete data and minimize the time to find the data needed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data management.

Information and communication technology development today has provided the latest innovation in didactic world. One of such innovation is the usage of virtual reality (VR) as learning media. The application of virtual reality in learning environment started to be adopted because VR is considered more capable to explain learning material when compared with other learning material. Moreover, learning with VR has the capability for student to learn independently anytime and anywhere. One of VR utilization in learning environment is to use it in a Mini CNC machine assembly simulator. The learning media is meant to be used to improve student skill in assembling a Mini CNC machine independently. This research uses Research and Development method with waterfall model which has several stages which are communication, planning, modelling, construction, and deployment. However, this research only aims up to construction stage, because this research focuses on media functionality test. The media black box research has shown that the media is capable to function as expected.
