Citrus fruit is a fruit that has good vitamins and is popular with the public. This fruit also has various types with different benefits. Each type of orange also has a variety of colors. Types of oranges can be checked manually by looking directly at the color and texture of the fruit. This manual method is very simple but also very subjective because of the different understanding of each person about the types of oranges. Therefore, this research discusses and explains how to determine the type of fruit by comparing several methods, namely using the SVM method (Support Vector Machine), the CNN method (Convolutional Neural Network), the K-NN method (K-Nearest Neighbor), and the Naïve Bayes method by taking several samples of citrus fruit images consisting of sweet oranges, lemons and limes using a mobile phone camera. The total dataset used in this study is 90 datasets consisting of 30 sweet orange images, 30 lime images and 30 lemon images. Of the 90 datasets are divided into training data and test data. From the results of the study, it was obtained that the accuracy of compatibility with a percentage of 100% using the CNN method (Convolutional Neural Network).

Anemia, a prevalent global medical condition affecting approximately 33% of the world's population in 2015 and 32% of Indonesian adolescents in 2018, is characterized by a reduction in red blood cell count or hemoglobin levels, resulting in diminished oxygen-carrying capacity within the bloodstream. The conventional method for detecting anemia involves Complete Blood Count (CBC), which demands specialized hematology analyzers and substantial time. In response to these constraints, the Hemocount, a portable microscope utilizing the reverse lens technique, was developed to capture high-quality images of red blood cells. This innovative approach requires blood sample standardization for optimal Hemocount performance. The technique involves inverting the mobile camera lens, aligning the sensor focus with the sample, while a preparation table and light source illuminate from below. Experiments with various lens, table, and light source configurations identified the optimal setup as employing the front camera lens from an iPhone 5s, a transparent table, and a cool white light source, yielding a digital image resolution of 42.19 nm/px. This resolution allows for blood cell detection within the size range of 165.92 px to 189.62 px. For optimal results when using Hemocount, a recommended blood concentration of 50% minimizes standard deviation, while concentrations of 30% maximize the correlation coefficient R, and 25% yield clear images by preventing red blood cell enlargement due to osmosis.

The need for a communication system using VSAT technology on the Ku-Band band is now starting to develop in Indonesia, both the need for pay TV or internet provision, The problem in using VSAT Ku-band technology is propagation that occurs due to weather disturbances, especially rain. As a result of these weather conditions, it produces a high enough attenuation which can result in disruption, disturbance at a certain level can have an impact on service down. The switch diversity program is used to move channels from transmission networks that are affected by interference to other transmission channels. The fiber optic diversity channel under study has two channels. In this study, researchers conducted an analysis by making a comparison between two fiber optic cores using a diversity switch to determine the quality of the signal when the transmission path is exposed to rain. The results of the research on fiber optic links from the two transmission lines of one transmission obtain a signal quality that is less strong below the fair reference limit value where the value is −10.73 dB. Meanwhile, one transmission path has a fairly low attenuation value and signal reception is better close to the reference value. Signal-to-noise ratio Normal Downstream SNR 155 dB, Abnormal SNR < 80 dB.

The development of information and communication technology, especially the internet provides opportunities to improve the ability of lecturers to deliver courses to students without being limited by distance and time. This can be done by utilizing e-learning which will accelerate the transfer of knowledge and skills. E-learning is distance education that utilizes various digital tools and platforms. These tools and platform are used to support interaction, lectures and delivery of instructions between lecturers and students. This study will discuss the use of work system methods and the use of e-learning technology in a business entity. The work system methods are used to design information systems. Meanwhile e-learning technology in a business entity serves lecturers and students, conduct lectures at private universities in increasing knowledge dissemination, educational affordability and the use of technology and information as its support. The result of this research is the works system method model which refers to the analysis of data from the internet accessibility survey of students, analysis of its components, the system development cycle, the revision of the vision, mission and resources in private universities and recommendations of opportunities for the development of higher quality e-learning implementation. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The representatives of student associations at Private University are entrusted with the responsibility of empowering, facilitating, and nurturing the growth of the students, lecturers, and alumni within their respective programs. If the elected representatives do not align with the general consensus, problems are bound to arise. Therefore, student participation during the annual voting period is of utmost importance. When voting participation is low, the risk of the majority voice not being heard increases. Data from the General Election Commission in the private university reveals that among the four student associations in the Tech and IT Faculty, three of them have a participation rate lower than 50%.This research aims to develop an E-Voting system for Student Associations within the university, with the intention of replacing the currently utilized Google Form system and enhancing student participation in future voting periods. While constructing an electronic voting system, the security and confidentiality of participants are vital. The Paillier homomorphic encryption algorithm is employed in the system to encrypt and decrypt voting messages sent by voters, ensuring their confidentiality. This algorithm was chosen due to its relative recency, speed, and relevance to this research in comparison to other algorithms. A user acceptance test conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has demonstrated that the application has been successfully developed, with user assessments of 87.50% for perceived ease of use, 72.27% for perceived usefulness, 74.74% for behavioral intention, and 86.46% for actual usage.

Bora area have a mineralization system associated with geothermal activity, characterized by the presence of veins in the rock. This study aims to determine the indication of ore mineral. The method that used in this research is geological field survey and mineragraphic analysis. The results showed that the vein texture in the study area was in the form of crustiform-colloform, moss, and zoned crystal textures. Mineragraphic analysis results show the mineral content of ore associated with veins in the rock including pyrite, chalcopyrite and covelite. This proves that indication ore mineral in bora area is associated with the veins formed in the rock. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

One of the methods used to increase channel capacity is the Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) methods. The increase in channel capacity in PD-NOMA multiple access means that the maximum power used by each user in each narrow band achieves increased power efficiency. Therefore, this research focuses on facilitating the increase in channel capacity by designing an antenna that produces a radiation pattern with many sharp main lobes and high gain. The multi-beam radiation pattern is obtained by using edge weighting. Therefore the antenna is designed with odd and even numbers represented by 1x5 and 1x6 antennas on the microstrip patch rectangular antenna at a frequency of 2.6 GHz. The effect of parasitic and non-parasite effects on the radiation pattern of a planar antenna with edge modeling is manageable in the main lobe, only in the side level lobe, which is not too significant. However, the number of main lobes on the 1x6 antenna has seven beam patterns, and the 1x5 antenna has five. The highest gain value obtains in the 1x6 design with a parasitic of 6.01 dB. This value meets the Gain requirements for 5G cellular systems.

This research paper presents a bread mold identification system that utilizes digital image processing techniques, specifically K-means clustering and thresholding, to accurately detect and classify mold-infected areas on bread. The system aims to provide valuable information regarding the safety of consuming mold-contaminated bread, enabling consumers to make informed decisions and reduce the risk of health issues associated with consuming mold-infested bread. the K-means clustering algorithm for mold classification, considering factors such as the number of iterations and the distance metric within the feature space to determine its accuracy. The GLCM feature extraction technique is employed to extract texture information from bread images, encompassing features such as standard deviation (110.62), contrast (1.46), energy, and homogeneity (0.96 and 0.77, respectively). Experimental results demonstrate that the Euclidean Distance yielded the highest result of 72.73, the Cosine Distance obtained the highest result of 8.25, and the City Block Distance obtained the highest result of 92.11. These findings showcase the effectiveness of the system in accurately detecting and classifying mold-infected areas on bread, thereby aiding in ensuring food safety and reducing health risks for consumers. © 2023 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence is one of the technological breakthroughs in science, especially in the field of computers. Object detection and recognition presents a new challenge on how to make machines detect objects automatically. To detect an object, the previous system will take the classifier of an object and evaluate it at various locations and various scales in the image. Smartphones currently play an important role in everyday life, but the existence of smartphones can be one of the causes of the user's lack of interest in reading books. With this Augmented Reality-based object detector, it is hoped that users can experiment on smartphones with the Snapchat application installed to detect objects in books that are around them and the number of objects will be counted automatically, it is also expected to attract users' desire to read books. Image recognition identification is taken through the phone's camera which is recognized as a lens. Lens AR in the Lens Studio application is supported by the SnapML machine learning algorithm, this machine learning function is to display book information and the number of books detected. This research was conducted using Cloud Computing such as Google Collaboratory which uses the python programming language, the book object dataset is selected from the COCO class, the model is exported to Open Neural Network Exchange (.ONNX) and then imported into the Lens Studio application. Publish lenses in the Snapchat app. Finally, a model test was carried out to detect objects and the number of objects in books that had been made using a Smartphone. Open the Snapchat application, scan the Snapcode generated by Lens Studio, AR lenses can be used in real time. AR Book Detection has been tested by other users on Snapchat with 18,845 Lens Views, 18,737 Lens Plays and 16 Lens Shares. © 2022 IEEE.

Concrete has been criticized more recently because of the greenhouse gas (carbon dioxide) emissions it produces in the cement portland production process. With these considerations, a new concrete binder called geopolymer concrete was developed. One of the materials used in the manufacture of geopolymer concrete is fly ash. Using fly ash as a substitute for cement is considered to be able to preserve the environment and reduce development costs. In this study, the specimen used was cylindrical, with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The concrete compressive strength test was carried out at the age of 28 days. Variations in concrete testing include: Test the strength of the concrete on the variation of the binder ratio: coarse aggregate of 20%:80%, 25%:75%, 30%:70%, 35%:75% 40%:60% and the variation of stirring time 5 minutes, 7.5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes. From the test results, it can be concluded that the optimum mixing time for the concrete mix is 7.5 minutes. If it is less than 7.5 minutes it will result in less than maximum binder binding power. And if the mixing time is more than 7.5 minutes it will decrease the adhesion of the binder. Regarding the variation of concrete on the amount of use of fly ash, it can be concluded that the higher the fly ash content, there is a tendency for low compressive strength, this is due to the influence of the water content used in the mixture is obtained based on the weight of fly ash in each variation. So if the weight of fly ash is higher, the water demand will also be higher and it will result in too dilute fresh concrete, so that the compressive strength of the concrete decreases. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
