RSA is an asymmetric encryption algorithm that uses two different keys, a public key to encrypt the plain text and a private key to decrypt the cipher text. Fernet is a symmetric encryption algorithm that uses a single key to encrypt and decrypt information. This study uses Fernet and RSA which is the combination of symmetric and asymmetric encryption called hybrid encryption. In addition, the cipher text will be hidden inside an image using Stepic. Hybrid Encryption uses asymmetric encryption to encrypt the symmetric encryption secret key, it will secure the symmetric encryption. The result of this study is the lowest error that we got as the MSE is 0.00% and is inversely proportional with the Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) and Avalanche (AVA) with 79.00% and 42.34% in order. Inversely proportional to the length of the text that is hidden in the image, the longest text that is hidden, the more changes that we get in the image with the highest Unified Average Changing Intensity (UACI) and Number of Pixels Change Rate (NPCR) with the biggest image size with 46.48% for UACI and 99.86% for the NPCR.

Artificial intelligence is one of the technological breakthroughs in science, especially in the field of computers. Object detection and recognition presents a new challenge on how to make machines detect objects automatically. To detect an object, the previous system will take the classifier of an object and evaluate it at various locations and various scales in the image. Smartphones currently play an important role in everyday life, but the existence of smartphones can be one of the causes of the user's lack of interest in reading books. With this Augmented Reality-based object detector, it is hoped that users can experiment on smartphones with the Snapchat application installed to detect objects in books that are around them and the number of objects will be counted automatically, it is also expected to attract users' desire to read books. Image recognition identification is taken through the phone's camera which is recognized as a lens. Lens AR in the Lens Studio application is supported by the SnapML machine learning algorithm, this machine learning function is to display book information and the number of books detected. This research was conducted using Cloud Computing such as Google Collaboratory which uses the python programming language, the book object dataset is selected from the COCO class, the model is exported to Open Neural Network Exchange (.ONNX) and then imported into the Lens Studio application. Publish lenses in the Snapchat app. Finally, a model test was carried out to detect objects and the number of objects in books that had been made using a Smartphone. Open the Snapchat application, scan the Snapcode generated by Lens Studio, AR lenses can be used in real time. AR Book Detection has been tested by other users on Snapchat with 18,845 Lens Views, 18,737 Lens Plays and 16 Lens Shares.

The experiment was carried out by growing BaTiO3 (Undoped or Li-doped) on p-type Si(1 0 0) substrates using the Chemical Solution Deposition (CSD) method and spin coating at a rotational speed of 3000 rpm for 60 s, followed by heating at 850 °C. The characterization results show that the bandgap energy value of the thin film due to lithium doping reduces the bandgap energy value. This is presumably because the donor atom added to a semiconductor causes the allowable energy level to be slightly below the conduction band. The presence of this new band causes the thin film bandgap energy to decrease with a five-valent tantalum dip. The morphological properties showed that the BaTiO3/Si(1 0 0) thin film particles in the deposited lithium had a fairly homogeneous grain. With the addition of lithium acetate as a binder into barium titanate, the grain size is getting smaller because it is suspected that the lithium-ion radius is smaller than the barium-ion radius. Measurement of I-V on the thin film shows that the output voltage value increases with more light intensity hitting the surface of the thin film. The greater the light intensity, the greater the energy of the photons, so the electrons are easier to jump. The three things above (both electrical and morphological properties) conclude that the thin films grown have the potential for photovoltaics. © 2023

Industrial development requires accurate and reliable control technology. One of the popular control systems is PID control. This paper discusses the implementation of the PID method for ping-pong ball position control by utilizing the theory of the Coanda effect. The control system was designed using Arduino as the controller and LabVIEW as the control interface. Tests were carried out by combining set point values to determine whether the position control system worked properly or not. The test results show that the PID method combined with LabVIEW can work well with the results of the PID control test at successive heights of 15 cm, 20 cm, 25 cm, 30 cm, and 35 cm obtained rise time (tr) 3.49 seconds, 4.58 seconds, 9.08 sec, 9.92 sec, and 8.84 sec. The average tolerance is 1.5 cm for the upper limit and 1 cm for the lower limit.

Concerns about environment impacts of synthetics fiber composites usages have led to various researches in Natural Fiber Composites (NFCs). Since various natural fibers are available worldwide, one of the issues in its application is the evaluation of mechanical properties of the fiber. In this study, we have designed a simple low-cost tensile test apparatus for evaluation of ultimate tensile strength of single natural fiber. The simple apparatus is built using a low-cost linear stage driven by a stepper motor. A cantilever spring is employed to measure the tensile force during the tensile test. The apparatus shows a good performance when used to evaluate the maximum tensile strength of single Abacafiber. However, the apparatus still has the limitation in that it has no feature to measure the fiber’s elongation during the test. Nevertheless, the apparatus is considered useful for preliminary evaluation of the ultimate tensile strength of various single natural fiber. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Pagar Alam city is one of districts in South Sumatera province that has an area of ± 63,366 hectares (Monograph of the city of Pagaralam, 2013). So far, the people of Pagar Alam city, especially the north Pagar Alam district, have no reference to determine the soil type of its area;therefore this study carried out an analysis of the soil characteristics and conducted a mapping of its types of characteristics and the soil water content in the north Pagar Alam district.A geomap is a map that depicts existing image of the earth's surface which is represented on a flat surface in a certain projection. Geomapping is a process of measuring, calculating and depicting the earth's surface using certain methods. Soil is the surface layer of the earth that comes from parent material that has undergone an advanced process, due to natural changes under the influence of water, air, and various kinds of organisms, both living and dead (Dokuchaev 1870).After conducting 20 soil sample tests, it can be seen from the interpolated and overlayed sub-district map that the land in North Pagar Alam district has sandy silt soil where 19.69 km2 of the area has good grades of the soil and the other23.90 km2 of the area consists of poorly graded sand. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The purpose of this research is to know the growth rate and biomass production of Scenedesmus obliquus in palm oil mill effluent (POME) medium taken from aerobic pond and to know the lipid concentration produced by S. obliquus. In this research, S. obliquus was cultured in various POME concentration, those were 20, 60, 80, 90, 95, and 100% v/v, while the concentration of inoculum was 30% v/v, and fatty acid content was analysed by gas chromatography. The results revealed that growth rate was decrease with the increasing concentration of POME (0.3545, 0.1792, 0.1566, 0.1268, 0.1158, and 0.1008/day), dry biomass weight was increase with the increasing concentration of POME (0.40, 1.20, 1.30, 1.77, 2.28, and 2.45 g/L), and lipid content also tended to increase with the increasing concentration of POME (13.10%, 36.59%, 36.65%, 50.37%, 60.40%, and 64.98%). Oleic acid and behenic acid were the dominant fatty acid content in S. obliquus lipid cultured in 100% concentration POME media. It is concluded that aerobic-pond POME can be utilized as growth medium for S. obliquus with a high lipid content. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The occurrence of landslides in the hills of Walahir, Kidang Pananjung village, Cililin subdistrict. Bandung in May 2004 needed attention and research so that the causes of the landslide could be identified. This landslide took many lives and property, heaped around 5 hectares of rice fields and residents' villages below and claimed 15 lives. Based on geotechnical investigations, the slip plane is at a depth of 4 meters from the ground surface and the area of the landslide ranges from 30,000 m2 leaving weathered rock beneath. Is the opening of agricultural land and fields followed by the use of chemical fertilizers is one of the causes of landslides? This study aims to determine the effect of a single chemical fertilizer (Urea, Za, SP36) and compound (Green Giant NPK, MKP) on the soil under conditions of optimum water content and water saturation or soaked which are carried out at the Chemical Laboratory of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of Bandung and Mechanics Laboratory Bandung Institute of Technology. Research on the influence of chemical fertilizers which is carried out using percentages of 1%, 2% and 3% with a relatively short ripening time intends to analyze the extent to which chemical fertilizers have an effect. Research is limited to the identification of minerals and chemical elements of original soil, soil physis properties, Atterberg boundaries, soil index properties, soil classification, soil elastic modulus. Hypothesis;The chemical content of fertilizers in the soil causes changes in soil characteristics. The method of taking original soil is by drilling original soil around the area where landslide disaster occurred at the same height as the height of the landslide slope, soil samples taken from depths of 1 meter and 3 meters from the surface of the land or the base layer between soil and rocks based on ASTM D-1452, 1587, 1586. Mangrove forests are one of the highest carbon stores in tropical forests and the amount is very high compared to the average carbon storage in other types of forests in the world. High-resolution satellite imagery provides the ability to obtain finer details, allowing more accurate identification of different types of vegetation and mangrove structures. Worldview - 2 high resolution image can cover large mapping areas, making it more efficient to monitor changes on a large scale. The location of mangroves with limited access required remote sensing techniques which were relatively more cost and time efficient compared to field survey. Machine learning-based classification methods were compared to determine the most accurate and reliable performance results for mangrove classification. In this study, comparisons were made using accuracy test points to assess the level of accuracy of mangrove and another land cover classification generated from the Iso Cluster, Maximum Likelihood, Random Forest and Support Vector Machine methods. According to this study, the four machine learning displayed overall accuracy above 0.5. For kappa accuracy, only Iso Cluster Classification displayed value slightly below 0.5 (0.49). Four machine learning able to distinguish mangrove remarkably with user and producer accuracy 1.0. Worldview - 2 spatial resolution contribute to this accuracy, which enable classification to perform with 0.5 meter resolution. Random forest outperformed another machine learning classification with kappa accuracy 0.88 even without additional parameter and expected to overcome challenges in mapping mangrove vegetation which often has spectral values similar to other vegetation and located in quite heterogeneous ecosystem environment.

This study is conducted to compare three different cannulas; all purpose nasal cannula with 2 prongs, nasal pressure cannula with 2 prongs and single port nasal cannula which are commonly used for capnography device. These cannulas or sometimes called as nasal prong is connected to the device via nose of subjects studied. This procedure is a part of respiratory study to monitor lungs condition and breathing pattern. This study involves 47 subject where the exhaled breath was recorded to make comparison and choose the most suitable and effective for capnography waveform analysis. Utilizing Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to find the normality of all the nasal cannula data based on capnogram waveform. The result from the analysis shows that the frequency distribution for type 1 nasal cannula which is also known as all-purpose nasal cannula had the feature values closer to the standard value. Our study proofs that all purpose nasal cannula sampling is the most suitable to capture exhaled breath for monitoring respiratory conditions.
