In this study, we built an Electronic Nose to detect pineapple ripeness. We designed a prototype E-Nose using a wooden crate. Inside the box, we built the E-Nose using 9 MQ sensor circuits connected to the Arduino Microcontroller. In the crate, we put an object, namely a pineapple with three levels of ripeness (ripe, half ripe, and unripe), each weighing 1kg placed in three different positions (5cm, 20cm, and 35cm) from the position of the sensor array (E-nose). We converted the signal output results into ppm units. We compared the value of each fruit signal based on the level of ripeness and distance using E-Nose. We used several signal processing methods (wavelets) for signal processing. Then, we improved the signal generated using wavelet. The wavelet methods used are Moving Average, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), and Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT). The contribution of this research is to see the influence of the signal valuegenerated from the sensor (MQ Sensor) to the position (distance) of the object (fruit) and its influence on the level of maturity (fruit). Then signalgenerated from the sensor we make improvements with the mva, fft, and dwt methods.

Waste generation from food manufacturing facilities poses a serious hazard like environmental degradation, water pollution, and land pollution due to its high nutrient composition. Specifically, solid waste(powder) disposal requires additional energy sources in terms of scientific treatment, structured collection, and disposal packaging according to the safety regulation. Thus, this research discusses the viewpoint of integrating food processing waste as an organic carbon source with BG-11 medium for Chlorella vulgaris(FSP-E) growth. The food processing waste powders investigated in this study were obtained from milk, and biscuit manufacturing facilities. The culture medium was modified by combining both BG-11 and food processing waste powders to identify the optimal algal growth and biochemical *** to the microalgae grown in BG-11 alone(IBG), the combination of biscuit waste and IBG produced higher biomass concentration(44%), with increased lipid(11%), protein(20%), and carbohydrate(57%) contents. Chlorella vulgaris was able to uptake nutrients from the culture medium with combination of food processing waste and IBG thus enhancing its growth. The results obtained also indicate that an integrated culture system using food processing waste and synthetic sources can generate energy out of waste by improving the bio-composition of the microalgae biomass.

The Plasmodium parasite, which causes malaria, is an acute fever illness that infects people when a female Anopheles mosquito bites them. It is predicted that malaria would claim 619,000 lives in 2021, with 96% of those deaths occurring in the African continent. We can achieve this by using a microscope to examine thick and thin blood smears. The proficiency of a microscope examiner is crucial for doing microscopic examinations. Consider how time-consuming, ineffective, and costly it would be to examine thousands of malaria cases. Consequently, Creating an automated method for detecting malaria parasites is the aim of this study. We employ a MobileNetV2 pretrained model with CNN technology. Because it has been trained on dozens or even millions of data points, this pretrained model is incredibly light but dependable. There are two main benefits of automatic malaria parasite detection: firstly, it can offer a more accurate diagnosis, particularly in locations with limited resources; secondly, it lowers diagnostic expenses. The optimizer utilizes Adam Weight, the criteria uses NLLLoss, and the model is trained using 32 for batch_size. In the fourteenth epoch, we obtained the maximum accuracy score of 96.26% based on the training data. The outcomes of the predictions demonstrate how excellent this score is. EfficienceNet, DenseNet, AlexNet, and other pretrained models are among the alternatives that scientists are advised to try training with.

A manipulator robot is a robot that has a mechanical system consisting of an arrangement of arms and joints that can produce controlled movements. A robotic arm usually consists of several joints including the base, shoulder, elbow, roll, gripper, and pitch of the gripper. Robot movement is generated from mathematical calculations performed in the controller. The motion of the manipulator robot follows a motion trajectory. The motion trajectory is made based on a collection of stop points and effectors. This study aims to create a robot motion trajectory design system using Lagrange interpolation. Lagrange interpolation is engineered to be embedded in precise microcontroller control systems. In this study, an Arduino Uno R3-based microcontroller was used as a data acquisition module. Prediction of the robotic arm's trajectory has been successfully made using Lagrange interpolation. The rise time is 15 seconds, the delay time is 12 seconds, the steady-state time and the peak time are 21 seconds. While the second experiment increased 9 seconds, 7 seconds of delay, steady-state time, and 13 seconds of peak time. Then for the third experiment, the rise time is 17 seconds, the delay time is 14 seconds, the steady-state time and the peak time are 22 seconds, the overshoot value and the steady-state error value is 0% where the output value produced is by the input value.

Using MD5 hashing of passwords in web logins is highly vulnerable to dictionary attacks. One online application for cracking hashed passwords using a dictionary attack that is free and easy to use is ***. Even so, the use of hashing passwords using MD5 which has a low level of security is still commonly found to secure web login passwords. This research presents an increase in security through a combination of salt hash passwords when using MD5. The methodology of this study uses a quantitative experimental method to apply hash salt passwords using the MD5 combination. The password cracking test was carried out using the *** online hash cracking application on weak passwords such as “admin” with the addition of a password hash salt using the MD5 combination. The results showed that Salt Password using the MD5 combination could not be cracked by *** using a dictionary attack.
