Kerambitan District is one of the pioneers of tourism that has contributed to raising the name of Bali in the international community. However, so far the planning and implementation of tourism activities have not accommodated the integrated tourism aspects and disaster-safe tourism services. In fact, most tourist destinations in Kerambitan are dominated by natural tourism with hilly contours, which are included in areas prone to extreme weather disasters and areas prone to flooding and landslides during high-intensity rainfall. This study aims to build an early warning system based on digital application, to help create a disaster-safe tourist village. The Waterfall Method is used in development process. This application is Android-based, and integrating the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging feature for sending messages and notifications to various Android devices. The results of this study are an SIGADis E-tourism application, which in addition to display and promote tourist location information in Kerambitan, also has safe and disaster-responsive features including the early warning system feature through messages and notifications, information list of disasters that have occurred, disaster’s distribution map and the weather information each tourist location that combined with Balinese lunar calendar (Sasih). Based on the application testing results using BlackBox Testing and Beta Testing methods, the application has been running according to the desired function, able to provide information about tourism village in Kerambitam, also provide disaster messages and notifications to various android devices, and able to display disaster distribution maps and suggestions related to the disasters when bad weather or events occur.

The service center is one of the important activities in the After Sales Company. Most of the companies make a partnership with the Authorized Service Centers (ASC) to support their business. Performance evaluation to the ASC is the important activities to ensure that the company can satisfy their customer. This study aims to assess the ASCs that can meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) factor, which relate to the readiness, capability and skills from the ASCs. This study applies qualitative and qualitative method. The analysis of the problem indicators that affect the percentage of SLA use the Fault Tree Analysis method. The result finds that the problem of the Out SLA category is the availability of the spare parts, the estimated waiting time is 86400 minutes or equivalent to 60 days.

The earthquake that occurred on September 28, 2018 with a magnitude of 7.4 Mw at Central Sulawesi, caused damage to the extraordinary areas of Donggala, Palu, Sigi, and surrounding areas. The shock caused by the earthquake-triggered landslide in Poi Village, South Dolo District, Sigi Regency, with large dimensions on the hillsides and resulted in the formation of piles of material and closed the water flow to the west of the Poi Village settlement (Geological Agency 2018). Investigations through surface geological studies and photogrammetry were carried out to identify surface geological conditions and potential landslide susceptibility in the study area. Based on the results of the geological review and analysis, it is known that the geology of the research area is composed of 3 rock units, namely the granite intrusion unit, the conglomerate unit, and the alluvial deposit unit. The photogrammetry results show that the structural activity acting on the study area is proven by the presence of two shear faults with opposite displacement directions. The landslide control factor in the study area lies in the structural conditions, slope, and geohydrological conditions as well as the level of weathering that occurs in rocks in the study area.

The amount of heat transferred within a building defines its level of comfort. The data’s conformance to the SNI (Indonesian National Standard) thermal comfort zone can be utilized as a reference for the outside air temperature data’s features. This study aims to provide an overview of the idiosyncrasies associated with data on outside air temperature in the Ternate region. Daily, weekly, and monthly intervals of 30 minutes are used to group the data. Additionally, the mean value, standard deviation, data volume, maximum value, and minimum air temperature value are tabulated. The graphic illustration comprises a polynomial equation line generated from the average value and the data correlation coefficient value of the resulting equation (R). The data illustrate the characteristics of air temperature in 2021, with April having the highest maximum and January having the lowest minimum.

This study aimed to 1) investigate the concepts of an android-based instrument for assessing performance in Hot Stone Spa course and 2) assess the feasibility of the instrument. This study was conducted based on the ADDIE design (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The feasibility test was carried out by means of questionnaires distributed to experts at educational evaluation, teaching materials, and media. Moreover, another questionnaire was filled out by lecturers and students (users). The subject of this study was Cosmetology students taking the Asian SPA course. The results of this study show that the product feasibility percentage is 88.49, so it is assumed that an android-based assessment instrument is highly feasible to use.
