The construction of the Kuningan East Ring Road is the construction of a new road that aims to relieve congestion by dividing continuous traffic on the 7.2 KM Cirebon-Kuningan road. To anticipate the occurrence of puddles on the road, road facilities in the form of drainage are needed. This study was carried out in four stages, namely site surveys, problem identification, data collection, and data analysis. Data obtained were in the form of primary data and secondary data which were then analyzed according to the needs of the study. For the hydrological analysis, rainfall data were acquired from two rainfall stations, namely Lame Dam Station in Ciniru Village and Linggarjati Station, for a span of 10 years from 2012 to 2021. Calculation of the maximum rainfall area applied the Algebraic Average Method, with obtained average rainfall for the last 10 years being 978 mm. Furthermore, the analysis of rainfall intensity using the Mononobe Equation attained result of 84.199 mm/hour. The analysis of flood discharge using the Rational Method obtained a design flood discharge of 0.187 m³. Meanwhile, the channel planning and cross section used U-Ditch DS 3 with dimensions of 1.10 m x 1.25 m and a channel capacity of 0.580 m³/second. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the channel capacity is greater than the design flood discharge. Thus, the drainage planning requirements have been met.

WHO reports in 2022, that more than 2.5 billion people need assistive products such as wheelchairs in support of persons with disabilities. The research was conducted by making an I-SMILE prototype design and a mobile app mockup design. Followed by analysis and evaluation of the shortcomings of the built system are carried out consisting of the input part a network of sensors, the main control unit, and an output section consisting of several actuators. The results of the analysis of the trial are the ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04 itself where if the wheelchair approaches a barrier object such as a wall and others within a distance of 30 cm. MPU6050 sensor where this sensor is a Gyro sensor that is used to detect the level of the slope. The GPS sensor is Ublox Neo 7m which can use to monitor the position. The gas sensor is MQ 135 which can detect several gases such as alcohol, CO2, ammonia, and cigarette smoke. The heart rate detection sensor MAX 30100 monitors the heart rate in real-time, anti-decubitus cushion pillow, a belt for safe movement, three buttons for helping eat, go toilet, and ask for help, and all sensors monitor via smartphone. The innovation of the IoT Smart Wheelchair (I-SMILE) concept as an assistive technology in the society 5.0 era for increasing the functional independence of persons with disability. This is in line to achieve the 2030 SDGs towards the fulfillment of the rights of a person with disabilities in protection, quality, and sustainable education, and decent and equitable work.

Teaching and learning have shifted from synchronous meetings in the classroom and laboratory to virtual synchronous and asynchronous meetings. Teaching and learning can take place anytime and anywhere. The availability of ICT infrastructure is one of the supporting factors for teaching and learning in today's Education 4.0. This article describes the availability of ICT facilities to support blended learning. Accidental sampling was conducted on 56 lecturers of the Faculty of engineering, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), who participated in a webinar and filled out polls. The polls revealed that nearly 72% of respondents had subscribed to Internet Service Providers and cellular data packages. Total respondents who own laptops or PCs with Intel Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 processor specifications were only 23%, yet a mere 4% still own lower processors specifications. Cloud-based software provided by UNY, such as Microsoft 365, was only used by 46% of respondents. The availability of facilities to support virtual synchronous meetings included headset 96%, Zoom educational license 86%, and interactive application 18%. In contrast, facilities to support asynchronous meetings were owned only by less than 60% of respondents, including condenser or clip-on microphone types, graphic pads, video editing software, screen recording software, and project management software. Facilities to support collaborative asynchronous activities such as Google Workspace were applied by 66% of respondents. The availability of ICT facilities supporting teaching and learning is an indicator of readiness for Education 4.0, and this study shows it needs to be improved.

Technopreneurship represent a form of entrepreneurship that emphasizes entrepreneurial skills and technology. Studies on technopreneurship have been conducted, but research investigating antecedents of technopreneurship based on the entrepreneurial event model (EEM), is still limited. Most research on technopreneurship is dominated by the use of the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Therefore, this study aims to investigate the driving factors in EEM, namely perceived desirability, propensity to act, and perceived feasibility to technopreneurship intention. In addition, another purpose of this study is to explore technopreneurship intention towards technopreneurship commitment. To achieve this goal, the study used quantitative research design, primary data sources, and data collection methods using questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 240, with the sampling method using purposive sampling. Reliability, validity, and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS software version 3. The results showed that perceived desirability affects technoprenurial intention, propensity to act affects technoprenurial intention, perceived feasibility affects technoprenurial intention, and technoprenurial intention affects technopreneurial commitment.

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on decreasing demand for beef. This condition affects the accumulation of beef stock, which impacts the return of beef products from retailers to distributors. This study aims to develop a model that can reduce risk and optimize costs resulting from returned products. Reverse logistics is a widely used method of handling returned products adding value to the product. In this study, reverse logistic activities are carried out by creating a mathematical model to maximize the product control function by creating a product inspection schedule and a product repair schedule. The formulations used PILP, and the formulations were tested using the LINGO 17.0 software. This study produces a robust model of the change in the amount and quantity of labor returned products and product quantity models with category R. From this study; it is also found the reasons why customers return the delivered meat, namely specifications, product quality, packaging, delivery process, and labor.
