We investigate the potential of the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) in detecting synchrotron radiation emitted from the decay of sub-GeV dark matter (dark matter with masses below the GeV scale) in the presence of strong magnetic fields. As a concrete setup, we consider scenarios where the magnetosphere of a magnetic white dwarf overlaps with dense dark matter environments, such as those surrounding a primordial black hole. Our study reveals that the encounters of compact objects such as white dwarfs and black holes offer a promising avenue for upcoming radio telescopes to probe the properties of light dark matter, which has been less explored compared with more conventional heavier (masses above the GeV scale) dark matter.

The cloud effect covers a major problem in satellite image processing in Indonesia. One of the areas in Indonesia with abundant cloud cover in Batam Island. The most frequently used satellite image for research is Landsat 8, bitage cannot escape from cloud cover inasmuch in a passive image. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to conduct research related to cloud removal and their shadows in Landsat 8 images with Cloud Masking. There are three Cloud Masking methods used in this study: QA Band, Function of Mask, and Multi-Temporal Cloud Masking (MCM). These three methods were compared to Landsat 8 imagery on Batam Island in the first quarter of 2020, namely January 22, 2020, February 23, 2020, and March 10, 2020. Therefore, the Cloud Masking method is best used for cloud and shadow removal based on accuracy results. The results of this study are the accuracy of clouds and cloud shadows on Batam Island in the first quarter of 2020, namely January 22, 2020, February 23, 2020, and March 10, 2020. The best cloud detection accuracy is the Band QA and Fmask methods because both methods have the highest accuracy value of 100% in each month of the first quarter of 2020. While the best cloud shadow accuracy is the Band QA method because it has a consistently high accuracy every month. The first quarter of 2020 is > 80%. So the best method for cloud removal and cloud shadowing on Batam Island in the first quarter of 2020 is the Band QA method.

Route 1 shift 1 includes refreshment stand, gas station 44,562.10 (A62), gas station 44,562.01 (A64), gas station 44,562.09 (A66), and return to refreshment stand with a total travel distance of 192 km with a required time of 6.4 hours with 64 liters of fuel, with a fuel cost of Rp 329,600.00. The addition of compost (organic fertilizer) is essential to maintain agricultural land productivity. Nutrients have a role in plant growth and development, especially in paddy plants. The application of distributing compost (organic fertilizer) on agricultural land requires considerable energy and costs, especially if the land is large. In order to overcome this, an applicator is used to reduce costs and energy and streamline the fertilization process time. This applicator is specially designed to spread compost (organic fertilizer) to agricultural land with a certain dose. This study aimed to calculate the working capacity and efficiency of the compost applicator in paddy fields. The study was conducted by direct testing in the fields with three different speed treatments, namely at 2.71 km/hour, 3.38 km/hour, and 4.62 km/hour. The calculation results show that the optimum speed of the applicator in paddy fields is 2.71 km/hour. The working capacity obtained is 0.35 ha/hour for theoretical field capacity and 0.26 ha/hour for effective field capacity with a field efficiency of 74.74%.

Activated carbon is a carbon material with an amorphous structure and a large surface area within a range of 300-2000 m2/gram, and is commonly used as an adsorbent. In this study, we have successfully synthesized activated carbon using Arabica coffee grounds from Tangma Yahukimo, Papua highlands. The coffee ground waste carbon was activated using both ZnCl2 acid and KOH base chemical activating agents. The fabrication process was carried out as follows: dehydration, carbonization, and chemical activation using ZnCl2 and KOH with various concentrations of 20, 30, and 40%. The activated carbon was characterized using an x-ray diffractometer, a scanning electron microscopy and a Fourier-transformed infrared spectroscopy in order to analyze its crystalline structure, morphology and functional groups of the activated carbon. The x-ray diffraction pattern indicated that there was a formation of amorphous structure, although some additional peaks originated from ZnCl2 and KOH residue were still found. The morphology images showed typical mesoporosity with pore size of approximately 10 µm. The Fourier-transformed infrared spectra revealed unique surface groups suggesting that the activated carbon from Arabica coffee grounds originating from Papua highlands may have the potential to be used as an adsorbent for volatile matters. These results may provide recommendations for further development of activated carbon from Arabica coffee grounds precursor.
