The representatives of student associations at Private University are entrusted with the responsibility of empowering, facilitating, and nurturing the growth of the students, lecturers, and alumni within their respective programs. If the elected representatives do not align with the general consensus, problems are bound to arise. Therefore, student participation during the annual voting period is of utmost importance. When voting participation is low, the risk of the majority voice not being heard increases. Data from the General Election Commission in the private university reveals that among the four student associations in the Tech and IT Faculty, three of them have a participation rate lower than 50%.This research aims to develop an E-Voting system for Student Associations within the university, with the intention of replacing the currently utilized Google Form system and enhancing student participation in future voting periods. While constructing an electronic voting system, the security and confidentiality of participants are vital. The Paillier homomorphic encryption algorithm is employed in the system to encrypt and decrypt voting messages sent by voters, ensuring their confidentiality. This algorithm was chosen due to its relative recency, speed, and relevance to this research in comparison to other algorithms. A user acceptance test conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has demonstrated that the application has been successfully developed, with user assessments of 87.50% for perceived ease of use, 72.27% for perceived usefulness, 74.74% for behavioral intention, and 86.46% for actual usage. © 2023 IEEE.

Gurami is a native fish from Indonesian waters that is much-loved by Indonesian people for daily food consumption. The gurami inhabits still waters such as swamps, lakes, and ponds. Besides that, carp cannot live in a water content that is too alkaline or acidic, the oxygen content in the water must be stable. Water quality is a very important factor and can affect the survival of cultivated fish. Several parameters must be considered in improving the development of carp, one of which is the temperature and pH of the water and automatic drainage of water. In this paper, we conduct IoT-based research that focuses on controlling water temperature and pH and automatically draining pool water. Water temperature and pH control such as a pH sensor temperature sensor and a water turbidity sensor will later be connected to the ESP 32 microcontroller which already has a wi-fi module. A system that is linked to electrical power and the internet then the sensor will read the water quality including the pH temperature value and water turbidity from inside the fish pond, after getting the data, the data will go to ESP 32. This research can help gurami cultivating farmers to make it easy to control the pH temperature and perform automatic pool water draining. The results of sensor testing with actual data are pretty accurate with the average error value of the ds18b20 sensor being 0.05% while the value of the pH sensor itself is 0.07%. © 2023 IEEE.

The Nanggulan Formation is a formation unit consisting of sandstone, clay, and other sedimentary rocks. Lithological contact between clay and geologically old andesite could indicate an avalanche. The magnetic method in collecting data uses a natural magnetic source with a proton magnetometer. Acquisition data was determined according to the survey design, namely a grid with a distance of 250 meters per point. Data processing to remove noise data, namely noise from magnetic storms, position and altitude, and other natural disturbances. Later, Processing will produce a magnetic anomaly map, which must be separated between local and regional anomalies. This local anomaly will later form the basis for 2.5-dimensional modeling. This 2.5-dimensional modeling can get an overview of lithology, relationships between lithologies, and rock contacts according to the geological model in the field. The modeling results can describe the relationship between the claystone of the Nanggulan Formation and the igneous rocks of the Old Andesite Formation. Its relationship claystone is overlapping Andesite rocks in the Horgorejo Kulon Progo area. This can cause soil movement and landslides if the Andesite rocks experience massive weathering and erosion and if rainfall is high. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Data is becoming a new resource with high value, so many parties are interested in owning it. There are many ways to take it, one of which is planting and spreading malware known as stealer malware. Over time, malware has become more sophisticated, targeted, complex, commercialized, and scalable for a wider range of attacks. This makes malware analysis an important job requiring a lot of time, expertise, and extensive knowledge, both by individuals and teams of analysts. This study will analyze stealer malware using three analytical methods: surface, runtime, and static code. In malware analysis using the surface method, malware is tested by scanning by antivirus, hashing malware, and package/obfuscated detection, followed by Portable Executable analysis and malware sandbox analysis. In the runtime method, the malware is run for further observations of registry changes, DNS activity observations, and network data communication activities. In research using the static code analysis method, tests were carried out to find the relationship between the use of linked libraries and functions, string search as a guide for working steps of malware, and debugging malware to explore deeper into malware behaviour. The results obtained are information about the characteristics of the malware stealer and its impact on the test environment. © 2023 IEEE.

This study proposes a quality development method based on six sigma to solve software quality problems of the software. The six sigma DMADV framework is used to analyze the root causes that have a major influence on user complaints against the software. Based on the results of joint elaboration with the company stakeholders, proposed improvements will be designed that can reduce user complaints. The suggestions for improvement that will be designed are the design of a junior programmer training program and the design of technical documents. The program will be designed by adapting the Windows training framework and developing the SKKNI 615-2012 programmer curriculum. Meanwhile, technical documents will be designed based on the IEEE 1063-2001 standard for software user documentation. The results of the proposed design are expected to increase the effectiveness of the script writing of the software and minimize technical repair activities. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2023.

Stunting in toddlers is a chronic nutritional issue that affects the physical and cognitive development of children, with serious long-term consequences such as reduced cognitive function and an increased risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. Therefore, early identification and prevention efforts for stunting are crucial. Classifying toddlers into categories of at-risk for stunting or not is essential to provide timely and appropriate interventions. This study employs data mining techniques using the decision tree algorithm to expedite the stunting detection process and improve the accuracy of nutritional status classification in children. The results indicate that the constructed decision tree model can classify children's nutritional status with an accuracy of 83.26%. The decision tree achieves high accuracy in classifying stunting in toddlers due to its ability to handle complex data and identify significant patterns within the data. © 2024 IEEE.

Welding is one of the sectors that play a crucial role in supporting the rapid development of infrastructure. However, in the process, many defects occur that sometimes escape inspection and will lead to damage in building construction. The purpose of conducting this research is to investigate the influence of optimization methods on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) models in detecting the quality of welding results based on three conditions: Normal, Excessive Reinforcement, and Undercut. The area to be detected is a portion of the welding result with a circular welding path around a full A106 Grade B carbon steel pipe. The image capture process is carried out using a digital camera mounted on a tool for rotating around the pipe to follow the welding path. The captured image result of 3024 x 3024 pixels is first processed by converting RGB to grayscale. Afterwards, the image is resized to a smaller scale of 128 x 128 pixels to accelerate the training process. Finally, the training and testing processes are conducted using a CNN model. In the CNN model, there are several optimizers such as SGDM, Rmsrop, and Adam. In this study, a comparison is conducted to find the best optimizer in an effort to minimize the occurrence of overfitting as well as achieve optimal detection accuracy. For optimal detection, a dataset of 300 images is required, consisting of: 100 Normal images, 100 Excess Reinforcement images, and 100 Undercut images. © 2023 IEEE.

In terms of planning aspect,nuclear power plant(NPP)development needs analyses,consideration,and right decision making due to multi criteria *** study prioritizes the best site development of Indonesian NPPs in terms of 21 social,economic,and technical perspectives which comprise transmission network,oper-ating cost,economic impact,geology,geotechnic,seismology,population density,environment,cooling water,meteorology,hydrology,proximity to hazardous facilities,topography,land use,proximity to wetland,evacu-ation route,security,transportation network,legal consideration,impact of tourism,land ownership,historical places,and public acceptance,all identified to be considerations for the best *** Fuzzy algorithms(Chang’s Extent Analysis and Buckley’s Fuzzy AHP)were used to determine the criteria priorities as well as NPP site feasibility of two locations in *** results found that geology,geotechnic,and seismology(SA1);security(SO1),population density(SA2),environment(SA3),and cooling water(SA4)had the highest priorities among the 21 *** on the 5 top priority criteria,West Kalimantan and East Kalimantan provinces serve as the best candidates for the NPP *** an innovative and novel multi criteria Fuzzy AHP–based decision making(MCDM)approach has been proven to become a useful reference to select NPP sites in Indonesia.

Chronic kidney disease worldwide is currently on the rise and is a serious health problem. One of the important components that must be monitored is the Blood Leak Detector (BLD). In hemodialysis machines, BLD has an important role to protect patients from blood loss and unsterile dialysate infusion due to rupture of the dialyser membrane. In this study, a detection system was designed that aims to detect blood leakage using a turbidity sensor and a TCS3200 color sensor. The detection method in this system uses a fuzzy logic system with RGB input from the TCS3200 color sensor which will be uploaded to the microcontroller and the turbidity sensor will detect the amount of blood that is leaking. After testing, the BLD instrumentation system has 100% succeeded in detecting blood leakage with a minimum blood leakage of 1.5 mL. © 2022 IEEE.
