Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 4 of 2020,drinking water supply management can stand alone or work together with other *** local government establishes a Regional Drinking Water Company which has responsibility for supplying drinking water at the regency/city *** coastal city as the object of study manages clean water then transfers under a private *** to government restrictions regarding the authority to provide clean water,a technical implementation unit was formed for better solution in clean water *** new form of institution will be able to make decisions and carry out execution at any time because it is directly under the authority of the government,it can also apply the concept of good governance to support more transparent *** accordance with the policy,the new institutional form will be able to finance itself,develop the level of service and contribute to regional development as a source of local ***,the institutional transition requires adaptation both from a functional and operational *** this study,an analysis of the readiness for the transition of institutional forms is carried out to minimize conflicts such the lack of improvement in the quality of drinking water services due to limited government authority,insufficient qualified human resources in water management,and the difficulty of developing drinking water service infrastructure because it still depends on the private *** analysis of the structure and human resources associated with clean water service targets also *** strengthening,both regulatory and institutional,is necessary to maximize the roles and functions of the relevant *** a more comprehensive understanding in the preparation of contracts and division of authority,no parties will be aggrieved in the long term.

The consumption profile of electrical energy always increases every year due to the highly consumptive and inappropriate lifestyles of modern society. A bad lifestyle such as forgetting to turn off the unused electronic devices when they are leaving home is one of the factors influenced the increasing consumption of electrical energy. This is off course contributing in wasting energy. In the paper, an IoT-based electronic device control system has been successfully constructed. Monitoring and control tasks could be performed remotely and in real time mode using an interface application installed on a smartphone. The system built is equipped with a device operational condition monitoring featured by placing light, temperature, thermal and current sensors, respectively. Through the utilization of the implemented system, users can monitor and control electronic devices easily and can figure out the condition of the device remotely in a real time mode. The control test on the system was successful with an average response time of approximately 3.32 seconds and the accuracy of sensor readings above 89%. With the implementation of this system, users can easily monitor and control electronic devices anywhere and anytime so that the opportunities for efficient and effective use of electrical energy could be further optimized. © 2022. Perovskite materials have garnered significant attention in the field of solar cell applications due to their highly promising performance. However, the utilization of lead (Pb) as the primary material in perovskite solar cells has been associated to health and environmental hazards. Consequently an alternative material for lead is necessary in order to develop environmentally friendly and high-efficiency solar cells. The reported efficiency value still necessitates further enhancement, indicating that the development of lead-free solar cells requires improvement. Methylammonium tin iodide (MaSnI 3 ), a lead-free perovskite compound, can be utilized as a substitute for lead halide-based solar cells. This substitution is possible since MaSnI 3 is stable, non-toxic, and has a high efficiency. The simulation was conducted by the Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator (SCAPS-1D), employing the AM 1.5G spectrum. The primary objective of this research is to enhance the performance of the hole transport layer materials in order to achieve a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) using MaSnI 3 material. Organic and inorganic HTL such as CuSBS, PEDOT:PSS+WO 3 , Spiro-OMeTAD, P3HT, NiO, Cul, SrCu 2 O 2 and PTAA are required in our simulations. These materials were selected to explore their potential in optimizing device performance due to their distinct properties, such as conductivity, stability, and compatibility with MaSnI3. Regarding HTM performance for device construction, our modelling results indicate that the 100 nm CuSBS 2 layer works better. We have found that by using the configuration of ITO/TIO 2 /MASnI 3 /CuSBS 2 /Au, a PCE of 27.67% with a Voc of 0.97 V can be achieved.

Consumption is an essential aspect of daily life, and fulfilling customer needs requires efficient distribution of goods. Therefore, distributors are needed and they frequently set targets for their employees to achieve, and motivation plays a significant role in employee performance. An organization that distributes goods called CV Karya Prima motivates its employees by offering incentives. However, manual incentive calculation sets out problems such as a lack of progress tracking, irregular payout dates, and probable inaccuracies. This study aims to develop a web-based incentive calculation system using the analytical hierarchy process method and a database for data retrieval. The system utilizes PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL and adopts the SDLC prototyping method. The developed system is focused on the sales division and variables like total sales, effective calls, calls, and outlets. The web-based system is capable of solving the issues using the features that were built based on user needs and have already been tested through user acceptance testing. © 2023 IEEE.

The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of wastewater treatment by using Carica papaya seeds as bio coagulants to diminish total suspended solids (TSS) and excess phosphate. This method has some advantages because it does not use chemical materials, is simple to apply, and is safe for the environment and human health. The wastewater samples were taken from an active laundry site in Palembang City, South Sumatra Province of Indonesia. The study found that the best dosage of coagulant was 3 g for the wastewater samples. The pH and BOD parameters showed slight changes after treatment, with pH 7.63–7.19 and 33–27 mg/L values, respectively. The TSS removal efficiency ranged from 9.3 to 15.6%, while the COD and phosphate removals were obtained from 11.7 to 39.3% and 56.3 to 68.4%, respectively. The treated TSS, COD, and phosphate concentrations have met the Indonesian domestic wastewater quality standard and environmental protection organization (EPO) guidelines. Disaster management information system are essential for handling emergencies and saving lives through swift responses and coordination. This study aims to analyse and design an efficient backend technology for such apps. Research methods involve literature review, interviews, and observation with stakeholders. Load balancing is found effective for optimizing disaster management, efficiently distributing workloads and ensuring high system availability. The analysis identifies functional and non-functional requirements, examining technologies like API, WebSocket, Caching, and Relational Database. The design section creates a 3-tier architecture with caching for enhanced performance and scalability. Digital picture or image becomes more and more important in people's daily life, such as for administration, documentation, active communications, and learning processes. People also demand the exchange of information through digital applications and social media. Taking picture or photo of a document, book, certificate, or thing is usually done by the help of digital scanner, but not all these stuffs can be converted into digital with a scanner. In specific condition people need real image transfer and will take photo of the real view directly using their own digital camera or smartphone camera. From author experience and observations, when taking photos of a document or book or certificate or thing normally with plastic cover or glass surface or bouncing surface, we clearly got an annoying light came from the camera focus light or flash that usually creates noise and messy image. This research was conducted based on the idea to remove or avoid getting the unwanted or disturbing light while taking photos of glossy or bouncing surfaces. A procedure to get a clear and smooth image instead of noise and broken image was derived and implemented by author using light guiding and image warping. These two methods bring accurate images that are necessary for communication needs and facilitate better future works without compromising security policies and people's rights. As the research methodology, author performed literature study, observation, analysis, and implementation. The result of this research offers a good procedure and method that can help people getting clear photos or pictures of a glossy or bouncing surface, advance research to be implemented related to camera technology, and best comprehension to improve photography techniques for future developments. © 2022 ACM.

Decision making in an organization is needed a system. Decision support system is a system that helps company management and education in decision making that provides information, modeling and analyzing data with the application of a method. The management, especially higher education, must maximize sophisticated technology. For example, to analyze scholarship data. Problems are found in manual data analysis so that human errors often occur in addition to using more time than the target, losing old data, resulting in inaccurate analysis of scholarship sustainability every semester. The research was conducted to overcome the problems that have been found by analyzing the existing data with the simple additive weighting method, building a system by applying the method and testing the system. The result of this research is to produce an application for the development of a decision support system in managing student data to determine the sustainability of the scholarship every semester. Applications that are built can help the management in managing scholarships. © 2022 IEEE.

Interfacial reactions in the Sn-9.0 wt.% Zn/Cu-Ti alloy (C1990 HP) couple

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of adding a small amount of Ti to a Cu-based alloy, specifically the commercial Hyper Titanium Copper alloy (C1990 HP), which contains Cu-3.28 wt.% Ti, on its interfacial reaction with Sn-9.0 wt.% Zn (SnZn) solder, using the liquid/solid reaction couple technique. Design/methodology/approach: The SnZn/C1990 HP couples were subjected to a reaction temperature of 240–270°C for a duration of 0.5–5 h. The resulting reaction couple was characterized using a scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectrometer, electron probe microanalyzer and X-ray diffractometer. Findings: It was observed that the scallop-shaped CuZn5 and planar Cu5Zn8 phases were formed in almost all SnZn/C1990 HP couples. With increased reaction duration and temperature, the Cu-rich intermetallic compound (IMC)-Cu5Zn8 phase became a dominant IMC formed at the interface. The total thickness of the IMCs was increased with the increase in the reaction duration and temperature. The IMC growth obeyed the parabolic law, and the IMC growth mechanism was diffusion controlled. The activation energy of the SnZn/C1990 HP couple was 64.71 kJ/mol. Originality/value: This article presents an analysis of the IMC thickness in each sample using ImageJ software, followed by kinetic analysis using Origin software at various reaction temperatures of SnZn/C1990 HP in liquid/solid couples. The study also includes detailed reports on the morphology, interface composition and X-ray diffraction analysis, as well as the activation energy. The findings can serve as a valuable reference for electronic packaging companies that utilize C1990 HP substrates. © 2023, Emerald Publishing Limited.
