One of the business activities favored by the villagers is poultry farming. This happened because the harvest period is fast and the market is easy, especially for public consumption in the province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Due to the large number of people who are trying to raise ducks, chickens, and laying eggs, problems have arisen with the provision of these poultry seeds. So far, poultry seeds in the Aceh Province have been obtained from a small portion of the populationAcehnese themselves and the rest were imported from North Sumatra. This causes the fluctuating supply of seed poultry which will eventually disrupt the community's poultry farming business in Aceh Province. Seeing these problems, this research wants to produce a multilevel incubator heating system that maintains a uniform temperature for better incubator efficiency. The test is carried out by paying attention to the temperature distribution in the egg incubator. Thus, measuring the distribution temperature with a value range of 37 °C–38 °C at certain points through the test channel is the main thing that must be done. The variation in this research is the number of incandescent lamps/heating plates (4 and 6) which differs whether or not the zinc plate is under the incandescent lamp/heating plate with a power of 100 and 112 Watts for each heater. The heater in the incubator room will turn on at 37 °C and will turn off automatically at 38 °C due to the influence of the thermostat equipment. After testing, the temperature was 0.7 °C for 4 (four) heating plates without using a zinc plate under the heating plate and 0.8 °C for 4 (four) incandescent lamps without using a zinc plate under the incandescent lamp. However, there is a small comparison, namely 0.4 °C for 6 (six) heating plates using a zinc plate under the heating plate and 0.5 °C for 6 (six) light bulbs using a zinc plate under an incandescent lamp. The problems and challenges for the government in seeing disease growth trend patterns are very important. This research focuses on infectious diseases, namely Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF), while non-communicable illnesses focus on epilepsy and thalassemia in 2023-2024. The priority in this research is that the Health Service can take action to prevent disease distribution patterns that are seen based on the results of identifying patterns and trends using the fuzzy c-means model and mapping for each region. The research methodology includes collecting patient data, inputted by recorded medical data consisting of sub-district data and the number of incidents. The research results of the Fuzzy C-means model in analyzing infectious disease trend patterns show 3 clusters. The first cluster of vulnerable areas has four sub-districts: Sawang, Syamtalira Bayu, Dewantara and Muara Batu. Then, the second cluster still consists of 18 sub-districts. Finally, the safe cluster consists of 8 sub-districts. Meanwhile, the results of the ward model research showed that there were 2 clusters, namely vulnerable consisting of 19 sub-districts and safe eight sub-districts, which were then included in the spatial map. Meanwhile, analysis of non-communicable disease patterns using fuzzy c-means, namely thalassemia and epilepsy in cluster C1 (High) in 4 and 7 sub-districts, medium cluster in 9 and 7, and low cluster in 14 and 16 sub-districts. Therefore, this research can provide an important picture for the Health Service in analyzing trends in cluster patterns of growth of infectious and non-communicable diseases in children. © 2023 IEEE.

Filler serves as a filling for the voids between coarse aggregate and fine aggregate in the AC-WC mixture. The filler has a significant effect on the marshall characteristics of the AC-WC mixture even though it is only as a filler. This study aims to investigate the effect of fly ash, volcanic ash, rice husk ash on marshall characteristics. The research data obtained from secondary data based on previous researchers, (Pratama 2021) for fly ash filler, (Rezi 2021) for volcanic ash filler, (Malacca 2021) for rice husk ash filler. The data is in the form of variations in the percentage of filler (fly ash, rice husk and volcano ash) with the same asphalt content. The sample was processed for statistical testing using SPSS version 26 software to determine the effect of asphalt content and filler percentage on marshall characteristics. Optimum Asphalt Content (OAC) test results obtained 6.1% fly ash, 6.2% volcanic ash, 6.7% rice husk ash. The test results on Marshall showed the most influential filler in the 2% rice husk ash filler with density, stability, Marshall Quontient (MQ) and VMA values, while the Flow value obtained the highest value in 1% volcanic ash filler. For the VFB of fly ash and rice husk ash, there was a decrease in the value of the filler content of 2% and 2.5% and an increase in the filler content of 3%. The results of statistical tests using SPSS show that those that have a significant positive linear influence on the asphalt content and filler percentage are Stability and Marshall Quotient (MQ). A remote telescope system has been established at Universitas Nusa Cendana, Kupang. Bosscha Observatory, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), and the Physics study program at Universitas Nusa Cendana (Undana) collaborated to develop the system. The ITB-Undana Telescope system has a QSI 616 CCD camera and BV RI Bessel filter attached to a 20-cm (f/10) Schmidt-Cassegrain reflector. Several research and public outreach activities have been conducted using the ITB-Undana remote telescope throughout 2023. When establishing a new astronomical observation site, it is imperative to conduct sky characterization and quality assessment. This process involves measuring night sky brightness and atmospheric extinction coefficients. In May 2023, we observed photometric standard stars using the absolute photometry technique with BV RI Bessel filters. We also utilized the Sky Quality Meter (SQM) to measure night sky brightness over three nights from May 24th to May 26th, 2023, to compare the sky brightness values obtained through the absolute photometry method. Our initial measurement shows a first-order extinction coefficient value ranging from kb′ = 0.269 to 0.520, kv′ = 0.216 to 0.297, kr′ = 0.019 to 0.206, and ki′ = 0.127 to 0.163, for B, V, R, and I filter, respectively. Application of extinction coefficient value in the sky field gives a mean sky brightness value in V bandpass, Vsky = 19.431 ± 0.022, with color index (B - V )sky = 0.492 ± 0.039. These night sky brightness values are suitable for measurements using the SQM. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In Bali, the high volume of tourists significantly contributes to marine debris, particularly plastics, which threatens the ecological health of beaches and marine life, impacting both tourism and local livelihoods. Effective management is crucial to preserve Bali's natural beauty and sustainability. This study explores the factors influencing the willingness to participate (WTP) in marine debris management among urban communities in the Bali metropolitan area, Indonesia. Utilizing a binary logistic regression model, we examine the impact of key elements for effective marine debris management, risk awareness, learning performance, and higher monthly income and geographic differences between inland and coastal communities. The findings reveal that effective management practices significantly enhance community participation, highlighting the importance of transparency, accountability, and well-organized efforts. Educational initiatives also play a crucial role, with performance in risk awareness and learning showing a marginally significant positive effect on WTP. Conversely, higher income levels negatively influence participation, suggesting a preference for institutional funding over personal contributions. Geographic differences indicate that coastal communities are more inclined to participate than inland communities. These insights provide valuable guidance for policymakers and practitioners in developing strategies to mobilize volunteers, enhance urban resilience, and promote social well-being. By implementing effective management practices, comprehensive educational programs, tailored engagement strategies, and fostering partnerships, urban communities in Bali can become more resilient and actively address environmental challenges. © 2024 The Authors

The consumption profile of electrical energy always increases every year due to the highly consumptive and inappropriate lifestyles of modern society. A bad lifestyle such as forgetting to turn off the unused electronic devices when they are leaving home is one of the factors influenced the increasing consumption of electrical energy. This is off course contributing in wasting energy. In the paper, an IoT-based electronic device control system has been successfully constructed. Monitoring and control tasks could be performed remotely and in real time mode using an interface application installed on a smartphone. The system built is equipped with a device operational condition monitoring featured by placing light, temperature, thermal and current sensors, respectively. Through the utilization of the implemented system, users can monitor and control electronic devices easily and can figure out the condition of the device remotely in a real time mode. The control test on the system was successful with an average response time of approximately 3.32 seconds and the accuracy of sensor readings above 89%. With the implementation of this system, users can easily monitor and control electronic devices anywhere and anytime so that the opportunities for efficient and effective use of electrical energy could be further optimized. © 2022. Earthquakes frequently cause significant damage to residential buildings and lead to loss of life. As a result, houses in earthquake-prone areas must adhere to earthquake-resistant building codes. Recently, RISHA (Simple Healthy Instant House), developed by PUSKIM (Center for Settlement Research and Housing Development), has been commonly implemented as housing in areas impacted by earthquakes, including East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, Aceh, and Cianjur Regency, RISHA homes have been provided to residents in relocation areas. This study aims to assess the viability of using RISHA as a replacement for conventional houses in Cianjur Regency. The analysis predicts the structural response of RISHA and conventional houses to the Cianjur earthquake, using the spectrum response method based on SNI 1726:2019. Using SAP2000 software, the study evaluates deflection, bending moment, and base shear force. The findings indicate that RISHA exhibits lower deflection, bending moment, and shear force compared to conventional houses, with values being 12.5%, 65%, and 66.5% of those in traditional houses, respectively. Based on these results, it is concluded that RISHA offers superior structural performance in resisting earthquakes compared to conventional residential buildings. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Consumption is an essential aspect of daily life, and fulfilling customer needs requires efficient distribution of goods. Therefore, distributors are needed and they frequently set targets for their employees to achieve, and motivation plays a significant role in employee performance. An organization that distributes goods called CV Karya Prima motivates its employees by offering incentives. However, manual incentive calculation sets out problems such as a lack of progress tracking, irregular payout dates, and probable inaccuracies. This study aims to develop a web-based incentive calculation system using the analytical hierarchy process method and a database for data retrieval. The system utilizes PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL and adopts the SDLC prototyping method. The developed system is focused on the sales division and variables like total sales, effective calls, calls, and outlets. The web-based system is capable of solving the issues using the features that were built based on user needs and have already been tested through user acceptance testing. © 2023 IEEE.
