Management of patient data at the Technical Implementation Unit of the Community Health Center (UPT. Puskesmas) of Rhee Sumbawa District has not been fully computerized. The need for the development of an Information System to store medical records (history) of patient data. The research aims to develop information systems with descriptive research methods. For software development methods using Waterfall Models and built with Microsoft Visual Studio C# software and databases stored in Microsoft SQL Server software. Software testing uses Black Box Testing, which is testing software in functional terms. The results of research into digital data technology products that function to enter, change, delete data and minimize the time to find the data needed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data management.

The educational data can be mined to produce the useful knowledge. This paper focuses on the educational data processing to predict student's psychomotor domain. Here, we apply linear regression method to do it. On process stage, we use 4 regularizations, namely: no regularization, ridge regression, lasso regression and elastic net regression. Furthermore, we exploit 2 sampling methods as the evaluation technique, for examples: cross-validation sampling and random sampling. The experimental result indicates that the best regularization on cross-validation and random sampling are an elastic net regression because this regularization achieves the lowest predicting error. On cross-validation, values of MSE, RMSE, and MAE are 40.079, 6.330 and 5.183, respectively. Additionally, for random sampling, respectively, values of MSE, RMSE, and MAE are 86.910, 8.428 and 6.511. © 2018 IEEE.

The 21 st century science learning: HOTS and digital literacy among junior high school students in Semarang, Indonesia

The 21st-century skills was broadly discussed in all sectors. It challenges education to equip next generation with all important skills to face the digital technology transformation. The focus of this study was to identify profile of student's higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) and digital literacy among junior high school students in science learning. Mixed method, a combination of quantitative and qualitative was used in this study. A total number of 170 of grade 7th students in private and public junior high school in Semarang City were administered in the integrated science test (IST). IST were used to measure student's HOTS through constructed-multiple choice test. 17 science teachers were the key informant of HOTS and digital literacy in science learning. Rasch model and descriptive analysis used to identify HOTS and digital literacy based on gender and type of school. The results reveal that : (1) most of junior high school students HOTS performace were at low slight to moderate level (2) female students performs better than male students in HOTS, (3) type of school significantly impact on students' achievement, and (4) teachers' operation and thinking skills as basic skill of digital literacy were still unsufficient to provide digital-based learning. However, it is necessary to accustom implementation of HOTS assessment as well as digital technology in the science learning environment.

The Online Test application uses Telegram Bots Version 1.0

The development of the smartphones that rapidly increasing, and high smartphone Users as a tool to make a lot of information, make emergence of instant messaging applications with a variety of options for use. Telegram, as one of the instant messaging application that is fairly new, offering in its various features compared to other instant messaging applications, so it can grow rapidly and much in demand in only 2 years. One of the interesting features is the Bot telegram, a special account without number that can handle Command from the User and gives answers appropriate to Command functionality. The account serves as the interface of the running system that communicate via Telegram Bot API. This study seeks to build a Bot telegram with database to built The Online Test application uses Telegram Bots Version 1.0. In each lecture meeting, a Lecturer can make a short test in the form of multiple choices to review the material at the previous meeting and get information about what percentage of students understand the material that has been taught before. We can use the application to send realtime messages to facilitate the test. Of course, which supports the creation of bots easily to add features that did not yet exist. Of the many we chose Telegram to be an online test environment by utilizing the Bot creation facilities provided by Telegram. This article will be a guide that makes it easier for lecturers to give a simple test at the beginning of the meeting, so that they can attract students' daily grades. And in order to be more interactive there are features of student value progress reports that can also be accessed individually so that students can know the progress of their learning outcomes.

The process of data collection of tax subjects and objects at the Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Sumbawa Regency is still manual, where the subject and tax object data are still managed in the form of records on bookkeeping media and office application office media applications such as Microsoft Excel. The need for an application design as a form of digitizing a manual process in the governance system to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the agency. The research aims to develop Tax Object Subject Data Collection Applications. The application is built with Web-based programming, using the PHP programming Language and Sublime Text as Tools Editor and MySQL as a data storage medium. The application built can present data collection features related to tax object subject data such as companies, restaurants, hotels, parking and ground water data and can display reports in the form of data related to tax object and object data collection to facilitate the monitoring process in BAPENDA Sumbawa Regency.

Application of the local antimagic total labeling of graphs to optimise scheduling system for an expatriate assignment

An expatriate assignment at the branch company in other country must be optimised due to the short term duty. Accuracy calculation is needed to optimise the expatriate assignment including its scheduling system. There are many ways and methods to optimise the scheduling system. One of the methods is making use of graph theory instruments such as local antimagic total labeling. The local antimagic total labeling of a graph is a map from the set of vertices and edges of the graph to the set of positive integers from 1 to the number of vertices and edges such that the weight of two adjacent vertices are different. The vertex weight is calculated by adding the labels of the vertex and all edges incident to it. In this paper, this labeling is applied to optimise the scheduling system for the expatriate assignment. This system can be modelled by a graph where the assignments are represented by vertices and connection between the assignments are represented by edges. The represented graph is then labelled by the local antimagic total labeling in order to obtain the minimum number of different vertex weights. The such number is equivalent to the optimal time allocated for the expatriate assignment.

Intelligent System of Automatic Shrimp Feeding

Feeding on shrimp culture is important to the shrimp growth process so that the expected yields are achieved. Feeding must be balanced and timely, there are no advantages or disadvantages in feeding because all the feed provided is not necessarily completely consumed by shrimp, therefore it is necessary to have technology that can control shrimp feeding. Automatic shrimp feed technology can be a solution to the problem of feeding to support the productivity of shrimp culture. Automatic shrimp feeder is built using an arduino microcontroller module, RTC module (Real Time Clock), and feed throwing system. The shrimp feeding method with the working principle of shrimp feeder is shrimp feed thrown horizontally due to centrifugal force. With the influence of the centrifugal force from the propeller spreader, the feed will be thrown throughout the surface of the pond. Feeding is controlled using Arduino by setting the time. Shrimp feeding is done every 4 hours and the appliance is on for 7 minutes to spread 10 kg of feed for the number of shrimps 1,500 and the width of kolan 400 m2 with a minimum throwing distance of feed 1 meter and a maximum of 7 meters.

Background Apolipoprotein E4 ( APOE 4) has toxic effects on the cerebrovascular system, neuronal function, and functional connectivity of brain networks (e.g., default-mode, frontal-attention, and salience networks). The thalamus, a vital structure that acts as a relay station between many networks, has become of interest in AD research with studies showing atrophy among those with early AD and diminished cortical-thalamic connections among those with vascular impairment. Additionally, CSF soluble platelet-derived growth factor receptor-β (sPDGFRβ), a marker of blood-brain barrier breakdown, has been associated with AD risk, especially in APOE 4 carriers. The present study investigated the relationship between CSF sPDGFRβ and functional connectivity in APOE 4 carriers and non-carriers. Method One hundred sixty-six older adults from the Los Angeles area were selected from a larger cohort (96 females, mean age + SD=67.4 + 10.7, 68 APOE 4 carriers) based on availability of rsfMRI data. Image data was processed using CONN-toolbox v19c. Grey matter was parcellated using Harvard/Oxford brain atlas, excluding cerebellum. ROI-to-ROI analyses were conducted selecting the thalamus as seed region averaging mean connectivity between the left and right structure of other parcellated brain regions. Linear regression models evaluated significant associations between blood oxygen level-dependent (BOLD) and network connectivity among seed-target regions and CSF sPDGFRβvalues, while covarying for age and sex. Comparison of averaged functional connectivity values between seed and all target regions among APOE 4 carriers and non-carriers was also examined. Result Higher functional connectivity between the thalamus and resting state network hub regions were associated with higher CSF sPDGFRβ (Fig 1A, 1C). Based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to Primary Teacher Education Students, 96% of students said that Physics is difficult to understand because the material is very complex, many formulas, especially the learning process is done online. This study aims to describe the influence of providing feedback on the motivation of Primary Teacher Education Students in primary school physics courses. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the instrument used was a questionnaire which was distributed to 115 elementary school education students. The result of the research shows that giving feedback consistently is able to motivate students. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaires distributed, each indicator is of very good value.

Local super antimagic total vertex coloring of some wheel related graphs

Let G be a simple and finite graph with vertex set V and edge set E. The local antimagic total labeling of G is a map from V E to the set of positive integers from 1 to |V| + |E| such that the weight of two adjacent vertices are distinct. The weight of a vertex v is calculated by the sum of the label of the vertex v and the labels of all edges incident to it. If the vertices of G is labelled by the smallest labels, that is, {1, 2,..., |V|}, then the such labeling is called local super antimagic total labeling. Thus, the local super antimagic total labeling induces a proper vertex coloring of G where the vertex v is colored by the weight of vertex v. The minimum number of colors taken over all colorings induced by super local antimagic total labeling of G, is called local super antimagic total chromatic number of graph G, and denoted by χlsat(G). In this paper, we consider the local super antimagic total chromatic number of some wheel related graphs such as fans, even gear graphs, and sun flower graphs.
