The development of e-commerce or e-Market technology today creates a culture of Smartphone usage as the main media in communicating and doing business so it makes the opportunity to be utilized in overcoming every conventional issues in doing business. One of the issues in Tanah Abang Market is the congestion due to the large number of visitors coming from outside Jakarta. Therefore, a proper market development strategy is needed. The method used in this research was SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats). The strategy is composed of the calculations described in the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) and IFE Matrix (Internal Factor Evaluation). The result of internal factor analysis from IFE matrix obtained value equal to 3,27, while result of External factor analysis from EFE matrix obtained score equal to 3,35. Pedado Village has several SMEs that are not yet well known by the wider community. These SMEs produce various products such as flannel handicrafts, Palembang mattress, and oyster mushrooms. Even the marketing of this product is still done manually, that is, the buyer comes directly to the seller to buy the product. This study aimed to build a website that can promote Pedado Village in general and the products produced by SMEs in particular. The website could also be used for online buying and selling transactions. The method used in website development is the Spiral method. The research results were a website that could be used to display information in the form of Pedado Village profile, SMEs and activities in Pedado Village, products produced by these SMEs, and the purchase of these products online. The use of the Spiral method was limited to the initial evaluation stage, which was testing the system using the blackbox method, with the results of the website could be used according to its function.

A pointing device is one of the important interfaces between human and computer. A mouse is usually used as a pointing device; however, people with physical impairments who can not use a mouse due to its operation should use a table. One candidate for solving this problem is using an upper-arm movement combined with an inertial measurement unit sensor. The upper-arm gestures would be mapped and used to manipulate the mouse cursor on the monitor display. The `clicking' action will be accomplished using a bending sensor attached on the opposite upper-arm. This study evaluates the combination of the IMU and bend sensor (IMU+Bend) as a substitute for the mouse. The evaluation is based on ISO/TS 9241-411: Ergonomics of human-system standard. The results mentioned that the use of IMU is a promising way to emulate the movement of cursor. However, the usage of bend sensor is uncomfortable when it is used as a clicking method. The throughput of the proposed is 1.75 bps, and qualitative results show that the mean of comfort is 4.85 on a Likert scale ranged from 1 to 7.

With the emergence of the Web of Things (WoT) as Internet of Things (IoT) enhancement in web application, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has developed very rapidly. Its technology has been commonly used in various fields of life, especially in agriculture. One of the crop plants is often achieved by vegetable farming, as vegetables are the staples of daily life. Aim this study is for plating mustard green seeds and watering plant using WoT. This method begins by doing literature review, requirement analysis, design and implementation. The result shows the developing of prototype to planting mustard seeds and watering plant is successful that it can be remotely operated through WoT. The planting and watering process uses Gcode command to carry out seed picks, planting seeds, and water plants.

Augmented Reality is a technology that aims to combine digital content made by computers with the real world in real time. Augmented Reality can be applied in almost all areas of life. One of the applications is in the field of providing information. The publication of registration flow for entrance examination at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya is still using paper media that makes it less interesting on the prospective applicants. Therefore it requires an application based on android to implement the information distribution of registration flow for entrance examination at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. This augmented reality application consists of two menus namely information menu and location menu. Information menu contains motion graphic video of registration flow for entrance examination at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya and location menu contains 3d object of entrance examination at State Polytechnic registration buildings. The research method is divided into several stages, namely design, asset creation, implementation and testing. At the testing stage is divided into two, namely application testing by testing the functionality of the features provided by the application and testing of respondents to determine the effectiveness of registration flow at State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya compared to paper media seen in the respondent's answer of 88.7%.

Counseling is professional assistance given by counselors to clients directly, to solve problems and improve their behavior. In the future. The discussion of the problem in question is in-depth which concerns important matters about the client, broad covering various aspects of the client's problem, and specifically to alleviate the client's pressing problems. The Support Vector Machine and Multi Layer Perceptron algorithm is applied to classify counseling data provided by professionals to clients with an accuracy of 86.39%. Data from Vocational Research in Malang City in 2018. To improve the optimal accuracy of the type of counseling data classification, this study proposes an algorithm optimization feature for the Deep Learning algorithm. The results showed a significant increase in accuracy. The value of classification accuracy in counseling data generated by the Deep Learning algorithm has increased to 97.37% with a better level of accuracy.

Based on Malang Regency agriculture data in 2017 presented by the Head of the Agriculture and Food Crops and Horticulture Office (DPTPH), there was a 2.5% decrease in yields. One hectare of paddy land can produce 7.71 tons during normal weather, but currently only produces 6.9 tons per hectare. Three farmers' groups in Malang Regency (2018), are of the opinion that the current weather greatly influences crop failure. Weather prediction used so far using conventional benchmarks for planting, is no longer relevant to current reality. These estimates are often incorrect, resulting in crop failures, which have an impact on the farmer's economy. This study aims to make the application of weather prediction systems and recommendations for suitable planting varieties based on data on temperature, humidity, time of sun exposure, wind speed, and rainfall using Backpropagation ANN method. Data used for Karangploso District weather prediction from 2009-2018. While the variables used in the application of Backpropagation ANN: temperature, humidity, time of sun exposure, wind speed, and rainfall. For output, the prediction of rainfall in the next 12 months and planting of varieties in accordance with the predicted rainfall, OPT and land type. From the calculation results of this application the MSE error value of 0.0299 is obtained.

The phase that carried out is to identify matter by means of a analyse needs that is in research locations. Next design products which adjusted with needs of material geometric three dimensions. Math teacher and the design do validation to judge feasibility products have been made, repair based on input from validator and to pilot a small scale/limited products. The research was done at student in Elementary School.
