The automotive world nowadays has experienced significant and rapid growth. These changes are focused on how conventional cars transform and expand using IoT, combined digital collaboration. The complexity around IT service management in automotive manufacturers also needed solutions to enhance collaboration among field technicians to improve service delivery. This article proposes a conceptual framework for optimizing field technician collaboration by implementing digital twin technology within IT Service Management. Digital twin technology, which entails the development of virtual representations of tangible assets and systems, presents significant opportunities for improving decision-making, communication, and operational efficiency. By integrating digital twin technology with established IT Service Management practices, this framework aims to streamline the coordination and performance of field technicians, thereby elevating overall service quality. The framework outlines key stages such as data collection, model creation, simulation, analysis, and optimization. © 2024 IEEE.

Solar photovoltaic generation and energy storage are being used to power rural places. However, remote users are burdened by private energy storage devices. Remoteness limits the economic viability of cooperative energy storage. Our work proposes a shared energy storage model considering battery degradation. To test the model, we compared Individual, Neighbor, and Communal scenarios. The system was built as a mixed integer linear programming model to investigate optimal operating methods. Compared to the other situations, the Neighbor scenario saves operational expenses by 4.97%. Finally, the self-consumption rate shows optimal penetration of renewable energy parameters. © 2024 IEEE.

Banking and Fintech are encouraged to collaborate to fill each other's deficiencies and further grow the digital economy. This collaboration will create benefits for both banks, Fintech, and customers. However, this collaboration also comes with risks. The Financial Services Authority has stated that several risk phenomena can occur in the collaboration of banks and Fintech. First, no law guarantees the protection and exchange of customer personal data. Second, the risk of customer data leakage. Third, the risk of cyberattacks. The fourth is the risk of outsourcing. This research aims to analyze the risk phenomenon of bank and fintech collaboration through the Enterprise Risk Management Framework approach. This study uses a phenomenological research approach, which is a study to study how individuals subjectively experience and give meaning to the phenomenon. Data analysis based on this phenomenon data uses qualitative methods involving banking and fintech practitioners. The results of this study describe the phenomenon of risks that occur in banking-fintech collaboration, as approached by the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Proper risk management will minimize risks when the Bank collaborates with FinTech. This study hopefully contributes to making brief policy recommendations on bank and fintech collaboration risk management for Indonesian financial regulators. © 2023 IEEE.

Gurami is a native fish from Indonesian waters that is much-loved by Indonesian people for daily food consumption. The gurami inhabits still waters such as swamps, lakes, and ponds. Besides that, carp cannot live in a water content that is too alkaline or acidic, the oxygen content in the water must be stable. Water quality is a very important factor and can affect the survival of cultivated fish. Several parameters must be considered in improving the development of carp, one of which is the temperature and pH of the water and automatic drainage of water. In this paper, we conduct IoT-based research that focuses on controlling water temperature and pH and automatically draining pool water. Water temperature and pH control such as a pH sensor temperature sensor and a water turbidity sensor will later be connected to the ESP 32 microcontroller which already has a wi-fi module. A system that is linked to electrical power and the internet then the sensor will read the water quality including the pH temperature value and water turbidity from inside the fish pond, after getting the data, the data will go to ESP 32. This research can help gurami cultivating farmers to make it easy to control the pH temperature and perform automatic pool water draining. The results of sensor testing with actual data are pretty accurate with the average error value of the ds18b20 sensor being 0.05% while the value of the pH sensor itself is 0.07%. © 2023 IEEE.

The COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of large-scale social restrictions have caused economic and social disruptions globally, including in Indonesia. These difficult situations have shifted the financial attitudes, especially among the working-age group in Indonesia, to be more focused on saving and investing. One of the popular options among new investors is mutual fund investment because it requires a lower cost than other options, offers diversified holdings, and supports a variety of risk profiles. New investors primarily use an investment app, such as a mutual fund investment application, to manage their investment portfolios safely and seamlessly. In line with the rapid growth of mutual fund investors, the number of mutual fund investment apps in Indonesia has increased to more than 80 providers in 2022, resulting in fiercer competition between service providers. Therefore, retaining and increasing the apps' investment usage is crucial to providers' business success. This study investigates factors affecting the investor's continuance intention to use mutual fund investment apps by adapting the expectation-confirmation model (ECM) with other key constructs, i.e., perceived security, trust, and self-efficacy. The collected data from 384 participants were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling. The results indicate that perceived usefulness, trust, and user satisfaction positively affect the continuance use of mutual fund investment apps. Based on findings, this study proposes practical strategies to retain the application usage, such as implementing security measures, personalized investment courses and advisories based on the user's profile risks and preferences, and recommendations on achieving the user's investment goals based on machine learning solutions. Digital solutions, such as financial and investment apps, may contribute to expanding access to banking, financial services, and financial inclusion in the Indonesian population. © 2022 IEEE

Digital Transformation (DT) has occurred in various sectors, even in the context of villages. This study conducts a systematic Literature Review (SLR) to identify characteristics, stages, and impacts of DT on Smart Villages (SV). Relevant articles are selected following a search in four databases, applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, and assessing the relevancy of the articles. DT progress through stages of technology adoption and strategic change that impact activities. The characteristic of DT in SV is the ease of access, digital literacy, online services, innovation, relevant infrastructure, availability of information, data management, appropriate tools in a platform, and mature use of relevant modern technology. The stages of DT discuss the preparation, implementation, and monitoring stages of concepts and digital platforms. The impact of DT is oriented toward the benefits received through activities and performance in the Village.

It can be argued that the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) used in this research is an efficient algorithm for classifying images based on the end prediction of the path taken. In every plot that is made, there is a similar process for achieving a prediction of the final result. The implementation for each of these procedures follows the steps that are summarized into a flow of analysis stages that can help to develop the application of an algorithm. The initial stage is to take the handwriting from the user which is then pre-processed the image, to eliminate existing noise, and sharpen the contrast, so that the image can be seen clearly. Images will be processed and analyzed using the Convolutional Neural Network model, training will be carried out, with an average training of a dataset of 100 epochs or about 7 to 10 minutes, and labeling on the trained dataset. The accuracy of the training reached 98.89%, as a proportion of the different characteristics of the handwriting sample. © 2023 IEEE.

Aims: This study aims to compare the performance of Golang and *** as web applications backend regarding response time, CPU utilization, and memory usage by using MySQL and MongoDB as databases Background: There has been a lot of literature and research that addresses web server comparisons and database comparisons, but no one has discussed the combination of the two. *** and Golang (Go) were popular platforms that widely used as web and mobile application backends. While MySQL and Go are the two best open source databases that have different characters Objective: To compare the performance of Golang and *** as web applications backend regarding response time, CPU utilization, and memory usage by using MySQL and MongoDB as databases Methods: In this study, we use four combinations of the web server and databases to compare, that is ***-Mysql, ***-MongoDB, Go-Mysql, and Go-MongoDB. Each database consists of 25 attributes with 1000 records. Each combination has the same routing URLs. From the previous study found a significant time difference between MySQL and MongoDB in query operations with 1000 data, so that in this study, the routing/showAll URL uses 1000 data. Results: The result shows that the combination of Go and MySQL is superior regarding CPU utilization and memory usage, while *** and MySQL combination is superior regarding response time. Conclusion: From this study can be concluded that the combination of Go-MySQL is superior regarding memory usage and CPU utilization, while ***-MySQL is superior regarding response time. Other: With this research, web developers can determine the right platform for their application;they also can reduce application developing cost so that the development process can be completed more quickly. For the next research best performance platform can be tested for WebSocket communication protocol and real-time technology, because it may provide different results from this research. © 2021 Bentham Scien

E-learning is an asynchronous or synchronous communication mode to confirm knowledge through electronic media. The implementation of e-learning in Indonesia has many challenges, including the low independent learning culture, which creates the perception that the absence of direct interaction between lecturers and students and e -learning does not always enhance students' abilities to study independently. The effectiveness of e-learning needs to assess to assist e-learning providers with product customization so that e-learning matches the needs and expectations of users. This study analyzes the effect of information and communication technology (ICT) readiness and experience on the effectiveness of e-learning with student engagement as a mediator. This research used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to test the hypothesis. The results of this study are the mediation of emotional engagement on readiness, cognitive engagement on information seeking, cognitive engagement on socialization and behavior engagement on readiness and socialization have a significant effect on e-learning effectivity. © 2022 IEEE.

This research discusses the prediction of company loyalty. Every company typically has a loyalty program in place. Customer loyalty is a key driver of business success, especially in competitive retail environment. Understanding the condition of customer loyalty presents a unique challenge for companies. It is also crucial for companies to understand the characteristics of their loyal customers. This research proposes a predictive model to assess the loyalty of a company's customers and builds a clustering model from the predicted loyal customers. Using the company's transaction data from January 1, 2023, to September 31, 2024, a predictive Random Forest model is developed. The Random Forest model is evaluated using ROC-AUC, accuracy, F1 Score, and Recall, showing ROC - AUC 0.93, accuracy of 87%, a F1 Score of 91 %, and a recall of 92 %. performance. The Random Forest model will generate customers predicted to be loyal and those predicted to churn. K-Means++ clustering will be built using the data of customers predicted to be loyal by the Random Forest model. Clustering is implemented by PCA (Principal Component Analysis) to reduce data dimensionality. Loyal customers are divided into 3 clusters, each displaying its distinct characteristics. This research identifies customers who have the potential to become loyal, and the clustering results reveal the characteristics of each cluster. Companies can leverage the findings of this research to develop better strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
