The present research explores the behavioral perspective of the millennial generation on job pursuit intention on Multi-Level Marketing companies through social media. Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) are used to assess the job pursuit intention. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM). Analysis reveals the strong influence of attitude on job pursuit intention. The result in this research can be used as the theoretical basis that can be very beneficial for MLM companies, investors, and academicians in marketing. Further theoretical and practical suggestions are discussed.

Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy.

Accuracy, fast and efficiency in performing digital transactions are needed especially during the pandemic covid 19, this need to be done for persevering and improving customer confidence. The supply chain is a concept applied by companies to analyze production needs from raw material providers, transportation to be used, production processes and even determine expeditions to send goods to customers according to a predetermined time. This research has never been done by other researchers where the supply chain process is carried out by a company by involving algorithms in computer science in the form of applying rule based reasoning methods to obtain optimal results. The supply chain information system combined with the rule based reasoning method allows companies to control production management that can improve product quality even up to the marketing model that will be used accompanied by consultants who are experts in their fields and can communicate actively to customers so that customers feel satisfied and feel well served. Computational rules will be run through the system developed in the form of rule based reasoning so that the company can obtain fast and precise analysis to take a decision with the purpose of obtaining the maximum benefit from any activities and transactions.

AbstractObjectivesKorean mint (Agastache rugosa; KM) is a medicinal plant of the Labiatae mint family that exerts a wide range of health benefits including anti-inflammatory and antioxidants. The beneficial health effects of KM have been associated with the presence of polyphenols. However, the bioavailability of KM is still poorly evaluated to understand how bioactive compounds are absorbed and reach systemic circulation. The objective of this study was to investigate how the dominant KM polyphenols are differently available in circulation in vitro and in vivo. MethodsIn a randomized, double-blind, crossover design, 10 healthy females consumed either placebo or KM extract. Blood samples have collected before and 15, 30, 60,120, 180, and 360 min for the analysis of serum polyphenol concentration by ultra-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–MS/MS). Additionally, the bioaccessibility of KM polyphenols was assessed after in vitro digestion using Caco-2 monolayers grown in permeable filter supports. ResultsThe UPLC-MS/MS analysis showed the dominant components in the extract were rosmarinic acid (RA), acacetin (AC) and acacetin 7-glucoside (tilianin, TA). Following KM extract consumption, the absorption curve of RA, TA, and AC changed over 6 h. RA and TA were most abundant 2–3 h post-initial ingestion with a gradual decrease afterward. By contrast, the appearance of AC in serum was delayed to 2 h but continuously increased until 6 h post-ingestion. In vitro data with absorptive intestinal cells indicated that AC and TA gradually decreased in the apical side, and correspondent enrichments were found in the basal side. RA was not transported in quantifiable concentration. ConclusionsThese findings suggest that KM polyphenols are readily available in circulation, providing a potential direct role in health benefits. Objectives:This study aimed to examine the protective effects of Aronia melanocarna berry extract (ABE) supplementation against the acute aerobic exercise (AAE) – induced oxidative stress in healthy subjects. Methods:A 8-week, randomized, double-blind, parallel, placebo-controlled trial were conducted with 70 healthy middle-aged adults. We assessed a battery of AAE-induced oxidate stress biomarkers at pre-exercise, immediately post-exercise, and 30-min post-exercise. The AAE challenge model, as a treadmill exercise for 30 minutes at 60% VO2max, was applied to load oxidative stress at the end of the study. A linear mixed-effect model was used to test differences of safety and effectiveness between two groups and Pearson’s correlation coefficients assessed the statistical association. Results:The AAE-induced time course-dependent oxidative stress was well-observed in the placebo group regarding the glutathione peroxidase activity and glutathione availability for antioxidant defense; and erythrocyte malondialdehyde, interleukin-6, and lactate levels for oxidative damage. Meanwhile, the ABE supplementation improved the glutathione defense system by increasing glutathione availability and glutathione peroxidase activity during exercise and post-exercise recovery periods. In addition, the scatter plot and linear regression analysis revealed strong negative correlations of GSH availability with oxidized LDL and erythrocyte malonaldehyde levels. Conclusions:These finding suggest ABE supplementation might affect to improve antioxidant defense mechanism in healthy adults with low fruit and vegetable intake.
