The European external platform "Bartolomeo" is an enhancement of the European International Space Station (ISS) module "Columbus". Its infrastructure is motivated by the shortage in availability of ISS external sites and the need to improve capabilities to keep the station attractive for new upcoming space missions. Designed to user requirements from the commercial and institutional sector, Bartolomeo is a new ext ernal payload hosting facility which is mechanically attached to the ram-facing primary and secondary trunnions on the ram side of Columbus. Thermal and dynamic stability of the payloads are the primary missions of Bartolomeo environment. Micro -g disturbances control is vital for the operation of the payloads outside the International Space Station. Therefore Bartolomeo is designed to provide a smooth dynamic environment towards on -orbit random vibration levels from low to high frequency. For each payload an isolation device will be developed by Airbus Defence and Space in Bremen in order to provide a guaranteed payload comfort. In order to determine the efficiency of insulation a preliminary analysis is necessary to investigate the sensitivity of payloads with respect to their position, mass, Center of Gravity (CoG) towards frequency range. The insulation device shall reduce the resonance of the amplification for certain frequencies without shifting the effect to other frequency ranges. The possible mode cou pling of Bartolomeo payloads and the platform itself to the Columbus Module is also investigated in this paper. The effect of soft - mounted attachments between Bartolomeo and Columbus is included in this investigation. A modal survey test and random vibration tests will be used for the external correlation of the mathematical model of Bartolomeo and in addition they will support this analysis. The dispersion of SARS-CoV-2 in aquatic environments via the discharge of domestic and hospital sewage has been confirmed in different locations. Thus, we aimed to evaluate the possible impacts of zebrafish (Danio rerio) exposure to SARS-CoV-2 peptide fragments (PSPD-2001, 2002, and 2003) alone and combined with a mix of emerging pollutants. Our data did not reveal the induction of behavioral, biometric, or mutagenic changes. But we noticed an organ-dependent biochemical response. While nitric oxide and malondialdehyde production in the brain, gills, and muscle did not differ between groups, superoxide dismutase activity was reduced in the "PSPD", "Mix", and "Mix+PSPD" groups. An increase in catalase activity and a reduction in DPPH radical scavenging activity were observed in the brains of animals exposed to the treatments. However, the "Mix+PSPD" group had a higher IBRv2 value, with NO levels (brain), the reduction of acetylcholinesterase activity (muscles), and the DPPH radical scavenging activity (brain and muscles), the most discriminant factors for this group. The principal component analysis (PCA) and hierarchical clustering analysis indicated a clear separation of the "Mix+PSPD" group from the others. Thus, we conclude that exposure to viral fragments, associated with the mix of pollutants, induced more significant toxicity in zebrafish adults than in others.

Endophytic fungi (Y6, Y8, Y10, G8) of ginkgo were studied in this paper to clarify what species of them, what kind of flavonoids of their metabolite, and the bacteriostatic activity of fermentation liquid from endophytic fungi. Disc diffusion method was used to determine antibacterial properties that the target strains to dominant spoilage bacteria X15 (bacillus), T10 (proteus), X5 (aureus), N4 (Serratia marcescens) from low temperature meat products, the results showed that Y6, Y8 and Y10 had best strains antibacterial properties for X15, T10, N4, respectively, and G8 is the best strain in antibacterial performance. The metabolites of four endophytic fungi of ginkgo biloba were analysed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the results showed that quercetin and isorhamnetin were contained in the fermented liquid of Y6 strain, isorhamnetin and quercetin were contained in the fermented liquid of Y8 and Y10 respectively. Four strains were identified by molecular biology by extracting DNA, the result shows that Y6, Y8, Y10, G8 strains were Penicillium sp., Dothiorella gregaria., Phoma sp., Fusarium nematophilum. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper aims to reveal the scavenging effects of chestnut flower extract on nitrite. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction time, ethanol concentration on the removal effect of nitrite were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test. The best conditions for removing nitrite in the result were shown as below: extraction temperature: 40 ?C, ethanol concentration: 40%, extraction time: 1.5 h, and the maximum scavenging rate could reach 94% are the optimal conditions for its reaction with nitrite. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to screen the endophytic fungi of ginkgo biloba with high flavonoid yield, the surface of the sample was disinfected by immersing with 75% ethanol, 3% sodium hypochlorite and sterile water alternating. The endophytic fungi of ginkgo biloba were separated by tissue culture method. 47 strains of endophytic fungi were obtained, and 16, 17 and 14 strains were found in the branches, leaves and roots respectively. The flavonoid-producing strains and its content of total flavonoids in the fermentation broth were determined by chromogenic reaction and colorimetric method of aluminum chloride respectively. Finally, four strains with the highest flavonoid-producing (Y6, Y8, Y10 and G8) were screened, and theirs total flavonoids content in the fermentation broth were 25.33?1.29 mg/L, 32.04?1.38 mg/L, 20.48?0.83 mg/L and 20.19?1.59 mg/L respectively. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Low-temperature meat products are very popular, but due to the characteristics of processing technology, there are still some heat-resistant microorganism residues after sterilization, which lead to its extremely vulnerable to corruption and short shelf-life. The spoilage discipline and mechanisms of Beijing sausages were summarized on the basis of spoilage bacteria isolation, identification and analysis. The main results were as follows: by using method of 16S rDNA sequence analysis, the main spoilage bacteria which isolated and identified from Beijing sausages were Pseudomonas sp, Staphylococcus sp, and Brochothrix sp. By denaturing gradient gelelectrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) analysis, there were 13 kinds of the spoilage bacteria of Beijing sausages, and Pseudomonas sp was the main spoilage bacteria. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this thesis, the chemical properties of chestnut shell pigments were mainly studied. Through a series of pigment stability experiments, it could be learned that the pigment of chestnut shell was sensitive to different pH and heat, stable to light, and had certain tolerance to oxidant H2O2 and reducing agent ascorbic acid. Mn2+ and Zn2+ had certain enhancement effects on color of the pigments. Cu2+, Fe2+, Fe3+ and Al3+ could destroy the stability of pigment, and caused precipitate. The pigment was also stable to the commonly used as food additives. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Dynamically encircling exceptional points (EPs) can lead to chiral mode switching as the system parameters are varied along a path that encircles EP. However, conventional encircling protocols result in low transmittance due to path-dependent losses. Here, we present a paradigm to encircle EPs that includes fast Hamiltonian variations on the parameter boundaries, termed Hamiltonian hopping, enabling ultrahigh-efficiency chiral mode switching. This protocol avoids path-dependent loss and allows us to experimentally demonstrate nearly 90% efficiency at 1550 nm in the clockwise direction, overcoming a long-standing challenge of non-Hermitian optical systems and powering up new opportunities for EP physics.

The notion of the sub-exact sequence is the generalization of exact sequence in algebra especially on a module. A module over a ring R is a generalization of the notion of vector space over a field F. Refers to a special vector space over field F when we have a complete inner product space, it is called a Hilbert space. A space is complete if every Cauchy sequence converges. Now, we introduce the sub-exact sequence on Hilbert space which can later be useful in statistics. This paper aims to investigate the properties of the sub-exact sequence and their relation to direct summand on Hilbert space. As the result, we get two properties of isometric isomorphism sub-exact sequence on Hilbert space.
