Device connectivity has been redefined by the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, enabling diverse applications in areas such as smart cities, smart homes, and healthcare. These applications produce massive amounts of data, making it a significant challenge to offload tasks to cloud servers. However, the physical distance between devices often leads to latency issues for IoT systems, impacting time-sensitive applications. Fog computing tackles this issue by processing data closer to IoT devices. However, a high user density can strain the capacity of a macro base station, potentially leading to congestion. Drone Base Stations (DBSs) provide a flexible solution by acting as mobile relays to reduce latency and traffic burden. To address this issue, this work proposes a drone-assisted load distribution strategy in IoT networks. In our proposed approach, we deploy DBS efficiently using a greedy optimization technique. However, after the deployment of DBS, an optimal base station assignment framework dynamically connects user equipment to the most suitable base station, helping to minimize latency and enhance network performance. This dual-phase approach provides a scalable and practical solution for realtime IoT applications. Through extensive simulations, ensures that our proposed approach achieves a more balanced assignment compared to baseline algorithms. © 2025 IEEE.

The automobile service industry's explosive growth highlights the need for creative approaches to boost operational effectiveness and user experience. This study introduces a Hybrid Garage Assistance system, integrating Classical Machine Learning (ML) techniques with Generative AI to optimize garage service discovery and analysis. The system employs sophisticated data processing methods, including Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) vectorization and regex-based service detection, to extract actionable insights from unstructured garage *** to the system are machine learning models Random Forest (RF) and XGBoost (XGB) which achieve high precision and recall in classifying garage services. A hybrid search mechanism, combining cosine similarity with ML-driven predictions, ensures the delivery of highly personalized search results. To further refine decision-making, the system incorporates Generative AI models such as Perplexity for web-based research, Gemini for location-specific analysis, Mistral for email sending and GPT-4 for detailed service recommendations and dall-e for creating user specific parts images. These advanced tools provide users with comprehensive information that enables them to make well-informed decisions about garage *** evaluation of the system is conducted using robust metrics, including precision, recall, F1-score, and system latency. Experimental results reveal a precision of 85%, recall of 70.8%, and an F1-score of 77.2%, demonstrating the efficacy of integrating classical ML with generative AI. The main characteristics of the healthcare platform that this study suggests for rural areas are User ID or image-based recognition, Options for consultation, Disease Prediction, Integration with Aasha Workers, Technical considerations and Project Objectives. User ID or image-based recognition are used for a secure login process. Options for Consultation is to select from medical chatbots or video consultations with physicians. Disease Prediction is to make recommendations for possible disease diagnosis, real-time image analysis (such as reviewing uploaded photos) and machine learning are used. Risk assessment: Machine learning algorithms evaluate risks for different health disorders based on user-provided data (age, medical history, etc.). Integration with Aasha Workers is a platform establishes a connection with Aasha workers, who can provide medication as required following consultations. Technical considerations are a platform can be built using web development frameworks such as Flask or Django. Strong privacy and data security protocols are necessary. Project Objectives: Expand access to healthcare in remote locations. Give patients knowledge and tools for self-evaluation to empower them. Sleep quality prediction in Internet of Things (IoT) involves leveraging a system of interrelated devices to gather as well as analyse related data. Smart devices like wearable devices or smart mattresses endlessly monitor many parameters such as body movement, heart rate, and environmental situations in bedroom. Real-time recommendations and feedback transported to consumers, allowing them to create informed lifestyle changes for superior sleep hygiene. As IoT ecosystem continues to develop, a combination of various data streams as well as classy analytics holds assurance for further refining sleep quality forecasts and improving overall well-being. The article designs a Bald Eagle Search Algorithm with Hierarchical Deep Learning for Internet of Things Assisted Sleep Quality Recognition (BESHDL-SQP) technique. The purpose of the BESHDL-SQP technique is to recognize and classify the quality of the sleep level in the IoT environment. In the presented BESHDL-SQP technique, the preliminary stage of data pre-processing using min–max normalization involved to normalize the input data. For predicting sleep quality, hierarchical long short-term memory (LSTM) technique exploited. Lastly, BES model utilized for optimal hyperparameter selection of LSTM method which helps in attaining enhanced results. To validate better performance of BESHDL-SQP technique, a huge range of simulation analysis is carried out. A novel approach to identify parkinson’s disease and other similar neural stress by analysing keystrokes on modern active devices with ensemble classification

Motor skills (related to the motor nerve) and neurocognitive disorders affect humans’ typing ability to an extent that is noticeable while using a keyboard, smartphone, or other electronic gadgets. These two medical conditions are Parkinson’s disease (PD), caused by malfunctions of the motor nerve, and neurocognitive disorder, caused by a deficiency of organismic responses to stimuli. A mild symptom of PD, change in fine motor skills during typing, is reflected heavily in keystroke patterns during the early stages. Similarly, Emotional stress (ES) expresses a neurocognitive disorder that affects cognitive abilities as well. Early symptoms of this disorder are reflected in the keystroke patterns according to their severity. As there is no such pathological examination, it is challenging to perceive and measure the development of such disorders already developed in human behaviour as a disease. Furthermore, early screening of these diseases is essential for future diagnosis and preventing fatal consequences, since both are progressive illnesses. A modest attempt is made here to detect two such neurodegenerative disorders in humans using the way they type, formally known as Keystroke dynamics (KD). In this study, a bootstrapped-based homogeneous ensemble classification method has been proposed to address the uncertain performance and uneven distribution of classes for the detection of such medical conditions using users’ typing tendencies. For this purpose, two recent benchmark datasets were used for the validation and confirmation of operational improvements of the proposed method, which have been validated qualitatively and quantitatively. As a result, sensitivity/specificity of 0.82/0.78 in detecting PD and 0.98/0.98 in ES have been achieved, which is robust and accurate in a more realistic evaluation. This paper studies the performative prediction problem where a learner aims to minimize the expected loss with a decision-dependent data distribution. Such setting is motivated when outcomes can be affected by the prediction model, e.g., strategic classification. We consider a state-dependent setting where the data distribution evolves according to a controlled Markov chain. We focus on stochastic derivative free optimization (DFO) where the learner is given access to a loss function evaluation oracle with the above Markovian data. We propose a two-timescale DFO(λ) algorithm that features (i) a sample accumulation mechanism that utilizes every observed sample to estimate the gradient of performative risk, (ii) a two-timescale diminishing step size that balances the rates of DFO updates and bias reduction. Under a non-convex optimization setting, we show that DFO(λ) requires O(1/Ε3) samples (up to a log factor) to attain a near-stationary solution with expected squared gradient norm less than Ε.
