An increasing number of platforms for Business Process Automation (BPA) have been developed in recent years, including open-source and proprietary solutions. However, there are still some unsolved problems and limitations related to the adoption of these solutions, which include: vendor lock-in, limited UI/UX, limited integration, outdated technology stack, and lack of support for non-process features. The framework presented in this paper addresses these problems and limitations by providing an open-source platform to facilitate the development of process-aware information systems (PAISs) based on code generation techniques. The platform is capable of generating a functional process-aware Web application from a business process model defined in BPMN. To the best of our knowledge, there is no other software tool that generates fully functional process-aware Web applications. The presented framework has been evaluated in the academy and industry and used to develop dozens of non-profit and commercial process-aware applications. This paper introduces a novel hybrid genetic algorithm combined with data mining to solve a version of the early/tardy scheduling problem in which no unforced idle time may be inserted in a sequence. The chromosome representation of the problem is based on random keys and we use the Biased Random-Key Genetic Algorithm (BRKGA) to establish an order in which jobs are scheduled. A data mining component gathers data from the evolutionary steps of BRKGA and suggests chromosomes based on past observations. In this way, we address a key challenge in BRKGA - the exploration of solutions near an individual gene - by leveraging data-driven insights to refine and enhance the search space. Comparative analysis reveals that our hybrid algorithm significantly benefits from the pattern recognition capabilities of data mining, leading to improved scheduled efficiency. The results of a series of computational experiments underscore the potential of this hybrid approach that, although requiring slightly longer computational times, is better than the previous baseline BRKGA algorithm in terms of solution quality.

This study addresses the Testing Facility Location with Constrained Queue Time Problem. This optimization problem focuses on determining the best places to deploy testing sites and their available testers for infectious diseases, while constraining the maximum time in the queue with a given probability. An integer programming model is introduced and applied to the three biggest counties, in terms of population, of Florida, United States. Moreover, the Monte Carlo method is used to evaluate the model's output, aiming to check if the queueing time constraint is being satisfied. Through the experiments, a testing facility deployment plan can be determined for each county and further validated by the simulation. The results show that the solutions returned by the model behaved successfully when submitted to the Monte Carlo method, not exceeding the time in the queue in more than the predefined probability.

Many individuals now trade online utilizing trading software in the digital world. Binomo is one of Indonesia's most popular trading platforms. This is because some influencers made several promises to Binomo customers. Since many customers were deceived, this case became quite popular. This study was executed to see how Indonesians felt about the Binomo application after the case went viral. The solution taken was in the form of sentiment analysis because there had been no previous research on sentiment analysis that discussed the Binomo case. The data was scanned using Netlytic tools, a cloud-based text and social network analyzer capable of identifying any talks on social media sites such as Twitter. The sentiment analysis of Binomo trading tweets by using the Multi-Perspective Question Answering lexicon utilized the KNIME tool. But unfortunately, the accuracy of sentiment analysis results is low. Furthermore, the Support Vector Machine technique is also being conducted. The Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency method is applied to perform feature extraction whilst the chi-square approach is utilized to identify features that are thought to be useful for inclusion in the classification process and to exclude features that are irrelevant to the target class. The obtained accuracy is 86%. The study proposes that words from the algorithm's outputs can be utilized to improve the quality of sentiment analysis using the lexicon. As an outcome of the algorithm, positive and negative terms are added to the lexicon, increasing the accuracy of sentiment analysis using the new vocabulary from 58.984% to 71.146%.

Environmental awareness has recently emerged as one of the most crucial topics. As a result, various groups advocate for these technologies and research ways to promote their usage in various contexts. This study examines the factors influencing the intention and use of green technology among academics. This study integrates Price Value (PV) and Consideration of future consequence (CFC) to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical basis. Two hundred five valid replies were gathered and processed through statistical analysis. The results of this study partly support the developed hypotheses. Four hypotheses developed from TPB have presented significant relationships. However, PV and CFC were not. The findings indicate that individuals in this study did not consider CFC or PV of green IT products as critical factors in their decision-making process. Findings also suggest that for implementation success, competent parties must consider the campaign to increase individual awareness and provide financial support regarding environmental policy. © 2023 IEEE.

Many pregnant women still do not want to check their pregnancy to recognize the signs of high-risk pregnant women. High-risk pregnancies refer to abundant women with several risky conditions requiring special care during and after delivery. This study aims to predict pregnancy risk levels with early detection efforts. The method used in this research is the Random Forest method for classification and the Genetic Algorithm for optimization. The results obtained from the Maternal Health Risk dataset analysis using the Random Forest method get an accuracy value of 73.37%. After optimizing the features using a genetic algorithm, the accuracy value in the classification of the health risk level of pregnant women has increased significantly to 90.20%. The results of the t-Test in this study showed a value of less than 0.05, and the t-Test value obtained is 0.000218269. That is, the genetic algorithm has excellent performance to improve the performance of the classification algorithm. Based on the results of the study to get a good accuracy value, it can be used by medical personnel to detect the level of health risk in pregnant women. It can be a reference material for further research to implement this research into a program. © 2022 IEEE.

Oil palm plantations in Indonesia still have many challenges, especially in terms of monitoring and mapping technology. One of the important aspects in the monitoring stage of oil palm plantations is monitoring the productivity of oil palm plants. To identify the oil palm plants, many previous studies have utilized image analysis to solve the problem. The problem is that poor image conditions can affect the architecture model to be built.[1] So in this research we do tune mapping on the image to produce a quality image. Each image data that has been improved will be feature extracted using ResNet and VGG to produce the best model. Furthermore, the classification model development process is carried out using CNN architecture as the model architecture. We also provide innovation by using object detection technology. Which uses artificial neural networks. Here we train the model using aerial video datasets of oil palm plants obtained from drones. Furthermore, to evaluate the performance of the above technique, it is proposed to use the mapping model, precision and accuracy evaluation obtained in the test phase[2] © 2024 IEEE.

This study examines the mapping of research data on digital technology in the field of health education using bibliometric analysis method. Data was collected by identifying keywords in the Scopus database and sorting them out to sort the studies from the last 10 years (2012-2021). Through this step, a total of 1482 documents were obtained (articles, journals, proceedings, books, and others). The data is then processed using the VOSViewer instrument to obtain a visualization of the mapping analysis. This study also analyzes the network types of authors and co-authors through the VOSViewer instrument. The result of this study indicates that the most document types published within ten years are Articles (66.5%), Review (22.9%), Conference Paper (4.2%), and others. The most studied subjects are Medicine (55.7%), Nursing (9.0%), Health Professions (8.2%), Social sciences (7.8%), engineering (3.9%), computer science (2.6%), Environmental science (2.6%), Biochemistry-Genetics and Molecular Biology (2.2%), Psychology (1.6%), and Dentistry (1.3%). This study offers a written communication process and the nature and direction of developing descriptive means of counting and analyzing the various phases of communication as well as recognizing the authorship and direction of its symptoms in documents on the subject of digital technology in the health sector. © 2022 IEEE.
