The purpose of this paper is to describe the design of customer knowledge management system to support customer relationship management activities for an aglaonema nursery in South Tangerang, Indonesia. system. The steps were knowledge identification (knowledge about customer, knowledge from customer, knowledge for customer), knowledge capture, codification, analysis of system requirement and create use case and activity diagram. The result showed that some key knowledge were about supporting customer in plant care (know how) and types of aglaonema including with the prices (know what). That knowledge for customer then codified and shared in knowledge portal website integrated with social media. Knowledge about customer were about customers and their behaviour in purchasing aglaonema. Knowledge from customer were about feedback, favorite and customer experience. Codified knowledge were placed and shared using content management system based on wordpress.

Three long straight sections with a double mini-βylattice were designed in Taiwan Photon Source. For the purpose to understand whether the brilliance can be enhanced or not when two collinear undulators were installed in the double mini-βysection. The method of Wigner distribution function (WDF) is a natural way to describe a synchrotron radiation source. The brilliance is thereby calculable without a Gaussian approximation used in a conventional manner. Hence the WDF is developed to calculate the brilliance for the two collinear undulators in the double mini-βysection. Some important optical properties such as the degree of coherence can be directly calculated with this method. We use it as an example to investigate the properties of radiation from a segmented undulator. Copyright © 2016 CC-BY-3.0 and by the respective authors.

The purpose of this research is to validate the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of e-Government implementation in Indonesia. The e-Government initiative conducted only to obey the regulation but ignoring the quality. Defining CSFs will help government agencies to avoid failure of e-Government projects. A survey with the questionnaire was used to validate the item of CSF based on expert judgment through two round of Delphi. The result showed from 67 subjects in instrument tested; there are 11 invalid items deleted and remain only 56 items that had good content validity and internal reliability. Therefore, all 56 CSFs should be adopted by government agencies in Indonesia to support e-Government implementation.

This paper presents the application program of fingerprint detection using wavelet transform for authentication. Fingerprints are obtained from the site of crime, old documents and excavated things. This paper proposes a fingerprint recognition technique based on wavelet-based texture pattern recognition method. By collecting incomplete fingerprints of 2 people with 6 images each. The original seven of uncompleted fingerprint images were undetected and only one was detected. After enhancing image quality using wavelet transform method, it was found that those of seven images were completed. The comparison method was a matching technique. This work focuses on the ability of the program and knowledge of image processing by studying algorithms of image processing. In design algorithm process, different technique enhancements were employed as well as the study of different of filters and algorithms based on existing research results from literature. © 2016 IEEE.

Developing country mostly left behind in adopting e-Government system. Miss-interpretation is assuming e-Government only about the application of technology made fail implementation. It is a whole philosophy that explores a human-citizen centered aspect in organized societies. Further, successful information system determined by user acceptance. Therefore, the evaluation of the performance of e-Government is one of the basic objectives of current government reformation. The research focus is to identify and explore the extent of user acceptance toward e-Government system. The research methodology used in this research is survey based on a questionnaire with TRAM approach and distributed to 230 respondents as customers that had been using e-Government services provided by X institution. The result of the study showed that the personality traits of TR significantly influenced cognitive dimensions of TAM. Through empirical demonstrations indicated that the TRI was said to be antecedents to TAM. The optimism dimension had higher coefficient among others, exhibit the technology users convince that the new technology will improve their productivity, while discomfort had no impact since the users have no doubt or hesitate to use technology.

Berkah Mart is one of the new minimarkets in Pekanbaru city which began to develop as a retail business to meet the needs of the community. In his operation, Berkah Mart still uses the traditional store management perception that the placement of product layout on sale shelves has not been through sales analysis. Existing products have not been reviewed from the consumer's point of view, whereas the marketing economics concept provides a variety of product and consumer management methods for business management in Berkah Mart, including market bucket analysis techniques and various itemset search algorithms. In this research, Market Basket Basket Analysis with FP-Growth algorithm is proposed to determine the layout and planning of goods availability. The application of FP-Growth algorithm proved to be useful in generating many and informative association rules to find out the consumer spending pattern at Berkah Mart in Pekanbaru. Moreover, from the rules of the customer association can be segmented separately to meet the specific needs of customers with cost-effective by using some special promotions for the general group. The experimental results show that FP-Growth algorithm can analyze quickly and efficiently informing consumer shopping pattern at Berkah Mart and can increase Berkah Mart revenue.

Errors in data transmission cannot be known directly when the data transmission process is fulfilled, but error is often prevalent in data transmission. Faulty or missing frames or bits are standard errors and to control or check errors requires a unique method, in this case, the Stop-and-wait method, Go-Back-N and Selective Reject are methods that can be used to do so, comparison of time of error checking process with Stop-and-wait method, Go-Back-N and Selective Reject is very important to get the right method to check the ignorance, from testing performed that the method of Go-Back-N is much faster than the other methods.

LUC Algorithm in Visual Cryptography

Nowadays, messaging technology in digital data form more often used and not less messages that confidentially wanted. Then it should be modified so that can be understood only by the sender and the intended recipients. All of this system can be realization by using cryptography. LUC algorithms are introduced by Smith and Lennon in 1993. LUC algorithm is an algorithm that based on the use of Lucas sequence (specific arithmetic operations derived from Lucas row) that rarely used to enhance the security of the messages. In this research, LUC algorithm is combined with visual cryptography to process the encryption and the description of a colored image. Four different images were used in the trial here. The performance of the system is assessed using Structural similarity (SSIM) which has an assessment similar to human eye. If the image quality is the same as the original image, then the SSIM value is one. Whereas if the quality of decryption image is very different from the original image then the value of SSIM is zero.

Bandung is well-known as a creative city in Indonesia. One of the growing creative industries in Bandung is craft industries. In order to develop the industries, the craft companies need to increase their competitiveness. This study aims to identify the business system required by the small craft companies based on its development stages. The development states are divided into three phase. There are fluid, transitional and mature phase. Data are collected through questionnaires. The questionnaires are distributed to small craft companies in Bandung. The data are analyzed using descriptive and qualitative analysis methods. From this study, it can be concluded that the required modules for small craft industry in fluid, transitional and mature phase are: (1) product design and development, (2) sales and marketing, (3) procurement and production, (4) human resource management, (5) retail shop management, and (6) finance and accounting module. However, the application of each modules are built gradually based on the requirement in each phase. This results could be a recommendation for developers in designing MSMEs business system. Also, the package of business system can be sold with affordable price.
