The impact of current-loop control parameters on the electromagnetic transient voltage performance of voltage-source converter

Since the large-scale integration of renewable energy sources into the AC grid has led to a relative decline in the voltage support capacity of the grid and the deterioration of the voltage dynamic at the grid connection point, especially under fast-scale conditions, the voltage disturbance has become more obvious. To improve the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic transient voltage at the grid connection point, this paper uses a practical dynamic damping method to analyze the impact of the converter current inner loop, feedforward voltage, and other links on the dynamic performance of the electromagnetic transient voltage. First, the current inner loop dynamic in the converter’s synchronous coordinate is converted into an equivalent transfer function in the stationary coordinate, and the transfer function between the transient voltage disturbance at the grid connection point and the inner loop current output is established. On this basis, the Bode diagram and the vector diagram of the transfer function in the weak damping frequency band are used to analyze the dynamic damping of the current inner loop parameters and voltage feedforward filter parameters on the voltage disturbance at the grid connection point. The results indicate that moderately increasing the current inner loop bandwidth or reducing the feedforward filter bandwidth can help enhance the electromagnetic transient voltage stability of the grid connection point, but increasing the current inner loop bandwidth will worsen the low-frequency damping characteristics and reduce the feedforward filter bandwidth will still help increase low-frequency damping. A High-Quality View Synthesis system for Sparse Rgb-D Input

Recent research in neural rendering has achieved impressive results in the field of novel view synthesis. However, high-quality view synthesis with sparse source views remains a challenging task, as the reduction in the number of source views significantly degrades the synthesis quality. In this paper, we present a novel view synthesis system that exploits RGB-D pairs from sparse source views. First, we introduce a two-branch feature extraction network to embed the geometric clues from depth maps into the texture information of color images and fuse it with regularized Fourier mapping features. Second, a distance-aware feature query method, which constructs multi-level feature maps, is proposed to ensure high-fidelity details across different distance views. Then, we apply an occupancy network to perform occupancy prediction on raw point cloud. By integrating occupancy probabilities and extracted features, we use a prediction network with geometric information as an additional input to obtain the color and density of sampled points, and synthesize the target view using neural volume rendering. To prevent model degradation and enhance efficiency, we design an efficient sampling strategy based on Gaussian Mixture Model. Moreover, we introduce pixel-wise local regularization and full-image global geometric regularization to optimize the model. Extensive experiments show that the proposed method can achieve the state-of-the-art results for novel view synthesis with sparse inputs, and the model performance has been significantly improved in different scenarios. © 2024, The Authors. Background Delayed wound healing in skin injuries has become a significant problem in clinics, seriously affecting and even threatening life and health. Recently, research interest has increased in developing wound dressings containing bioactive compounds capable of improving outcomes for complex healing *** In this study, Puerarin-loaded nanoparticles (Pue-NPs) were prepared using the cell-penetrating peptide-poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (CPP-PLGA) as a drug carrier by the emulsified solvent evaporation method. Then, they were added into poly (acrylic acid) to obtain a self-assembled nanocomposite hydrogels (SANHs) drug delivery system using the co-polymerization method. The particle size, zeta potential, and micromorphology of Pue-NPs were measured; the appearance, mechanical properties, adhesive strength, and biological activity of SANHs were performed. Finally, the potential of SANHs for wound healing was further evaluated in streptozotocin-induced diabetic *** Pue-NPs were regularly spherical, with an average particle size of 134.57 ± 1.42 nm and a zeta potential of 2.14 ± 0.78 mV. SANHs was colorless and transparent with a honeycomb-like porous structure and had an excellent swelling ratio (917%), water vapor transmission rate (3077 g·m−2·day−1), mechanical properties (Young’s modulus of 18 kPa, elongation at break of 307%), and adhesive strength (15.5 kPa). SANHs exhibited sustained release of Pue over 48h, with a cumulative release of 55.60 ± 6.01%. In vitro tests revealed that the SANHs presented a 92.22% antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli after 4h, and a 61.91% scavenging rate of 1.1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine (DPPH) radical. In vivo experiments showed that SANHs accelerated wound repair by reducing the inflammatory response at the wound site, promoting angiogenesis, and facilitating epidermal regeneration and collagen *** In conclusion, we successfully prepared SANHs. In the last decade, the service of vehicular networks has benefited from the rapid development of advanced communication and computing technologies including edge computing. For vehicular network operators, it is valuable to study how to realize the accurate allocation of edge computing resource on the premise of protecting users’ privacy. In this paper, we design a histogram publishing algorithm based on differential privacy. The algorithm first classifies tasks according to the characteristics of computing requests, then interferes categorized tasks and designs a shuffling algorithm based on Blum Blum Shub (BBS). Finally, the frequency histogram of computing resource is obtained by post-processing of the Expectation-Maximum (EM) algorithm. The simulation results verify the accuracy and superiority of the proposed histogram publishing algorithm by comparing it with the existing methods.

Vehicle platoon is one of the concrete manifestations of multi-vehicle cooperative control and intelligent transportation. However, the velocity perturbation in the driving process will bring about stability and safety problems. The connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs) can obtain the motion status of the lead vehicle in real time and respond to it in time, which is of far-reaching significance to platoon control. Based on this, this paper focuses on the longitudinal driving strategy of connected autonomous vehicle platoons. Specifically, we provide a discrete double-integral model controller for each vehicle in a generic scenario, and the controller performs acceleration and deceleration control at each timeslot according to the state of the vehicle in front and its own state. Simulation experiments are designed by varying the size of the platoon and the number of connected autonomous vehicles. The experimental results show that the introduction of connected autonomous vehicles can effectively suppress the platoon velocity perturbation, increase the stability of the platoon driving, and significantly reduce the fuel consumption at the same time.

The nondestructive characterization of the mixing state of individual fine particles using the traditional single particle analysis technique remains a *** this study,fine particles were collected during haze events under different pollution levels from September 5 to 112017 in Beijing,China.A nondestructive surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)technique was employed to investigate the morphology,chemical composition,and mixing state of the multiple components in the individual fine *** image and SERS spectral analysis results show that soot existing in the form of opaque material was predominant during clear periods(PM_(2.5)≤75μg/m^(3)).During polluted periods(PM_(2.5)>75μg/m^(3)),opaque particles mixed with transparent particles(nitrates and sulfates)were generally *** classical least squares analysis further identified the relative abundances of the three major components of the single particles:soot(69.18%),nitrates(28.71%),and sulfates(2.11%).A negative correlation was observed between the abundance of soot and the mass concentration of PM_(2.5).Furthermore,mapping analysis revealed that on hazy days,PM_(2.5)existed as a core-shell structure with soot surrounded by nitrates and *** mixing state analysis method for individual PM_(2.5)particles provides information regarding chemical composition and haze formation mechanisms,and has the potential to facilitate the formulation of haze prevention and control policies.

为解决多服务模式的网约车市场中所存在的模式间供需时空不匹配的问题,打破模式间派单壁垒,减少车辆无效巡游,提升乘客体验,提出一种基于强化学习的跨模式派单算法。首先,设计跨模式派单的运行规则和相应的仿真环境为算法的训练提供环境支持。其次,针对派单过程中乘客需求动态变化的特点,设计两阶段派单流程。在第一阶段,根据车辆与需求的时空特征确定虚拟派单请求;在第二阶段,采用k最近邻算法对可行派单请求进行细化,选择与虚拟派单请求最为相似的请求作为最终的派单方案。实验表明,与基线方法相比,所提出的跨模式派单算法提升了基础服务模式中3.1%的请求响应率,同时减少了高级服务模式中车辆的空驶时间,实现了更高的经济效益与服务水平。

This paper investigates the formation control problem for a multi-robotic fish system and a distributed event-triggered-based formation control framework is proposed. The framework consists of a communication topology, a distributed formation control law, and a dynamic event-triggered communication mechanism. In particular, a position-based formation control law is presented to drive the multi-robotic fish system to an anticipated configuration based on local measurements while keeping pace with a moving target. Meanwhile, a dynamic event-triggered mechanism is utilized to measure importance of the interactive information and decide the communication timing. The proposed formation control method shows its merits to greatly reduce communication consumption with a limited loss of formation control performance. Finally, simulations with quantitative comparisons are presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed framework. This formation control framework provides a solid foundation for future marine cooperative control of the multi-robotic fish system. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

A Stability-Oriented Expansion Planning of Active Distribution Networks with High Pv Penetration by Coordinating Multiple Flexible Resources

Integrating high-penetration photovoltaics (PVs) into the active distribution network (ADN) often causes overvoltage issues. One significant responsibility of the distribution network operator (DNO) is to design and expand the network to accommodate high-penetration PV integration with stability and low cost. This paper innovatively coordinates the deployment of electric vehicle charging stations (EVCSs) with the rigid requirements and multiple active management resources, and proposes a bi-level ADN expansion planning (ADNEP) method. Firstly, aiming to address uncertainties in generation and load demand, this paper develops an uncertainty description method based on Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network with Gradient Penalty (WGAN-GP) and K-means clustering. Next in bi-level optimization process, the investment cost is minimized by optimizing the siting and sizing of PV, EVCSs, energy storage systems, on-load tap changers, and static var compensators in upper level. In lower level, multi-objective stochastic model that selects network loss, PV abandonment and voltage deviation as multiple optimization objectives is established to optimize the operation output. The established multi-objective ADNEP model is solved by TOPSIS-adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, this bi-level expansion is tested in actual rural 41-bus and urban 40-bus distribution networks, with average investment cost and annual operating costs reduced by 5.54% and 3.18%, respectively. © 2023, The Authors.
