Face spoofing detection technology can accurately distinguish the truth of the face captured by the camera, and it has been applied in many security fields. In view of the problems of the existing face spoofing detection models, such as the single way to extract image features and the insufficient semantic information, a model architecture that fused the predictive feature maps of different scales was proposed. Firstly, the face image is randomly cropped and the local image is taken as input;Then, a cheap feature predictive convolution attention module is designed to alleviate the problem of feature map redundancy, and make full use of the similarity features of adjacent blocks around local pixels, that is, predict the feature value of the central region through surrounding pixels;Finally, the feature maps extracted from different levels are fused. The model aims to achieve high accuracy in identifying the authenticity of face images. The experiments show that the accuracy rate on CASIA-SURF (Depth modal) dataset is 99.42%, the average classification error rate is 0.53%, and the zero error rate is achieved on CASIA-FASD and Replay-Attack datasets. The model parameter quantity is only 0.37M, which is lower than most of the model architecture based on convolution neural networks. © 2023 SPIE.

Autonomous vehicles, especially those based on deep reinforcement learning, are known for their susceptibility to the adversarial perturbations. To enhance their robustness, it is imperative to not only detect their decision errors through testing, but also fortify their robustness against these errors. This paper proposes an iterative optimization method that trains multiple adversarial agents with varying adversarial intensities to identify decision errors in the driving vehicle and enhance its robustness by retraining to counteract these adversarial agents. The effectiveness of the method is evaluated in a lane-changing scenario and the results demonstrate improved robustness of deep reinforcement learning based autonomous driving strategies compared to the adversarial reinforcement learning with a single adversary. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

As the heart of the train traction system, the traction asynchronous motor is deeply related to the safety and reliability of trains. However, due to the long-term operation in the harsh environment, the motor is prone to malfunction and lead to system performance degradation. Therefore, this paper proposes a fault modeling method for the traction asynchronous motor based on stator current, where the stator inter-turn short circuit fault and broken rotor bar fault are taken into consideration. Firstly, the fault mechanism of the motor stator inter-turn short circuit fault and rotor broken bar fault are analyzed, and the fault characteristic of the stator current signals are obtained. Then the mathematical models of stator and rotor faults are constructed according to the equivalent physical models of stator inter-turn short circuit fault and rotor broken bar fault. Finally, the fault models are simulated to validate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

PPG-CNTs-nZVI bead was synthesized by polyvinyl alcohol, pumice, carbon nanotube, and guar gum-nanoscale zero-valent iron to be applied on simultaneously removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs;phenanthrene) and heavy metals (Pb2+) via adsorption. The individual and simultaneous removal efficiency of phenanthrene and Pb2+ using the PPG-CNTs-nZVI beads was evaluated with a range of initial concentrations of these two pollutants. The kinetics and isotherms of phenanthrene and Pb2+ adsorption by the PPG-CNTs-nZVI beads were also determined. The PPG-CNTs-nZVI beads show reasonably high phenanthrene adsorption capacities (up to 0.16 mg/g), and they absorbed 85% of the phenanthrene (initial concentration 0.5 mg/L) in 30 min. High Pb2+ adsorption capabilities were also demonstrated by the PPG-CNTs-nZVI beads (up to 11.6 mg/g). The adsorption fits the Langmuir model better than the Freundlich model. The adsorption still remained stable with various ionic strength circumstances and a wide pH range (2–5). Additionally, the co-adsorption of phenanthrene and Pb2+ by the PPG-CNTs-nZVI beads resulted in synergistic effects. Particularly, phenanthrene-Pb2+ complex formation via π–cation interactions demonstrated a greater affinity than phenanthrene or Pb2+ alone. The present findings suggest that PPG-CNTs-nZVI beads may be effective sorbents for the simultaneous removal of PAHs and heavy metals from contaminated waters. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature 2024.

The coarse pointing assembly (CPA), as the outer loop of the laser terminal, its tracking stability is the basis for ensuring laser communication. This paper presents the model of the CPA. Aiming at the disturbance factors in the low-speed operation process of the CPA, an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method for the position loop of the CPA is designed based on the generalized proportional integral observer (GPIO) to achieve disturbance compensation control. Finally, simulations are carried out on the system model. The simulation results show that compared with the PID control strategy adopted, the proposed ADRC strategy based on GPIO of the CPA can effectively improve the tracking accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

The Space-ground consistency of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) cluster combat distributed interactive simulation system is the fundamental guarantee to simulate and reproduce the authenticity and correctness of UAV cluster combat mission, combat environment and combat process. This paper analyzes the common inconsistency problems of UAV cluster combat distributed simulation system, gives the technical connotation of the space-ground consistency of UAV cluster combat simulation, deeply analyzes all kinds of factors that affect the consistency of UAV cluster combat simulation space and ground, and puts forward the control methods of time-space consistency of UAV cluster combat simulation system, the control strategies and suggestions of model consistency and service consistency. A thermostat is a type of contact inductive device. It has the features of being compact, lightweight, and high temperature control precision. A scheme for using a thermostat as a control device in the active electrical heating and temperature control circuit of the spacecraft is proposed. It is in line with the design requirement of the spacecraft thermal control system when the computer controlled heater-system is limited. Compared with the computer-controlled heater system, the thermostat-controlled heater system has the advantages of simple configuration, easy implementation, and high reliability under certain conditions. The thermal design of the shunt regulator, manipulator, portable light, and emergency brake device is analysed given the characteristics of the demands on manned spacecraft. The use of a thermostat to solve the temperature control problem when a computer is not available is a common feature of these thermal designs. The temperature results of the on-orbit test and ground test prove that using a thermostat in the heater system of spacecraft can ensure equipment is within the range of index requirement reliably. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

A Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF)is a critical device for diesel engine exhaust products *** using active-regeneration purification methods,on the one hand,a spatially irregular gas flow can produce relatively high local temperatures,potentially resulting in damage to the carrier;On the other hand,the internal temperature field can also undergo significant changes contributing to increase this *** study explores the gas flow uniformity in a DPF carrier and the related temperature behavior under drop-to-idle(DTI)condition by means of bench *** is shown that the considered silicon carbide carrier exhibits good flow uniformity,with a temperature deviation of no more than 2%with respect to the same radius measurement point at the outlet during the regeneration *** the DTI test,the temperature is relatively high within r/2 near the outlet end,where the maximum temperature peak occurs,and the maximum radial temperature gradient is located between r/2 and the *** these quantities grow as the soot load increases,thereby making the risk of carrier burnout ***,it is shown that the soot load limit of the silicon carbide DPF can be extended to 11 g/L,which reduces the frequency of active regeneration by approximately 40%compared to a cordierite DPF.

As the key part in the rolling mill, the main drive spindle is subjected to the varied torque under service conditions. The real-time online monitoring on status of the main drive spindle is essential for ensuring the quality control and the safety of the equipment. Depending on the torque signal collected on-site by the sensors on the hot roughing mill spindle, a software was designed and developed for monitoring the running state of rolling mill and real-time calculate the fatigue damage in this paper. Rainflow counting algorithm was adopted to statistically analyze the random fatigue loads, and the nominal stress method was used to perform the fatigue analysis of the main drive spindle. Based on C + + and QT platform, the software was developed for Windows and Linux by using the multi-threading development technology, and it could realize simultaneous analysis and calculation for four spindles in a hot rolling production line. © 2022 International Society of Science and Applied Technologies
