Under the premise of static stability of temperature, high precision temperature control needs to judge the stability of the dynamic characteristics of temperature fluctuations to determine whether the temperature fluctuations converge. The traditional means of observing temperature fluctuations images are prone to subjective interference and lose their accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes a test method based on time series ADF test, which avoids the influence of subjective interference mathematically. Spatial Fluctuation of the Electric Field within SF6 Streamer Channel in Highly Non-Uniform Fields: Phenomenon, Validation, and Mechanism

The electric field within the streamer channel is a critical parameter in the calculation model for the nonlinear breakdown voltage of SF6, motivating the research presented in this paper. By using a 2D fluid model, we investigate the microscopic characteristics of the SF6 streamer channel in highly non-uniform fields and uncover a previously unexplained coherent structure: the spatial fluctuation of the electric field (SFEF). We validate the physical validity of SFEF by modifying model parameters that could potentially introduce non-physical effects. Further comparative analysis reveals that SFEF is driven by an ion-conducting channel formed due to the strong electronegativity of SF6. This ion-conducting channel exhibits local characteristics, which fundamentally arise from the slow response of charged species to local charge relaxation. We identify that some charge separation originates from the accumulation of negative ions at the rear edge of the streamer head due to strong electric field shielding in this region. As the streamer propagates, charge separation is continuously generated and passively carried into the streamer channel, ultimately forming the SFEF. Finally, we confirm that SFEF does not occur in uniform fields, indicating that it is a phenomenon exclusive to highly non-uniform fields. These findings provide a deep insight into the electric field within the SF6 streamer channel and offer a potential avenue for further investigation into the mechanisms of SF6 nonlinear breakdown voltage. It is an effective way to get more accurate results of UAV performance evaluation by fusing the data of infield test and outfield test. The common Bayes multi-source data fusion method can make comprehensive use of multiple information types while ensuring the decision risk as small as possible, but there are some risks, such as insufficient data utilization and small sample data being "submerged" by large sample data in the fusion. Due to the different scale and credibility of multi-source data, a non-uniform distribution probability sampling method is proposed based on evidence theory for the same sample space to avoid the risk of small sample data being "drowned" by large sample data;meanwhile, for the situation that the fusion weight mainly depends on the evaluation of experts is not objective enough, a comprehensive weight confirmation method of multi-source test data is proposed based on credibility measurement so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of performance indicators based on multi-source data. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Asymptotic theory for the regularized system identification has received increasing interests in recent *** this paper,for the finite impulse response(FIR) model and filtered white noise inputs,we show the convergence in distribution of the Stein's unbiased risk estimator(SURE) based hyper-parameter estimator and find factors that influence its convergence *** particular,we consider the ridge regression case to obtain closed-form expressions of the limit of the regression matrix and the variance of the limiting distribution of the SURE based hyper-parameter estimator,and then demonstrate their relation numerically.

Edge-Assisted Flexible Platooning of Connected and Automated Vehicles Under Traffic Anomaly

The platooning of connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) has the great potential to significantly improve travel experience in terms of safety, comfortableness, and energy efficiency. However, constrained by sensing range and prediction accuracy, the performance of CAV platoon can not be guaranteed in the scenario of mixed traffic consisting of CAVs and human-driven vehicles (HDVs). This is not only due to the uncertainty of HDVs but also related to the occurrence of various traffic anomalies, such as emergency braking and accidents. In this paper, we aim to investigate an efficient control strategy to guarantee the operation of the platoon in mixed traffic, especially in the case of traffic anomalies. To tackle the problem, an edge-assisted platoon control strategy, called E-CACC, is proposed. First, an error-aware flexible tracking policy is designed to adapt to HDV uncertainties and speed prediction errors. Based on the tracking policy, a zone model predictive control (ZMPC) method is then designed to guarantee travel safety and avoid undesired acceleration. Further, a coordination strategy of CAV platoon and roadside unit (RSU) is proposed to prevent the platoon from potential collision in the case of traffic anomalies, where an event-based communication trigger is designed to determine whether and when the platoon establishes communication links with RSU to acquire exogenous sensing data of anomaly segment. Finally, the evaluation results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in improving travel safety and comfortableness. © 1967-2012 IEEE.

The capsule robot enters the patient's intestinal system directly by swallowing and takes continuous images using the miniature camera unit it carries, but during its travel, its own gravity and the peristaltic movement of the intestine make the physician limited in obtaining images of the intestine and making a diagnosis. In order to solve this problem, a capsule endoscope with an embedded leg mechanism is proposed. Compared to commercially available capsule robot. This capsule robot can easily move through the intestine autonomously by means of the relationship between the leg, the screw nut and the linkage, enabling forward, backward and stationary functions. The capsule robot has a diameter of 14 mm, a length of 30 mm and a maximum diameter of 26.66 mm with the legs spread out. The hollow space is allocated to include basic endoscopic components such as a miniature camera and a rotating motor. A series of tests, including in vitro tests, were carried out to test the feasibility of the leg mechanism of this capsule robot. Based on the results of the experiments, the proposed leg mechanism can effectively act on the Micro-capsule endoscope, and is able to move effectively through the intestine. © 2023 IEEE.

Abrasive-induced arc discharge is considered a significant threat to the failure of Solar Array Drive Assembly (SADA). This study attempts to identify the causes of discharge faults in SADA. The characteristic voltage-current curves, time evolution of arc and glow discharges of the failed structure were experimentally obtained. Through simulations, the plasma distribution, electric field intensity, and potential distribution resulting from a break were obtained, revealing that the flow forms slightly away from the electrode tips, and the electric field distortion induced by abrasives has a significant impact on the discharge. Meanwhile, some other experiments were conducted. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Today, the world economy is in the stage of rapid development, followed by the rising quantity, the decreasing moisture content, and the increasing heat value of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). Since waste incineration has the advantages of excellent volume reduction effect, high resource utilization efficiency, and less secondary pollution to the environment, waste incineration disposal technology has received extensive attention worldwide. With the continuous increase of the urban population, the amount of sewage sludge is growing year by year. The process of the sludge incineration system is highly complicated, and the cost of construction and operation is high. The waste incinerator can process not only MSW but also sewage sludge. Therefore, the co-incineration of sewage sludge with MSW in the existing waste incinerator is a safe and effective way to dispose of sewage sludge. In this paper, the simulation results of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) are analyzed for medium-scale and large-scale waste incinerators, characterized by high moisture content, high ash content, low heat value of sewage sludge, and incomplete combustion and high pollutant emissions in waste incinerators. With FLIC-Fluent coupled simulation method, the critical information such as temperature field, velocity field, concentration field of principal components, and the pollutant emissions can be predicted. Based on the CFD simulation results, the performance and structure of waste incinerators can be optimized, and the new products can be designed and developed. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. In order to solve the problem of rapid switching of space equipment in the cultural complex, this paper combines Moth-Flame optimization Algorithm (MFO) and Dynamic Window Approach (DWA) to realize the hybrid path planning of handling robots in dynamic environments. Compared with the mainstream algorithms, the Moth-Flame optimization algorithm has the best performance. Different paths were classified and judged, and the global path planning based on MFO was proposed. The intersection of the dynamic obstacle and the global path were detected, and the dynamic window approach was used for local path planning in the road section where the collision occurs. Finally the combination of the global path planning and the local dynamic obstacle avoidance was realized. The effect of the hybrid path planning algorithm in the complex environment of the cultural complex had been verified. © 2022 IEEE.
