Work from home (WFH) has become a global phenomenon that continues to grow, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world. Many organizations and companies are forced to adopt a remote working model to keep their employees safe. The usefulness of WFH is still up for dispute, though. Text mining analysis can be utilized to determine how beneficial working from home is. Sentiment analysis uses text analysis to gather ten thousand data from social media Tweets. Joy emotion is predicted to dominate with 83.98 percent according to the mining performed by the vocabulary valence aware dictionary and sentiment reasoner (VADER). © 2023 The Authors. Twitter is currently used as one of the applications that is often used to convey opinions or unrest by the public such as the current issue that is currently rife, namely regarding the increase in fuel oil prices (BBM) in Indonesia. With so much data scattered in a tweet that only consists of a few fragments of words, there must be valuable information or meaning that Twitter users want to convey. Text mining is a very appropriate method to do the analysis because in text mining there is a method that focuses on an opinion which will be concluded into positive and negative opinions. There are several algorithms that are most often used in data mining, namely K-Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree, and Naive Bayes. The three algorithms used in this study were also compared with the use of feature selection Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) which is well known for improving the performance of algorithms. There are 2165 negative opinion data and 2835 positive sentiment data. The data will be tried based on distinctive sums of data namely 1000 data, 3000 data, and 5000 data. The classic K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm obtained an accuracy result of 75.60% and made it the best when tested with 1000 data. The use of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is proven to improve accuracy as when tested using 3000 data with an accuracy value of 78.21% on the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. In the mean time, in testing 5000 Data, the classic K-Nearest Neighbor once more gotten the most elevated exactness with a esteem of 74.02%. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper aims to assess the importance of inclusive business models in rural mini-grid projects by analyzing the value chain of the mini-grid ecosystem. An inclusive business model is characterized by sustainability and aims to involve income-constrained groups in the value chain by providing solutions to neglected problems. Specifically, in the context of mini-grid development, an inclusive business strategy should aim to generate economic opportunities, promote local ownership and sustainability, and ensure that the benefits of electrification are accessible to the most marginalized communities. The objective of this study is to suggest approaches for mini-grid developers to foster inclusivity in their operations by addressing the social and economic hurdles experienced by underserved communities in rural areas of developing countries. © 2023 IEEE.

Because imitation learning relies on human demonstrations in hard-to-simulate settings, the inclusion of force control in this method has resulted in a shortage of training data, even with a simple change in speed. Although the field of data augmentation has addressed the lack of data, conventional methods of data augmentation for robot manipulation are limited to simulation-based methods or downsampling for position control. This paper proposes a novel method of data augmentation that is applicable to force control and preserves the advantages of real-world datasets. We applied teaching-playback at variable speeds as real-world data augmentation to increase both the quantity and quality of environmental reactions at variable speeds. An experiment was conducted on bilateral control-based imitation learning using a method of imitation learning equipped with position-force control. We evaluated the effect of real-world data augmentation on two tasks, pick-and-place and wiping, at variable speeds, each from two human demonstrations at fixed speed. The results showed a maximum 55% increase in success rate from a simple change in speed of real-world reactions and improved accuracy along the duration/frequency command by gathering environmental reactions at variable speeds. Bioethanol production from lignocellulosic biomass has become an economical and environmentally friendly substitute to current petroleum-based fuels. This is due to its ability to decrease carbon dioxide emissions and make use of plentiful natural resources. Current advances in this area concentrate on improving the effectiveness and expandability of the conversion procedures by using inventive pretreatment approaches, enhanced enzyme compositions, and refined fermentation technologies. Consolidated bioprocessing (CBP) and utilizing genetically modified microbes have expedited the decomposition of intricate biomass complexes and enhanced overall productivity. Furthermore, process intensification developments, such as the adoption of hybrid reactors and continuous production systems, have considerably decreased production expenses and energy usage. Nevertheless, there are still obstacles to overcome, including the raw materials inconsistency, the demand for efficient recovery and purifying techniques, and the financial viability of extensive processes. This study examines the latest developments in bioethanol production from lignocellulosic biomass. It focuses on ecological approaches, technical advancements, and the main obstacles that need to be overcome to exploit its promise as a biofuel fully. This review primarily focused on outcomes documented in the last five years from 2019 to 2024. The first segment of this work focuses on the second-generation bioethanol production process, which includes: the properties and composition of lignocellulosic biomass, pretreatment, enzymatic saccharification, and fermentation. The subsequent portion of this paper examines a techno-economic analysis, the obstacles and the prospective technology outlook. It finishes by discussing findings from research fields that haven't been investigated yet, besides the obstacles faced in bioethanol manufacturing methods. © The Author(s) 2025.

We propose a new magnetic resonance simultaneous multislice imaging (SMS) by developing our previously proposed imaging method based on the principle of holography. Different amplitude modulations for each slice are applied to separate the slice images. The slice image separation is performed using a data-driven science in which U-Nets separates the slice images using the given amplitude modulation as a cue. Simulation experiments using a real-valued and an phase-varied image model revealed the relationship between the coefficients of amplitude modulation, the number of simultaneously excited slices, and image quality. In addition, we performed image separation experiments on the holographic imaging method by approximating the excited volume region as five slice images with no gaps, and showed the feasibility of image separation. This method has the potential to be a new type of SMS.

Detection of anomalies in working posture during obstacle avoidance tasks using one-class support vector machine

This study was conducted to evaluate working posture during obstacle avoidance tasks using a one-class support vector machine (SVM), and to compare the efficacy of this method in relation to traditional ergonomic evaluation methods. Eleven right-handed male participants performed reaching tasks in which they were required to move their right arm toward a predefined target position while avoiding obstacles. Working position, obstacle height/width, and obstacle presence varied among the experimental conditions. Working posture and subjective difficulty were assessed for each condition. The one-class SVM was applied to the quaternion of each body segment, which was determined based on measurements of working posture. Rates of postural anomalies were calculated for each experimental condition. The rates of postural anomalies for the right upper limb and head/neck increased as the width of the obstacle increased. Similarly, the subjective difficulty of work increased as obstacle width increased. Observational methods are unable to identify postural anomalies with regard to the right shoulder abduction angle and right lateral bending angle of the neck. However, our findings indicate that the proposed one-class SVM can detect postural anomalies in the right upper limb and head/neck for different obstacle widths. © 2021 Japan Industrial management Association.
