The Online food delivery services (OFDS) have been extensively utilized, especially in developing nations like Indonesia on new normal Covid-19 situation. The present research aimed to utilize the “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology-2” (UTAUT2) in affecting the customer satisfaction and loyalty (CSL) in OFDS in Indonesia post-COVID-19 pandemic. The 253 data was taken to answer the 65 indicators. Structural equation modeling (SEM) indicates that hedonic motivation exerts the most significant influence on CSL, succeeded by price. This study unexpectedly found that usability factors, including performance expectation habit, did not influence customer happiness and CSL in OFDS. This research strongly provides a theoretical framework for OFDS practitioners, IT developers, and scholars. The present research can be modified and expanded to different nations to examine the determinants of customer CSL in OFDS.

This paper presents a look-ahead vehicle control scheme for efficient traffic management at signalized inter-sections. The proposed scheme predicts future driving states with a look-ahead approach as an extended adaptive cruise control (ACC) model. It maintains car-following behavior similar to human driving while predicting future states of traffic flow to minimize intersection clearing time and aggressive braking independently, similar to model predictive control (MPC) approaches. In contrast to MPC models that are computationally demanding and have limited practical applications due to real-time constraints, the proposed scheme uses a modified Intelligent Driver Model (IDM) with predictive adjustments. The efficiency of the control scheme is evaluated through simulations with multiple vehicles in intersection traffic scenarios, focusing on maintaining safe time headway within a traffic flow and ensuring efficient flows with higher intersection throughput. Comparative results indicate improvements in intersection clearance, human-like vehicle headway management, and enhanced traffic flow performance.

The global trend in broadband internet services reveals an increased focus on reliability, customer service, and integrating new technologies like IoT, 5G, or FMC. Customer service is primarily determined by network quality and reliability, price, and the quality of customer support provided by ISPs. Meanwhile, existing network quality measurement methods often involve numerous parameters, ranging from download speed and server response time to video streaming quality, each providing a separate insight into aspects of user experience. Therefore, the importance of the composite index method is becoming increasingly relevant. This method allows the integration of these various parameters into a single, easily understandable integrated index, simplifying complex data analysis into a more concise and interpretable form. As a result of this approach, internet service providers can more effectively monitor and enhance the customer experience and the overall quality of their services for various purposes with a single composite parameter value, providing reassurance and confidence in their operations.
