The Indonesian government has implemented E-Rapor to be employed in Indonesia since 2016. During 2016 until 2022 the usage of E-Rapor has identified some risk issues from the school perspective. Therefore, this research aims to identify the risk of the usage of E-Rapor. The research method for this study is to use a case in one of the public high schools in Jakarta, Indonesia. The usage of E-Rapor started in 2016. The E-Rapor system’s objective is to give easy access to students’ result data (evaluation card) to the central government (DAPODIK), school principals, teachers, and student’s parents. However, the implementation of the E-Rapor system has created some risk However, implementing E-Rapor in Schools has created issues among teachers. Therefore, this research proposes a study to identify the risk of the E-Raport system adopting COBIT 2019. The risk profiles are identified only on the governing E-Rapor in School. The case study research was conducted in SMAN 61 Jakarta. The result shows that types of risks that occur in High School are lack of IT Expertise, lack of Standard Operating Procedures, and issues with E-Rapor usage. After recognizing the risk, this study also proposes a strategy for overcoming the risk. The High School needs to be concerned on the area of Managing Human Resources (APO7), Domain DSS03 (Managing Issues), and Domain DSS05 (Managing Security Services)

Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) imaging systems have been widely used in civil and military fields due to their all-weather and all-day abilities and various other advantages. However, due to image data exponentially increasing, there is a need for novel automatic target detection and recognition technologies. In recent years, the visual attention mechanism in the visual system has helped humans effectively deal with complex visual signals. In particular, biologically inspired top-down attention models have garnered much attention recently. This paper presents a visual attention model for SAR target detection, comprising a bottom-up stage and top-down *** the bottom-up step, the Itti model is improved based on the difference between SAR and optical images. The top-down step fully utilizes prior information to further detect targets. Extensive detection experiments carried out on the benchmark Moving and Stationary Target Acquisition and Recognition(MSTAR) dataset show that, compared with typical visual models and other popular detection methods, our model has increased ability and robustness for SAR target detection, under a range of Signal to Clutter Ratio(SCR) conditions and scenes. In addition, results obtained using only the bottom-up stage are inferior to those of the proposed method, further demonstrating the effectiveness and rationality of a top-down strategy. In summary, our proposed visual attention method can be considered a potential benchmark resource for the SAR research community.

In the Industry 4.0 vision, Prognostics and Health management (PHM) is expected to assist domain experts in the generation of maintenance decisions. PHM relies on the processing of data sensed from the manufacturing plant for inferring the future performance of production systems. The acquisition and management of data brings different challenges such as data integration, heterogeneity, search usability and volume. To be best of authors’ knowledge, an information system for sharing maintenance data able to fulfill the aforementioned challenges is not available yet. XRepo is proposed within this paper and faces three of the identified challenges through selected functionality: i) Heterogeneity: stored data is complaint with a standard format that includes the information necessary for performing PHM analysis; ii) Integration: data is uploaded to the repository through files or web services; iii) Search usability: stored data can be filtered by criteria and downloaded. This work is meant to be an initial effort towards the generation of a common information system for PHM analysis.
