We propose essay development schemata to support learners in English essay writing. The schemata are expressed by unified vocabulary in unified level of detail. Since essay structures are expressed as such schemata, learners will be able to know what the structures of essay exist, recognize how each structure is different, and what kinds of information are necessary for composing a type of essay. computers, moreover, can support learners in composing essays by referring to the schemata as the knowledge of the logical structures of English essay.

Semi-supervised learning has been an important approach to address challenges in extracting entities and relations from limited data. However, current semi-supervised works handle the two tasks (i.e., Named Entity Recognition and Relation Extraction) separately and ignore the cross-correlation of entity and relation instances as well as the existence of similar instances across unlabeled data. To alleviate the issues, we propose Jointprop, a Heterogeneous Graph-based Propagation framework for joint semi-supervised entity and relation extraction, which captures the global structure information between individual tasks and exploits interactions within unlabeled data. Specifically, we construct a unified span-based heterogeneous graph from entity and relation candidates and propagate class labels based on confidence scores. We then employ a propagation learning scheme to leverage the affinities between labelled and unlabeled samples. Experiments on benchmark datasets show that our framework outperforms the state-of-the-art semi-supervised approaches on NER and RE tasks. We show that the joint semi-supervised learning of the two tasks benefits from their codependency and validates the importance of utilizing the shared information between unlabeled data. © 2023 Association for Computational Linguistics.

The adequate monitoring of technical debt (TD) is necessary to increase the chances of success of software projects, which also depend on the effective monitoring of the practitioners involved in their development. Several strategies have been proposed to support TD management. However, the relationship between TD and how much developers contribute to its existence has not yet been investigated. This paper presents a strategy to monitor the contribution of development teams to the TD accumulation in software projects. The proposed strategy was evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model. The results indicated that the strategy is useful for supporting TD monitoring activities, with 97% of participants indicating that they would use it. In addition, about 76% of respondents agreed that the strategy is user-friendly and allows greater productivity and agility in monitoring the relationship between TD and members of the development team. © 2019 Association for Information systems. Application architecture and information technology systems in the company should be able to support the company's policy that leads to their alignment with the business objectives. The alignment of the implementation of information technology systems to the needs and goals of the organization will be able to be answered by taking into account the integration in the development, so that the gap of these two things can be minimized. As a company engaged in IT consulting, project management system is one form of application systems that support core business objective of the company: to produce high-quality software. Nevertheless, the project management system should be able to work together with other supporting information systems, so that the flow of information within the company can run effectively. To achieve these objectives, required the analysis and design of an integrated system, which can be achieved through a service-oriented architecture based system. which includes the stages of requirements and analysis, design and development, and the last is the IT operations. Indonesia will benefit from a demographic boom in 2030 with a higher labor supply than in earlier decades. Then in industrial revolution 4.0 robotics and artificial intelligence will take the place of low-skilled or menial employment that don't require specialized expertise (AI). To aim research is Telematics Work Field Review Text Classification Using the Naïve Bayes Method. The method using Multinomial Naïve Bayes model which is trained to learn from patterns in training data set without being programmed explicitly. Then, based on the Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency, consider the weighting of the word used (TF-IDF). The text classification stage is then carried out using the multinominal nave bayes classification method with evaluation using the confusion matrix, following the acquisition of the TF-IDF value. In the study it took data with web crawling techniques on social media sites twitter. The data collected was 936 data consisting of 7,8% negative sentiments, 26,4% positive sentiments, and 65,8% neutrals. The results of accuracy testing using the Confusion Matrix. And from the results of such tests resulted in an accuracy of 66%, precision 73%, and recall 85%. © 2022 IEEE.

The purpose of this initiative is to ensure that citizens use social media to access information about the state of the city. Social media application offers benefits in the form of a channel of communication between the community and the government or the group that has public interest. Through this application, the public could channel complaints about public services. Perception becomes the important key for this condition because user action is determined by their perception toward the government e-services. The result of standard measurement for customer satisfaction on government organization is used to help find the weakness of the service and correct it. The interface is made to be more user-friendly to ensure the effective service. So, it is necessary to develop the system continuously. Perceived quality is one of the important determinants of the success of social media application, therefore needs identification of the user's perception and expectations and involving becomes the key to success besides the good quality that will increase the trust and satisfaction of users. Evaluation of social media applications is needed so that it can provide recommendations to the provincial government of DKI Jakarta related to what things can be done to improve community service. © 2018 IEEE.

The objective of this study is to design a general computational model of story creativity as the fundamental component of a cognitive system. In this paper, a theoretical framework for computational story blending is presented. This framework is inspired by cognitive and computational models of conceptual blending. Story blending, which is defined as composing a novel story by combining two input stories, is a fundamental principle of story creativity. Although the idea proposed in this paper has not been implemented yet, this study provides a theoretical basis for a computational modeling of story blending. © ICCC 2019.

Car Racing Game is a competition of computer programs in IEEE CEC 2007, where two car agents compete with each other for taking way points in a two-dimensional plane. The agent can get information on itself, the other agent, and the current and next way points. In our previous research, we have evaluated agent states for the current and next way points with fuzzy rules from their speeds and the distances and angles to way points, to decide which way point to take. Then we have calculated the steering and the speed with fuzzy rules. We, however, have not won some programs in the competition. In this paper, we tune fuzzy rules with a real-coded genetic algorithm. The car agent tuned with a real-coded genetic algorithm for one of the best programs can win almost all programs. Moreover, it gets higher in performance than an ordinary simple genetic algorithm. © 2017 IEEE.

We propose a memory recall model based on the stochastic resonance using a hippocampal network model. The spatial pattern of CA1 pyramidal cell firing caused by stochastic resonance coincides with the memory pattern embedded in augmented Schaffer collateral synapses. Although the CA3 network causes spontaneous activity, radial propagation of neuronal activity is produced in CA3 by theta burst stimulation as a memory trace. We suggest that CA1 pyramidal cells may code temporal order of information taking advantage of the radial propagation in CA3. © 2004 Elsevier B.V.
