As social beings, humans like to interact with each other, including other creatures of God, such as animals, and keep them as pets. Many pets, such as dogs, cats, birds, fish, rabbits, and so on, include unusual pets such as reptiles, pigs, insects, etc. As a result of the lack of human awareness of pets and the nature of keeping animals, which is only for fun, it is not soulful to keep animals. So when people are bored, they abandon their pets, which causes new problems in human life today. In this case, we created a mobile application that can be shared with pet lovers where they can share information about abandoned pets and the possibility of owning pets from these abandoned pets. Mobile applications were designed using use case diagrams to show business processes, class diagrams to show database models, and user interfaces to present a similar interface to users. This mobile application will become a platform that can gather all people who care about pets and make pets a part of humans.

Machine learning (ML) is poised to play an important part in advancing the predicting capability in semiconductor device compact modeling domain. One major advantage of ML-based compact modeling is its ability to capture complex relationships and patterns in large datasets. Therefore, in this paper a novel design scheme based on dynamically adaptive neural network (DANN) is proposed to develop fast and accurate compact model (CM). This framework constitutes a powerful yet computationally efficient methodology and exhibits emergent dynamic behaviors. This paper demonstrates that the compact model based on ML can be designed to replicate the performance of conventional compact model for nanodevices. For this work, gate-all-around (GAA) nanosheet (NS) device characteristics are comprehensively analyzed for process variability sources using the proposed model. The device geometry parameters such as channel length, nanosheet width and nanosheet thickness are fed as input features to the DANN model. The adaptive neural network learns dynamically by updating weights of the model in accordance with the input features and achieves accurate neural weight convergence. The proposed model predicted the electrical characteristics of NS devices with less than 1% error rate. The model is also implemented and validated for the simulations of digital circuit designs such as inverter, and logic gates. ©;2023 The Authors.

Credit card use is becoming more and more commonplace every day. Financial organizations and credit card customers lose a lot of money because of complicated illegal transactions. Fraudsters constantly stay on top of new technology to quickly perpetrate fraud against customer transaction patterns. We analyze credit card transaction networks and identify suspicious patterns, such as transactions connected to multiple accounts or unusual transaction patterns, transactions made at unusual times, and to monitor credit card transactions in real-time and quickly identify suspicious transactions. TigerGraph is used to analyze data, display results on a dashboard, and send notifications via email. One meth'\ Vc 1``13-od commonly used in anomaly detection is to compare data values against the standard deviation. In this research, we explain the use of TigerGraph as a platform for anomaly detection above the standard deviation, as well as the use of the Louvain algorithm in finding merchant communities used by fraudsters. The data used in this study comes from Sparkov simulation data obtained from Kaggle. Our results show that by using TigerGraph, we managed to achieve a very high accuracy rate of 99.77%, precision 82.84%, recall 72.38%, and f1-score 77,26% in predicting transaction fraud on Sparkov simulation data. This is much better than the results reported in a paper that uses the supervised machine learning method with the AdaBoost algorithm which achieves the highest accuracy of 77%. © 2023 The Authors. Fe-based nanocrystalline alloys have high magnetic flux density and low loss. So, in this study, the magnetic domain structure of ball-milled magnetic powders of these nanocrystalline alloys was observed using a Kerr effect microscope. The effect of strain removal heat treatment on the magnetic properties of the powder was also investigated by observing and comparing the magnetic domain structure of the milled powder before and after heat treatment during the preparation process of the nanocrystalline milled powder. Our findings showed that the strain removal heat treatment changed the size and shape of the magnetic domains to a simple structure. In addition, the magnetic wall motion was found to occur quickly, resulting in soft magnetic properties. © 2023 IEEE.

Dynamic programming is a fundamental algorithm that can be found in our daily lives easily. One of the dynamic programming algorithm implementations consists of solving the 0/1 knapsack problem. A 0/1 knapsack problem can be seen from industrial production cost. It is prevalent that a production cost has to be as efficient as possible, but the expectation is to get the proceeds of the products higher. Thus, the dynamic programming algorithm can be implemented to solve the diverse knapsack problem, one of which is the 0/1 knapsack problem, which would be the main focus of this paper. The implementation was implemented using C language. This paper was created as an early implementation algorithm using a Dynamic program algorithm applied to an Automatic Identification System (AIS) dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

A vast number of spatiotemporal datasets collected from a wide range of sources has motivated scientists to develop effective approaches to identify interesting patterns hidden in these datasets. In this respect, kernel density estimators, which belong to a class of non-parametric estimators in statistics, have been widely exploited in recent years. With this background, we have developed a novel kernel density estimator aiming to provide accurate analysis results. According to the evaluation with a real spatiotemporal dataset, which collected emergency medical service records in a county in the United States, the proposed kernel density estimator can approximate the probability density function significantly more accurately than a conventional kernel density estimator. Furthermore, we have exploited the proposed kernel density estimator to identify interesting patterns hidden in the real spatiotemporal dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

Stunting in toddlers is a chronic nutritional issue that affects the physical and cognitive development of children, with serious long-term consequences such as reduced cognitive function and an increased risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. Therefore, early identification and prevention efforts for stunting are crucial. Classifying toddlers into categories of at-risk for stunting or not is essential to provide timely and appropriate interventions. This study employs data mining techniques using the decision tree algorithm to expedite the stunting detection process and improve the accuracy of nutritional status classification in children. The results indicate that the constructed decision tree model can classify children's nutritional status with an accuracy of 83.26%. The decision tree achieves high accuracy in classifying stunting in toddlers due to its ability to handle complex data and identify significant patterns within the data. © 2024 IEEE.

Communication is a form of translation that human learns naturally since early childhood. Translating a language to another language has become instrumental when peoples interact with other people who speak a different language. One example of high-impact language translation is translating health protocols from the World Health Organization to many national languages to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. However, the language translation is not an easy computation task when there is a language-resource gap. This paper presents empirical results on the performance of the Long Short-term Memory model as a machine translation involving Bahasa Indonesia and the Sundanese languages. Performance of the Sundanese language to Indonesian language translation is 0.93 average training and validation accuracy and 0.91 average testings BLEU score. Whilst, Indonesian language to Sundanese language translation is 0.92 average training and validation accuracy and 0.88 average testings BLEU score. Both models achieve 0.39 average training loss and 0.38 average validation loss. © 2023 IEEE.

Sequential data are available in many domains including weather observation data, stock price, gene sequence, and many others. Sequential data processing is very instrumental as a solution to a variety of downstream tasks in Natural Language Processing such as language translation. Translating a language to another language has become instrumental when peoples interact with other people who speak a different language. However, language translation is not an easy computation task when there is a language-resource gap. This paper presents some empirical results from the exploration of the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), the Long Short-term Memory (LSTM), and the Bidirectional Long Short-term Memory (Bi-LSTM) models as machine translation models from Bahasa Indonesia to the Sundanese language. These empirical results show that the Bi-LSTM achieved the highest performance (0.95 average training accuracy and 0.92 average testings BLEU score) compared to the RNN (0.93 average training accuracy and 0.91 average testings BLEU score), the GRU (0.88 average training accuracy and 0.89 average testings BLEU score), and the LSTM (0.92 average training accuracy and 0.91 average testings BLEU score) models. These results validate some previously reported studies that claim the Bi-LSTM model potentially outperforms the other recurrent neural network-based models when it is used to process sequence datasets. © 2023 IEEE.

Despite Indonesia's leading position in palm oil processing, the inaccurate assessment of oil palm fruit maturity poses challenges in determining the optimal harvest timing and maintaining product quality. With advancements in information technology, including image processing and object detection techniques like YOLO and EfficientDet, there is potential for automated and precise identification of palm fruit maturity. To explore this, the authors conducted research to identify the most suitable algorithm for detecting the ripeness of palm oil fruit. The study utilized a dataset consisting of 8299 images with six maturity levels, employing augmentation techniques to increase image variability. Results show that YOLO V8s outperformed EfficientDet Lite 4 in terms of object detection precision, achieving higher mean average precision (mAP) scores. YOLO V8s showed a 4% improvement in mAP@50 and a 16% improvement in mAP@50-95 compared to EfficientDet Lite 4. YOLO V8s achieved a mAP of 0.978 for mAP@50 and 0.765 for mAP@50-95, surpassing EfficientDet Lite 4. However, EfficientDet Lite 4 had an advantage in terms of class accuracy and bounding box placement, as indicated by smaller box loss and cIs- loss values. YOLO V8s also demonstrated better frames per second (FPS) performance, ranging from 10 to 15 FPS, compared to EfficientDet Lite 4. © 2023 IEEE.
