In this paper, one of the stability definitions of Markov jump Boolean networks(MJBNs), called mean square stability(MSS), is investigated. Some necessary and sufficient conditions are presented to guarantee the MSS of such MJBNs. Moreover, one of the necessary and sufficient conditions for MSS is obtained in terms of linear programming, which implies that MSS is equivalent to global stability with probability 1 for MJBNs. Furthermore, the construction of Lyapunov function is given and also another theorem based on the Lyapunov function is derived to ensure the MSS of MJBNs. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the profits of our results.

Given the current situation that various kinds of real-time communication protocols and real-time controlsystems running on modern industrial control equipment need many types of high-precision timing services, a design method of timer based on FreeRTOS real-time embedded operating system is proposed. Using the deterministic real-time task management mechanism of FreeRTOS real-time embedded operating system, the timing service addition, timer counting, and timing service function operation are managed by special thread tasks, which solves the problem of large cumulative error caused by the deep coupling of the above operations. Based on stm32f407, a test platform is built to test the timer’s timing error and timing delay duration. The experimental results show that the timing error is within 5us, and the timing delay duration is within 30us, which meets the requirements of timing service accuracy in most cases.
