In sequential recommender systems, the main problems are the long-tailed distribution of data and noise interference. A Contrastive Framework for Sequential Recommendation (CFSeRec) is proposed to solve these two problems respectively. Token shuffling and adversarial attack data augmentation methods are used in the framework to improve the quality and quantity of training data, so that the long-tailed problem is mitigated. Through the application of projection head method, the sequence representation becomes more general and robust, rather than just adapted to the task of contrastive learning. Therefore, the impact of noise on sequence recommender systems is effectively alleviated. Experiments on four public datasets show that CFSeRec achieves state-of-the-art performance in the metrics of hit ratio and normalized discounted cumulative gain, when comparing to the seven previous frameworks.

The article presents the results of the development of a method for the automatic formation of reference speeds for autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles of multirotor type, performing specified missions (such as monitoring of the sea and coastal territory in order to track populations of rare and endangered species, as well as evaluating the potential volumes of biological resources) singly or as part of a group (in formation). At the same time, the trajectories of these aircraft are set by smooth spatial curves - parametric splines of the third order, which makes it easy to adjust the specified trajectories during the mission. In order to maintain a high speed of movement of vehicles along trajectories with high accuracy of movement and saving formation, it is proposed to adjust the specified speed directly during the mission in such a way that the thrusters can ensure their required movements, taking into account the restrictions on the thrust vectors. At the same time, a simplified model of the dynamics of a quadcopter was used to calculate the values of reference speeds, taking into account the influence of wind force, environmental resistance, gravity and the total thrust vector of the propellers. The systems synthesized on the basis of this method can be implemented even on low-power onboard computing devices of unmanned aerial vehicles.

With the standardized development of industrial Internet, the communication among industrial Internet platforms, devices and gateways is more frequent. Due to the problems of heterogeneous data and low data interoperability existing in different devices, the communication between industrial Internet is hindered. With the development of industrial Internet information model, on the basis of reducing data heterogeneity and improving interoperability, it is more difficult to transmit information due to the increase of information content. Therefore, this paper will design an information model transmission optimization method, through the information model XML file content optimization compression, while in the information model may exist in the Chinese information processing, so that it can better compress the Chinese-English information. The results show that the XML file used in information transmission can be compressed by using this optimization method, and it is proved that the proposed optimization method can improve the transmission efficiency. © 2023 ACM.

In the field of flight control systems, actuators play a crucial role, and dynamic stiffness stands as one of the pivotal metrics to gauge their performance, reflecting the actuators' resilience to external disturbances. Hence, investigating dynamic stiffness is paramount for enhancing the overall performance of flight control systems. This study focuses on a hydraulic dual-parallel actuator system, wherein a mathematical model is established to derive the expression for dynamic stiffness. Leveraging the Amesim software, a simulation model of the parallel actuator system is constructed to conduct an in-depth analysis of its dynamic stiffness characteristics. During simulation, sinusoidal loading forces of varying frequencies are applied at the output end of the actuator system, and displacement response data is collected. Subsequently, the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is employed to obtain dynamic stiffness, enabling an analysis of its variations. The relationship between the system's natural frequency and dynamic stiffness is explored, along with an investigation into the primary factors influencing dynamic stiffness. Simulation results indicate that enhancing both support and connection stiffness,reducing load mass and enlarging the piston area can enhance the system's dynamic stiffness, thereby meeting the performance requirements of flight control systems. © The Institution of Engineering & Technology 2024.

The article discusses the issue of creating a dynamic system for managing and monitoring the quality of ore flow in mineral resource complexes using simulation modeling. The purpose of this study is to adapt the mathematical apparatus of Petri nets to such modeling. The article describes the choice and justification of the simulation modeling apparatus and provides a conceptual representation of the ore flow model in the form of an adaptation of a continuous Petri net. An architectural solution is proposed that covers a number of processes, such as geological exploration, mining, moving loads in the business processes of enterprises, but also to support the rock mass. The proposed architecture is being coordinated with information systems and software and hardware of mining enterprises, which makes it possible to identify data needs for the formation of technical specifications for the correction of business processes. The proposed control system will make it possible to implement simulation modeling both in model and real time for timely and adequate assessment of the progress of work being carried out and clarifying the reasons for the lag behind planned schedules using a Petri net. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, a data-driven optimal control method is provided for the half-vehicle suspension system via adaptive dynamic programming. The main contribution of this paper is that the data-driven adaptive dynamic programming method is applied to the optimal control problem of half-vehicle suspension system, which only requires the input-state data of the system. First, the structure of the half-vehicle suspension system is analyzed, and the optimal control problem is introduced. Next, the model-based adaptive dynamic programming method is provided. Based on the model-based method, a data-driven adaptive dynamic programming method is given. The properties of the provided methods are analyzed. Finally, simulation example is given to show the effectiveness of the data-driven adaptive dynamic programming method. © 2022 IEEE.

Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) envisages a sustainable, safe, convenient, and affordable air transport system. In socio-technical transition of AAM, there are a number of trade-offs in ecosystem that need to be studied. Three perspectives on economic feasibility are explored: first, based on history of VTOL services and value of time estimates, we discuss whether AAM can provide customers with competitive mobility services; second, what are the stakeholders’ insights on the deployment of AAM; last, the experience in the development of autonomous driving technology, such as parallel intelligence, can inform future AAM research.

This paper deals with a special tracking problem when a ground vehicle should be tracked by a multicopter flying ahead of the vehicle. Pre-designed vehicle route is assumed and the UAV stops or slows down at every intersection to react to route changes. After introducing the problem, the methods applied in a real flight demonstration in the Smart City module of ZalaZONE proving ground are presented. Then new methods are introduced to possibly improve performance. The main focus of the article is the evaluation of the stability of the methods and the provision of tuning guidelines. All of the introduced methods is tuned based-on the guidelines considering real ground vehicle test data and the high fidelity simulation of the applied multicopter. The two best methods are compared in detail and guidelines of their applicability are provided.

A Simple and Interactive Transformer for Fine-Grained Emotion Detection

Fine-grained emotion detection is a long-standing task in sentiment analysis. One of the crucial challenges in this task is to capture emotion correlations. Previous studies either ignore this challenge or resort to a chain-link structure (e.g. seq2seq), both of which encounter some thorny issues in reality. Unlike previous studies, we approach this challenge by proposing a masked language modeling like mechanism, named masked emotion modeling (MEM), which can capture emotion correlations in a simple but effective manner. Specifically, we augment the transformer model with emotion states and require the transformer model to recover masked emotion states. Furthermore, to fully enhance the effect of the proposed MEM, we also introduce a taxonomy-guided sampling strategy at the training phase and an iterative decoding strategy at the test phase. On two widely used datasets, we demonstrate that our method excels at capturing emotion correlations and achieves state-of-the-art results.

Attitude Takeover control for Noncooperative Space Targets Based on Gaussian Processes with Online Model Learning

One major challenge for autonomous attitude takeover control for on-orbit servicing of spacecraft is that an accurate dynamic motion model of the combined vehicles is highly nonlinear, complex and often costly to identify online, which makes traditional model-based control impractical for this task. To address this issue, a recursive online sparse Gaussian Process (GP)-based learning strategy for attitude takeover control of noncooperative targets with maneuverability is proposed, where the unknown dynamics are online compensated based on the learnt GP model in a semi-feedforward manner. The method enables the continuous use of on-orbit data to successively improve the learnt model during online operation and has reduced computational load compared to standard GP regression. Next to the GP-based feedforward, a feedback controller is proposed that varies its gains based on the predicted model confidence, ensuring robustness of the overall scheme. Moreover, rigorous theoretical proofs of Lyapunov stability and boundedness guarantees of the proposed method-driven closed-loop system are provided in the probabilistic sense. A simulation study based on a high-fidelity simulator is used to show the effectiveness of the proposed strategy and demonstrate its high performance. © 2023, CC BY-NC-SA.
