In the current day, digital transformation is imperative;both customer demand and market competitiveness are mostly driving that trend. The fourth industrial revolution has also affected the financial sector. One difficulty that has to be addressed is the desire from customers for quick and useful services. Traditional procedures need to be replaced with digital ones. Furthermore, banking organizations will have a competitive edge in the current market if they are successful in this digital transformation process. Successful transformation, however, does not happen by accident;in fact, the likelihood of completing this change is seen to be very low, necessitating rigorous planning for a company that is ready for the future. There are several components to the preparation in question, both internal and external. In this situation, the company's ability to combine and rearrange its resources quickly is essential for adapting to the ever-changing business environment. © 2024 IEEE.

Stakeholder management is a key area in the management of projects. Correctly identifying key players, managing them and influencing them is crucial for the success of projects and programs. Often though, social networks and management literature has demonstrated that the process of work and ideas do not necessarily flow through organisational hierarchy, but rather through informal networks. In this paper, we discuss an overview of the stakeholder management approaches used and some of its limitations. We propose the use of social network theory and methodology is suggested as a viable perspective for stakeholder identification, analysis and management because of its theoretical and methodological rigour and its ability to provide insightful visualisations and useful network metrics to identify key influencers, bottlenecks, informal groups and so on.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Thailand utilized Thai Chana contact tracing mobile application and the paper document. The purpose of this study was to explore the perceived usability of Thai Chana contact tracing by utilizing System Usability Scale (SUS). A total of 800 Thais voluntarily answered the SUS questionnaire. The results indicated that the average SUS score was 70.388. In addition, ANOVA indicated there was an effect of the age on the perceived usability and older generations had lower SUS scores. This study could provide a basic understanding of the perceived usability of COVID-19 contact tracing. © 2024 ACM.

Proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells have attracted significant attention due to their low operating temperature, high efficiency, and minimal emissions. Especially when hydrogen is used as fuel, water is the only product. Among the various components of PEM fuel cells, the membrane is crucial one because it enables the transfer of protons from the anode to the cathode, while ensuring that the fuel and oxidant remain separate and do not mix. Hightemperature operation (above the boiling point of water) is desired in PEM fuel cells as it enhances the kinetics and improves water management. However, the current most widely used membrane, Nafion, cannot operate at high temperatures above 90°C due to the membrane's dehydration, resulting in decreased proton conductivity and eventually, fuel cell efficiency. To overcome this issue, this study focuses on the development of new and potentially high-temperature composite membranes. Zirconium silicate, (ZrSiO4)/Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composite membranes were synthesized in this work with the following ratios: 0 wt.%, 1.5 wt.%, 3 wt.%, and 8 wt.% per mass of membrane solution via a solution casting method. Their proton conductivity was evaluated. The results showed that the addition of ZrSiO4 nanoparticles to the PVDF matrix significantly enhances the proton conductivity of the composite membranes. The highest conductivity value obtained was 2.15 x10-3 Scm-1 with a concentration of 8 wt.% ZrSiO4. The promising proton conductivity reported in this work would be an indication of these membranes' potential in PEM fuel cell applications. © 2023 Computers and Industrial engineering. Stunting in toddlers is a chronic nutritional issue that affects the physical and cognitive development of children, with serious long-term consequences such as reduced cognitive function and an increased risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. Therefore, early identification and prevention efforts for stunting are crucial. Classifying toddlers into categories of at-risk for stunting or not is essential to provide timely and appropriate interventions. This study employs data mining techniques using the decision tree algorithm to expedite the stunting detection process and improve the accuracy of nutritional status classification in children. The results indicate that the constructed decision tree model can classify children's nutritional status with an accuracy of 83.26%. The decision tree achieves high accuracy in classifying stunting in toddlers due to its ability to handle complex data and identify significant patterns within the data. © 2024 IEEE.

Cancer remains a significant global health challenge, with the Cell Division Cycle 7 (CDC7) protein emerging as a potential therapeutic target due to its critical role in tumor proliferation, survival, and resistance. However, a comprehensive analysis of CDC7 across multiple cancers is lacking, and existing therapeutic options have come with limited clinical success. The aim of this is to integrate a comprehensive pan-cancer analysis of CDC7 with the identification of novel marine-derived inhibitors, bridging the understanding of CDC7's role as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target across diverse cancer types. In this study, we conducted a pan-cancer analysis of CDC7 across 33 tumor types using publicly available datasets to evaluate its expression, genetic alterations, immune interactions, survival, and prognostic significance. Additionally, a marine-derived compound library of 31,492 molecules was screened to identify potential CDC7 inhibitors using chemoinformatics and machine learning. The top candidates underwent rigorous evaluations, including molecular docking, pharmacokinetics, toxicity, Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations, and Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations. The findings revealed that CDC7 is overexpressed in several cancers and is associated with poor survival outcomes and unfavorable prognosis. Enrichment analysis linked CDC7 to critical DNA replication pathways, while its role in modulating tumor-immune interactions highlighted its potential as a target for immunotherapy. Among all tested compounds, Tetrahydroaltersolanol D (CMNPD21999) exhibited the strongest binding affinity and stability, along with better drug-likeness and zero toxicity. These attributes highlight its potential as a promising drug candidate for CDC7 inhibition and future cancer treatment development. Furthermore, additional in vitro and in vivo studies are required to confirm the effectiveness of this drug candidate against the CDC7 protein. © 2025

Due to constant growth of technology it results to increase efficiency to work remotely, as a result, there is an increase in percentage of I.T. professionals working from home. This study used Conjoint Analysis in order to determine the most preferred work from home setup attributes by I.T. professionals. Using the attributes such as having a dedicated workspace, type of internet connection, type of communication tool, audio tool, accessories for their computer or laptop, type of chair, and frequency of team socials. Using conjoint analysis with orthogonal design, this study was able to evaluate the preference among I.T. professionals. The result of the study showed that the type of Internet Connection is the most important (30.975%). Next is the preference on dedicated workspace (22.633%), the type of accessories (13.059%), Communication tool (10.982%), frequency of team socials (9.152%), type of chairs (6.723%), least is the type of audio tools (6.477%). The result of this study could be used by the employers to improve the work from home conditions of their employees. © 2022 Association for Computing Machinery.

A pickup and delivery vehicle routing problem from a real-world bottled-beverage distribution company is addressed. The problem consists of deciding how to load every trailer, how to configure the vehicles in terms of the trailers, and how to route the vehicles, so as to minimize routing and fixed costs. The problem includes several features such as time windows on both customers and vehicles, multiple depots, multiple product delivery, split delivery, heterogeneous fleet, and dock capacity, to name a few. To solve this problem a GRASP-based heuristic is proposed. Problem decomposition, vehicle composition and route construction mechanisms, and local search procedures for different types of neighborhoods are developed. The heuristic is empirically assessed over a wide set of instances. Empirical results show that the proposed method obtains solutions of better quality than those reported by the company. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

In response to external feedback and a continual desire to increase the diversity and applicability of the curriculum for our students, the engineering management program at USMA will offer an acquisition systems management course for the first time in Spring 2005. This course will provide graduates with relevant skills related to the acquisition goals of strategically managing, planning, and implementing acquisition programs and reforms. Topics will include acquisition core competencies, such as: theory and principles, systems perspective, project management, technology integration, modeling and simulation. Other topics include knowledge management, organizational behavior, decision making, and risk management. The use of a rigorous systems engineering management process in the development of the course curriculum is necessary to ensure we meet the needs of our students (USMA cadets) and primary constituency, the US Army.
