This research introduces an innovative approach to dissecting Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) by integrating count-based RNA analysis and machine learning techniques. Through the strategic amalgamation of K-means clustering, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM), this study transcends conventional classification methods, revealing detailed molecular insights within the complex TNBC landscape. The methodology initiates with count-based RNA analysis for dimensionality reduction, refining molecular classifications through K-means clustering. The incorporation of CNN allows for nuanced feature extraction, capturing intricate genomic relationships, while SVM enhances subtype predictions with precise classification. The addition of Gene Ontology (GO) and pathway analyses enriches our understanding by unraveling the functional implications of identified gene clusters. This synergistic methodology not only advances our comprehension of TNBC subtypes but also establishes a groundwork for targeted therapeutic strategies. The fusion of count-based RNA analysis and machine learning enables a comprehensive and nuanced exploration of TNBC complexity, offering valuable insights for personalized oncology approaches in the era of precision medicine

Design and implementation of android application to extract text from images by using tesseract for English and Hindi

The proposed Implementation is on the Android Application to extract using Tesseract OCR in which the following concepts will be used, which are Adaptive Thresholding, Connected Component, Fine Lines, and Recognize Word. Using this Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Technology, an Application generated text which is printed on a clean, B/W or colourful background can be converted into a computer readable form ASCII. With the help of this Android Application using Tesseract OCR, the system has two ways for Text Extraction. The first one is to capture a photo while the second one uploads an image from the gallery after that system can proceed for as per the user requirement which portion of the image they want to crop or edit. After editing the picture, it converts into the text. This Android Application is for two languages, English and Hindi.

The path we are currently following to improve the physics of construction due to the destruction of our environment through the negative impact of the built environment around us. Current efforts to decrease carbon and energy are noted by modifying and improving modern 'layered' envelopes and improving a misunderstanding of thermal comfort that has become much less effective than expected. Understanding construction physics is an important factor in improving the quality of life indoor and outdoor, relying primarily on theoretical and computational aspects, then applying the practical part to reduce excessive use of carbon and energy and hinder the elaboration of a sustainable and built environment. This paper shows how the problem stems from neglecting to think about the first principles and basic construction physics. Similarly, we show how combining good construction physics with reassessing old methodologies to construction and structure use provides some powerful and effective tools to address the climate emergency. The use of construction physics methods supports the search for new solutions to express the most important factors affecting thermal conduction and minimum surface temperatures. However, buildings have integrated concepts in which advanced systems work together to optimize energy, comfort, and health performance. Convergence between various engineering fields and the overlapping field of construction techniques and services has great potential in the future to achieve the next step in energy saving. As a result, the research highlights new methods that make our buildings interact with the external environment using climate data, responsive envelope design, simulation software, thereby achieving architectural response to surrounding variables, improving building physics to reduce environmental pollution, thermal comfort, and achieving the highest energy efficiency and performance in buildings. The Array rewriting rules is limited to extent by the action of row and column splicing.

A science department on the campus of the University of Illinois has received numerous national awards for excellence in undergraduate teaching. The secret to their success? For nearly two decades, they have collaboratively used evidence-based instructional practices (EBIP) in their introductory level courses. Despite these successes and efforts to spread their EBIP, no other departments followed this department's lead. Then, suddenly six years ago, many instructors from other departments began adopting EBIP in their classrooms. This article asks what was the catalyst for this change? Why had previous attempts at institutional change failed? The authors answer these questions by analyzing their efforts to transform the teaching practices in large-enrollment science and engineering introductory courses on their campus.

Within higher education, science departments have been making efforts to place more emphasis on improving discipline-specific teaching and learning. One such shift is the increased hiring of science faculty with educational specialties (SFES). Although SFES have begun to multiply in number, there is little published on their teaching ideologies and classroom practices and how they relate to national pedagogical reform efforts. This article highlights the teaching beliefs and classroom practices of a sample of SFES to promote the importance of understanding these attributes in faculty embedded within disciplinary departments involved in improving science teaching and learning. We found that the teaching beliefs of SFES in the sample were consistent with student-centered pedagogies, and their classroom practices were more transitional in nature. Research has shown that alignment of teaching beliefs with practices is vital to the implementation of student-centered teaching and learning.

The article focuses on the development of MonALISA, or Monitoring Agents using a Large Integrated Services Architecture, which is an application for controlling and monitoring large-scale distributed data-processing systems. The MonALISA framework, which was created by the California Institute of Technology's high energy physics group and has four layers of network look-up services, is explained. Research strategy focused on synergetics for computing, network infrastructure, applications, and storage facilities. The use of MonaALISA by the European Organization for Nuclear Research is mentioned.

Upon graduation he remained at Clemson University and received the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1997. During this time he also served as a research/teaching assistant. His research work focused on the design and implementation of various nonlinear control algorithms with emphasis on the induction motor and mechanical systems with friction present. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at Clemson University. Darren M. Dawson was born in 1962 in Macon Georgia. He received an Associate Degree in Mathematics from Macon Junior College in 1982 and a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1984. He then worked for Westinghouse as a control engineer from 1985 to 1987. In 1987 he returned to the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received the Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering in March 1990. During this time he also served as a research/teaching assistant. In July 1990 he joined the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department and the Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CAM) at Clemson University where he currently holds the position of Professor. Under the CAM director's supervision he currently leads the Robotics and Manufacturing Automation Laboratory which is jointly operated by the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering departments. His main research interests are in the fields of nonlinear based robust adaptive and learning control with application to electro-mechanical systems including robot manipulators motor drives magnetic bearings flexible cables flexible beams and high-speed transport systems. Aman Behal was born in India in 1973. He received his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in 1996. In this paper, we extend the observer/control strategies previously published in [25] to an n -link, serially connected, direct drive, rigid link, revolute robot operating in the presence of nonlinear friction effects modeled by the Lu-Gre model. In addition, we also present a new adaptive control technique for compensating for the nonlinear parameterizable Stribeck effects. Specifically, an adaptive observer/controller scheme is developed which contains a feedforward approximation of the Stribeck effects. This feedforward approximation is used in a composite controller/observer strategy which forces the average square integral of the position tracking error to an arbitrarily small value. Experimental results are included to illustrate the performance of the proposed controllers.

The paper presents the overview of load modelling for power-system damping and stability studies with main conclusions summarized from previous research. The attempt has been made to present a cross-section of the most exploited existing load models together with the most important conclusions drawn from their implementation in power-system stability programs. The current trends and latest results in the domain of damping of electromechanical oscillations in power systems are also presented. The effects of load dynamics on damping of electromechanical oscillations were analyzed on the basis of one of generic load models proposed in the past. The recent results further encourage investigation in this area and highlights the importance of proper load modelling.

This paper first analyzes the X.400(88) Message Handling System(MHS) functional model and its service *** to describing the model of MHS,we implement a X.400MHS-based mail system on PC named PC-MHS(88).This system includes the implementation of PI and P2 ***,PC can be served as a stand-alone MHS workstation,and interconnected to be a distributed message handling system via PSTN or PSDN(CHINAPAC ).On the other hand,in order to connect with Internet mail,we compare the X.400MHS with the Internet's SMTP(Simple Mail Transfer Protocol),and realize a simple X.400 to SMTP gateway on 80486 PC with MS ***, this paper concludes the main features of PC-MHS(88).
