HS–WOA–MANET: a hybrid meta-heuristic approach-based multi-objective constraints for energy efficient routing protocol in mobile ad hoc networks

A self-organizing, reconfigurable, and structure-less wireless network that provides intended communications without any radio infrastructure is called the mobile ad hoc network (MANETs). It is generally utilized in special outside occasions, locations, military surgeries, and natural disasters. In MANET, providing security is the primary issue because of the adoption of network structures. Moreover, the modifications in dynamic topologies expose the strike selection, such as routing, eavesdropping, and alteration of several programs. If MANET has several privacy and security issues, then it may surpass the quality of services (QoS). Hence, the security in MANET is guaranteed by using intrusion tracking approaches. This intrusion tracking system regulates the MANET in recognizing some other violation weaknesses. High protections are provided by detecting intrusions from the entire network, which includes attacks that are beyond the network layer. The nodes are not merely altered by the power collapse in the system, but it is also capable of transferring the packets in the network, which depends on the total system life. An effective routing protocol is designed to select the optimal paths for enhancing navigation in MANETs. Moreover, the terms secure routing and energy efficiency are critical problems when changing the network topology and limiting resources with this kind of network. A hybridized optimization-aided routing strategy is offered in this research work to provide an energy-efficient routing protocol. At the initial stage, the experimentation is conducted based on the sensor nodes in MANET. Since the existing models are ineffective in achieving high energy efficiency, the new routing protocol is developed by proposing the hybrid optimization algorithm. Accordingly, the suggested work is regarded for optimizing the shortest path in the routing model by using the Hybrid Sailfish Optimizer and Whale Optimization Algorithm (HS-WOA). The inverse eigenvalue problem studies the possible spectra among matrices whose off-diagonal entries have their zero-nonzero patterns described by the adjacency of a graph G. In this paper, we refer to the i-nullity pair of a matrix A as (null(A),null(A(i)), where A(i) is the matrix obtained from A by removing the i-th row and column. The inverse i-nullity pair problem is considered for complete graphs, cycles, and trees. The strong nullity interlacing property is introduced, and the corresponding supergraph lemma and decontraction lemma are developed as new tools for constructing matrices with a given nullity pair. © 2024 Elsevier Inc.

L10-FePt-type bit-patterned media has provided a promising alternative for ultrahigh-density magnetic recording systems in the current digital era, but rapid fabrication of magnetic patterns with hyperfine bit islands is still challenging, especially with the target for miniaturization and scalable production simultaneously. Herein, Fe,Pt-containing block copolymers were utilized as single-source precursors for solution-processable patterning and subsequent generation of the demanding magnetic FePt dots by in situ pyrolysis. High-throughput nanoimprint lithography was initially employed to fabricate the predefined bit cells precisely,and then the intrinsic self-assembly of phase-separated block copolymers further drove the formation of accurate bit *** from the synergistic effect of top-down lithographic approach and bottom-up self-assembly, the customizable patterns could be achieved for large-scale mass production in targeted areas, but high-density isolated dots could also be accurately aligned along the patterned features after subsequent self-assembly. This reliable strategy would provide a good avenue to precisely construct ultrahigh-density magnetic data storage devices.

We consider the problem of control allocation for weakly redundant systems subject to actuator faults. In particular, the design of a suitable allocator will be devised with the aim of compensating for the fault effects while, at the same time, keeping the control burden as low as possible. To this goal, two approaches can be followed for the synthesis of the allocation servomechanism: direct allocation using orthogonal projection and optimization-based allocation. Some numerical examples illustrate and highlight advantages, disadvantages and limitations of both strategies. © 2024 IEEE.

The effects of solid solution on the deformation behavior of binary Mg-xZn(x=0,1,2 wt%)alloys featuring a designated texture that enables extension twinning under tension parallel to the basal pole in most grains,were investigated using in-situ neutron diffraction and the EVPSC-TDT *** diffraction was used to quantitatively track grain-level lattice strains and diffraction intensity changes(related to mechanical twinning)in differently oriented grains of each alloy during cyclic tensile/compressive *** measurements were accurately captured by the *** stress-strain curves of Mg-1 wt%Zn and Mg-2 wt%Zn alloys show as-expected solid solution strengthening from the addition of Zn compared to pure *** macroscopic yielding and hardening behaviors are explained by alternating slip and twinning modes as calculated by the *** solid solution's influence on individual deformation modes,including basal〈a〉slip,prismatic〈a〉slip,and extension twinning,was then quantitatively assessed in terms of activity,yielding behavior,and hardening response by combining neutron diffraction results with crystal plasticity *** Mg-1 wt%Zn alloy displays distinct yielding and hardening behavior due to solid solution softening of prismatic〈a〉***,the dependence of extension twinning,in terms of the twinning volume fraction,on Zn content exhibits opposite trends under tensile and compressive loadings.

Lie algebra and conservation laws for the time-fractional heat equation

The Lie symmetry method is applied to derive the point symmetries for the N-dimensional fractional heat equation. We find that the numbers of symmetries and Lie brackets are reduced significantly as compared to the integer order for all dimensions. In fact for integer order linear heat equation the number of solution symmetries is equal to the product of the order and space dimension, whereas for the fractional case, it is half of the product on the order and space dimension. The Lie algebras for the integer and fractional order equations are mentioned using the subsequent computations of Lie brackets and by inspection. Interestingly, it is observed that for the one-dimensional fractional heat equation, the Lie algebra obtained by inspection of symmetries is similar to the result obtained by computation of Lie brackets, which is (Formula presented.). The Lie algebra using the symmetries of the two-dimensional heat equation is observed to be (Formula presented.), whereas using the Lie brackets the algebra is deduced to be (Formula presented.). Hence, it can be concluded that the Lie algebra obtained from the nonzero Lie brackets can be conflated to the algebra which is obtained by inspection. Further, the subsequent Lie algebras are mentioned for the three and four-dimensional integer and fractional equations and the conservation laws are explicitly stated. © 2023 Royal Society of South Africa.
