The paper presents a model for management classifier air quality by algorithm of decision tree using air quality index in Thailand including a pollutant's concentration e.g. O 3 , NO 2 , CO, SO 2 , PM 10 and levels of healthy concern. The purpose of this research is to establish rules of separated air quality classification by levels of healthy concern. The results of this study are correctly classified into instances of training set of 96.80% and testing set of 91.07%. The ROC curve shows that the training set data and testing set data are similar to such results. The algorithm of decision tree can use to become rules of separated air quality classification by levels of healthy concern.

This paper presents a partial encryption scheme using absolute-value chaotic map for secure electronic health records (EHR). The HER system has been an emerging technology that allows medical personals to create, manage, and control medical data electronically through specific database or even web browsers. The proposed encryption scheme realizes XOR operations between separated planes of binary gray-scale image and a binaty image generated by an absolute-value chaotic map. The proposed is relatively simple containing a single absolute-value function with two constants and offers complex and robust dynamical behaviors in terms of random output values. Experiments have been performed in MATLAB using a magnetic resonance image which is divided into 64 sub-blocks and 13 th iterations were proceeded for encryption. Encryption qualitative performances are evaluated through pixel density histograms, 2-dimensional power spectral density, and vertical, horizontal, and diagonal correlation plots. For the encryption quantitative measures, correlation coefficients, entropy, NPCR and UACI are realized. Demonstrations of wrong-key decrypted image are also included. The proposed encryption scheme offers a potential alternative to a secure medical data records and web browsing through cloud computing systems.

This paper briefly surveys rough set-based framework RNIA (Rough Non-deterministic information Analysis), which can handle tables with non-deterministic data. Each rough set-based concept in the standard tables is redefined based on the possible world semantics. Especially, in rule generation, we reconsider the definition of rules, because the standard definition of rule generation cannot be applicable to defining rules in RNIA. In this paper, we describe the new framework for handling rules in RNIA, which gives us new rule-based table data analysis.

Influence of system traits and personal traits on the acceptance of e-government service

As governments can provide various benefits to their citizens from the use of information technologies, this study aims to investigate both the system traits and personal traits that affect citizens' decision to use e-government service. The technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used to understand the factors that influence citizens' willingness to use e-government service. Data were collected from a sample of 400 users of the G2C e-government service to test a model. The results found that the factors with a significant effect on perceived usefulness are: system quality, information quality, service quality, social influence and perceived ease of use. While the factors positively contributing to perceived ease of use are: system quality, service quality, self-efficacy and personal innovativeness in IT. In addition, both perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to enhance e-government service use. Perceived usefulness was the most important factor in predicting citizens' intention to accept the use of e-government service. © 2013 Asian Network for Scientific information.

This paper proposes a fuzzy-rule-embedded reduction image construction method for image enlargement. A fuzzy rule is generated by considering distribution of pixel value around a target pixel. The generated rule is embedded into the target pixel in a reduction image. The embedded fuzzy rule is used in a fuzzy inference to generate a highly magnified image from the reduction image. Experimental results, which scale factors are three and four, show that the proposed method realizes high-quality image enlargement in terms of both objective and subjective evaluations in comparison with conventional methods.

Thisresearch proposes methods to classify the pattern of unusual nasal cavity using Ripper Rule, C4.5 decision tree, K-Nearest neighbor which aims to help physicians classify abnormal nasal cavity from acoustic rhinometry signal. The experiments showed that the algorithm was best effective classification is C4.5 decision tree has ROC 0.99 (sensitivity 0.99, specificity 0.99 and standard deviation 0.1). The result showed that abnormalities of the nasal cavity are about 0.3 – 5 cm. and nasal cross sectional area is less than 0.55 cm~2. Therefore, this study suggests that the C4.5 decision tree algorithm could apply for screening abnormal nasal cavity. It led to application or tool development on medical devices in the future.

Normally, there have been many methods to diagnosis of flat foot. Each method is different to use indicators e.g. Staheli arch index, Clark's angle and Chippaux-Smirak index. However, the results from such indicators are still varied in each method. Therefore, this paper proposes a classification of the flat foot by combining of multiple indicators with neural network process. It can improve an accuracy of classification more than the use of only one indicator. There are 132 images of footprints (left and right foot) consisting of normal foot or flat foot. The experimental results using a combination of indicators show that an accuracy of the result is up to 93% more than the single index i.e. Staheli arch index 43%, Clark's angle 68%, Chippaux-Smirak index 80%. It can make more precisely diagnose of flat foot.
