An overview of existing urban software mobile applications of the transport and economic direction is given. A model of a functional rationalizer of consumer behavior is being built. The software model of the functional rationalizer of consumer behavior (SM FRCB) was developed for the first time. PMFRCB allows the user to expand the number of his preferred needs (occupations, activities) during the daily cycle through intelligent recommendations. Also, SM FRCB allows you to optimize needs (activities, activities) at the cost and rate of their use. The SM FRCB is made in Python_3 using the libraries matplotlib, collections, numpy, pyplot, mplot3d. The analysis of consumer behavior before and after using the functional rationalizer model is carried out. The graphical results of a structural analysis of the costs of old and new consumer behavior, analysis of consumer behavior within the boundaries of the theory of possibilities and the model of transport behavior of a resident before and after applying the functional rationalizer model are presented. The prospects of further improving the SM FRCB are considered. © 2020 IEEE.

In our previous work, we present on how new algorithms can be recognized and learned from human descriptions. In this case, end users are able to extend the given system by their own functionality. During the evaluation, due to language limits on the system, it could interpret only 59 % of user input correctly. In this paper, we provide an approach on the Dialog-based Meaning Derivation Service (DMDS). In case, user input does not match to the system knowledge, DMDS serves various word networks to find relevant synonyms as candidates for the unknown word. DMDS then tries to verify these candidates to the given knowledge base. Finally, matched candidates are presented to the end user by the dialog system for confirmation of a contextual match. The meaning is learned after the user confirmation and is mapped to the given functionality, and can be used afterwards. Therefore, the model developed in this work can be categorized as supervised learning. Finally, both the performance and the quality recorded by input from a user study were examined. However, DMDS improves the correct interpretation of the system from 59 % to 82 %. Our focus is to improve the interaction between humans and machines and enable the end user to instruct programmable devices, without having to learn a programming language.

These days, real-time analytics is one of the most often used notions in the world of databases. Broadly, this term means very fast analytics over very fresh data. Usually the term comes together with other popular terms, hybrid transactional/analytical processing (HTAP) and in-memory data processing. The reason is that the simplest way to provide fresh operational data for analysis is to combine in one system both transactional and analytical processing. The most effective way to provide fast transactional and analytical processing is to store an entire database in memory. So on the one hand, these three terms are related but on the other hand, each of them has its own right to life. In this paper, we provide an overview of several in-memory data management systems that are not HTAP systems. Some of them are purely transactional, some are purely analytical, and some support real-time analytics. Then we overview nine in-memory HTAP DBMSs, some of which don't support real-time analytics. Existing real-time in-memory HTAP DBMSs have very diverse and interesting architectures although they use a number of common approaches: multiversion concurrency control, multicore parallelization, advanced query optimization, just in time compilation, etc. Additionally, we are interested whether these systems use non-volatile memory, and, if yes, in what manner. We conclude that an emergence of new generation of NVM will greatly stimulate its use in in-memory HTAP systems.

Wheat is the most important source of food on earth and vital for food safety. It contains 75–80% carbohydrates, 9–18% protein, fiber, many vitamins (especially B vitamins), calcium, iron, and many macronutrients and micronutrients. According to data from the International Grain Council (IGC), wheat has continued to be the most important food grain source for humans in the world. Therefore, determining wheat production behavior has a very important role in food security. In this study, we have modeled and forecasted the production of wheat for 6 years from 2020 to 2025 using ARIMA and Holt’s linear trend models in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Nepal, and Pakistan, which are all countries in the South Asian region. Since there is an expectation of a decrease in wheat production in some of these countries, this study can provide these countries with the information they need to take appropriate decisions to prevent the occurrence of food problems in the future and to help deal with food security. Moreover, this projection helps with policy implications and planning.

The technology of Assembly of intellectual (Reuses) and information (data) resources which are developed and saved up in libraries and storages of the Internet, in applied web-systems of different function is offered. The intellectual tasks of subject areas of knowledge in the Semantic Web in mind service, software and system resources used in creating Web systems are presented. Methods of assembling resources (link, make, assemble, weaver, kconfig) are considered for modern environments. The problem of data exchange and generation to the formats of the global network environment according to ISO/IEC 11404 GDT is defined. The concept of a network resource collector is proposed as a generalization of ways to assemble resources with functional security, resource protection and quality assessment of Web-systems. Objective:The purpose of this study is to review the impact on the usage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obesity,specifically the usage of acupuncture and ***:PubMed and Google Scholar databases were searched to identify randomized controlled trials,which the methodology focused on the use of acupuncture and phytoacupuncture for the treatment of obesity from the beginning of these databases to February 2018,supplementing with literature retrospective and manual ***:A total of 8 trials including 566 participants met the selected *** the alterations of the body mass index and waist circumference,acupuncture and phytoacupuncture seems to have a positive effect as opposed to the subjects who received superficial acupuncture or ***,there were other parameters that showed promising results such as improvements in the levels of(1)serum total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein and serum fasting triglyceride,(2)serum insulin and leptin,plasma ghrelin and cholecystokinin and(3)serum pro-oxidant antioxidant balance,as well as improvements in(4)skin fat thickness in the upper limbs,trunk and abdomen,(5)abdominal fat and deep subcutaneous fat *** main acupoints employed in the selected studies are found along several meridians such as the stomach,spleen and conception vessel,and the plants used had the main objective of accelerating the metabolism,reducing appetite and resolving the unbalances in the genesis of ***:It is suggested that acupuncture and phytoacupuncture can be useful tools for weight *** combined with a life-style change,they can contribute to achieve better results than just a lifestyle change by ***,the need for further studies to clarify mechanisms of action and adequacy of protocols in order to obtain more homogeneous results is also present.

Biocomputing and molecular biology are areas that change knowledge and skills for acquisition, storing, management, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of biological information. This requires the utilization of high performance computers and innovative software tools for management of the vast information, as well as deployment of innovative algorithmic techniques for analysis, interpretation and prognostication of data in order to get to insight of the design and validation of life-science experiments. Sequence alignment is an important method in DNA and protein analysis. The paper describes the computational challenges in biological sequence processing. The great challenges are to propose parallel computational models and parallel program implementations based on the algorithms for biological sequence alignment. An investigation of the efficiency of sequence alignment based on parallel multithreaded program implementation of Needleman-Wunsch algorithm is presented in this paper. Parallel computational model based on Needleman-Wunsch algorithm is designed. The proposed parallel model is verified by multithreaded parallel program implementation utilizing OpenMP. A number of experiments have been carried out for the case of various data sets and a various number of threads. Parallel performance parameters execution time and speedup are estimated experimentally. The performance estimation and scalability analyses show that the suggested model has good scalability both in respect to the workload and machine size.

Prevention of Japanese encephalitis with different control strategies considering environmental effects: A mathematical study

Japanese encephalitis (JE), a public health problem for the entire world, is caused by a virus called Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) which is spread by mosquitoes. According to WHO’s report, nearly 68000 clinical cases of JE are reported globally each year and approximately 13600 to 20400 are deaths. Here, a mathematical model of JE is formulated considering different control measures such as vaccination, treatment, insecticide and efforts to reduce environmental discharges. An explicit expression of basic reproduction number is formulated and the stability of disease-free and endemic equilibrium of the system is analyzed. In this paper, we have formulated an optimal control problem and analyzed different strategies considering the minimum cost for applying such strategies. We have investigated the results of fixed control for endemic equilibrium both numerically and graphically. We have solved the optimal problem numerically when control parameters are time-dependent by applying Runge-Kutta 4th order forward and backward method and presented graphically. In our present work, we discussed the best cost-effective control strategy to prevent Japanese encephalitis when we consider environmental discharges have a positive impact on the breeding of mosquitoes and the growth of the pig population.

The LS-STAG immersed boundary cut-cell method modification for viscoelastic flow computations is presented. Rate type viscoelastic flow models (linear and quasilinear) are considered. Rate type viscoelastic flow models (linear and quasilinear) are considered. The obtained numerical method is implemented in the LS-STAG software package developed by the author. This software allows to simulate viscous incompressible flows by using the LS-STAG method and it modifications. The LS-STAG-discretization of extra-stress equations for viscoelastic Maxwell, Jeffreys, upper-convected Maxwell, Maxwell-A, Oldroyd-B, Oldroyd-A, Johnson Segalman fluids was developed. Formulae for differential types of convected time derivatives (Oldroyd, Cotter-Rivlin, Jaumann-Zaremba-Noll derivatives) the LS-STAG discretization was obtained. Normal non-newtonian stresses are computed at the centers of base LS-STAG mesh cells and shear non-newtonian stresses are computed at the cell corners. Time-stepping algorithm is based on the first order predictor-corrector scheme. To validate developed numerical method the test problem about viscoelastic Oldroyd-B flow past a circular airfoil was used. Computational experiments were carried out at Weissenberg number in the range from 0 to 4. The computed values of the drag coefficients and the wake length are in good agreement with the experimental data. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
