In order to improve the effect of obstacle avoidance, a PID control algorithm combined with genetic algorithm is proposed. By establishing the mathematical model of UAV, the auxiliary control system of UAV is analyzed, and then the control system is optimized by genetic algorithm. Taking STM32 as the control platform, the obstacle avoidance experiment was carried out by building the experimental platform. The experimental results show that the algorithm can avoid obstacles effectively. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

We report an interesting study of electric-field-induced transformation from a single domain ferroelectric state to the multiple domain ferroelectric state in a KTa_(1-x)Nb_(x)O_(3)(KTN) crystal. Experimental results obtained using the confocalμ-Raman spectroscopy confirm the dynamic change of lattice structures induced by an external electric ***, the dependence of relative permittivity on the applied voltage also indicates the transformation of ferroelectric states involving the processes of splintering, inversion, and re-formation of ferroelectric domains.

With the development of economic globalization, information technology has made great progress, and artificial intelligence technology has been widely used, such as car driving, robot automatic steering, rescue and disaster relief robot, underwater robot and so on. However, in the laboratory management of colleges and universities, the application of artificial intelligence is insufficient, and the traditional management mode is backward. Some universities still adopt manual management mode, which not only has high labor cost, but also has a large management gap, resulting in too many potential safety hazards, which is not conducive to the safety management of university laboratories. The market urgently needs to realize the combination of laboratory management and artificial intelligence. As a Key Laboratory of engineering, the electrical laboratory carries out and sets up multiple experimental courses according to the discipline training requirements. As an engineering University, the course content spans multiple grades, faces more students and covers multiple majors in two colleges. It can be imagined that the experimental courses opened in the electrical laboratory basically take the power supply as the carrier, in this way, the requirements for students are very high. If the electrical experiment is misoperated or caused by emergencies, the risk is great and the accidents are very sudden. Based on the above situation, it fully shows that higher requirements are put forward for the safety management of the electrical laboratory and the management will be more difficult. In recent years, discipline construction has been paid more and more attention, but with the frequent occurrence of laboratory accidents, the fire safety related to the laboratory has attracted more and more attention. Compressed Sensing MRI via a Multi-scale Dilated Residual Convolution network

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) reconstruction is an active inverse problem which can be addressed by conventional compressed sensing (CS) MRI algorithms that exploit the sparse nature of MRI in an iterative optimization-based manner. However, two main drawbacks of iterative optimization-based CSMRI methods are time-consuming and are limited in model capacity. Meanwhile, one main challenge for recent deep learning-based CSMRI is the trade-off between model performance and network size. To address the above issues, we develop a new multi-scale dilated network for MRI reconstruction with high speed and outstanding performance. Comparing to convolutional kernels with same receptive fields, dilated convolutions reduce network parameters with smaller kernels and expand receptive fields of kernels to obtain almost same information. To maintain the abundance of features, we present global and local residual learnings to extract more image edges and details. Then we utilize concatenation layers to fuse multi-scale features and residual learnings for better reconstruction. Compared with several non-deep and deep learning CSMRI algorithms, the proposed method yields better reconstruction accuracy and noticeable visual improvements. In addition, we perform the noisy setting to verify the model stability, and then extend the proposed model on a MRI super-resolution task. As an Industrial Wireless sensor network(IWSN)is usually deployed in a harsh or unattended environment,the privacy security of data aggregation is facing more and more ***,the data aggregation protocols mainly focus on improving the efficiency of data transmitting and aggregating,alternately,the aim at enhancing the security of *** performances of the secure data aggregation protocols are the trade-off of several metrics,which involves the transmission/fusion,the energy efficiency and the security in Wireless sensor network(WSN).Unfortunately,there is no paper in systematic analysis about the performance of the secure data aggregation protocols whether in IWSN or in *** consideration of IWSN,we firstly review the security requirements and techniques in WSN data aggregation in this ***,we give a holistic overview of the classical secure data aggregation protocols,which are divided into three categories:hop-by-hop encrypted data aggregation,end-to-end encrypted data aggregation and unencrypted secure data *** this way,combining with the characteristics of industrial applications,we analyze the pros and cons of the existing security schemes in each category qualitatively,and realize that the security and the energy efficiency are suitable for ***,we make the conclusion about the techniques and approach in these categories,and highlight the future research directions of privacy preserving data aggregation in IWSN.

In the future, Drones or general Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs) need to implement online real-time object detection, but their memory and computing power are limited. An improved YOLOv3 is adopted in this paper, making full use of the lightweight network instead of the feature extraction network of YOLOv3 to achieve high-efficiency object detection for remote sensing images. In the case of similar detection accuracy, parameters and FLOPs (floating point operations) of the improved model are 2.5 times and 3.3 times smaller than YOLOv3, respectively. In addition, an IoU K-medians algorithm is proposed, which improves mAP by 7.0% on YOLOv3 and by 2.3% on the improved *** show that the detection speed of the improved YOLOv3 is 101 frame/s at the fastest, and it is still 1.6 times faster than that of YOLOv3 when its mAP is 6% higher than that of YOLOv3. The efficient remote sensing object detection method proposed in this paper lays the foundation for future UAVs.

With the large-scale grid connected operation of new energy power plants, the safe operation of grid and new energy power plants has been faced with unprecedented challenges, especially the influence of meteorological conditions. Due to the inherent volatility of new energy, accurate prediction of generation power can effectively reduce the impact on the electricity grid system. In order to improve the prediction accuracy, a dynamic meteorological element correction method considering multiple meteorological elements is introduced, and a centralized power forecasting platform is established. At the same time, due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather events in recent years, such as wind fan icing, lightning gale, hail, mountain torrents and so on, all of them have brought challenges to the safe operation of new energy power plants, so a fan icing warning model has been developed. Based on the Internet automatic published information plantform of meteorological disaster has established which greatly reduced the loss of power plants caused by the extreme weather. © 2019 IEEE.

Researchers of information technology (IT) have often suggested that there is no clear relevance between the IT investment and return on investment (ROI) of enterprises. This phenomenon is called "productivity paradox". However, research on smart manufacturing capability maturity did not reflect empirically the fact that enterprises rarely benefit from information systems. Therefore, the aim of this article attempts to explore how humans and technologies are related and propose a smart manufacturing maturity assessment framework that can reveal the interaction between humans and technologies. This research addressed two questions, (a) what domains can be identified for smart manufacturing, and (b) how to harmonize all of the technical and social factors affecting maturity and benefits. A complicated concept "socio-technical system" was surveyed for interpreting how enterprises benefit from technologies. Results of this study showed a smart manufacturing maturity assessment framework from the socio-technical perspective. As an explanation, the understanding of manufacturing operations management (MOM) capability maturity model (CMM) within the framework in the case study and its results were presented. To conclude, this study may be regarded as a meta-model or reference model for specific maturity models, as well as has the merit of offering valuable insights into the maturity assessment. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

280-km experimental demonstration of quantum digital signature with one decoy state

Quantum digital signature (QDS) guarantee the unforgeability, nonrepudiation and transferability of signature messages with information-theoretical security, and hence has attracted much attention recently. However, most previous implementations of QDS showed relatively low signature rates or/and short transmission distance. In this paper, we report a proof-of-principle phase-encoding QDS demonstration using only one decoy state. Firstly, such method avoids the modulation of vacuum state, thus reducing experimental complexity and random number consumption. Moreover, incorporating with low-loss asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometers and real-time polarization calibration technique, we have successfully achieved higher signature rate, e.g., 0.98 bit/s at 103 km, and to date a record-breaking transmission distance over 280-km installed fibers.
