This work evaluated two antenna sensors developed by prior researchers for detecting partial discharge (PD) and analyzing its features on SF6 insulation, using RC and HFCT sensors for comparative analysis. The test data indicated that the PD magnitude increased by an average of 16.59% when the voltage was elevated from 10 kV to 15 kV, with a notable increase of 71.85% observed for the RC and HFCT sensors when the voltage was raised from 15 kV to 20 kV. The phase-resolved partial discharge (PRPD) graph indicates a positive phase shift of partial discharge across different sensors, with the angle of occurrence varying as voltage increases. The augmented local electric field produced by the elevated voltage promotes ionization and precipitates the partial discharge earlier in the voltage cycle. Moreover, the predominant frequency spectrum of partial discharge (PD) often escalates with voltage, with certain sensors exhibiting varying sensitivity to high and low frequency components. The results suggest the necessity for a more adaptable PD detection method across different voltage levels to comprehensively capture the complete PD frequency spectrum. © 2024 IEEE.

Digital imagery is a two-dimensional visual representation, which often holds emotional significance and crucial information. However, in images, specifically urban imagery, unwanted objects frequently appear. To address this issue, a system capable of automatically selecting areas with unwanted objects, removing these areas, and reconstructing the removed regions is essential. The object removal system is developed by implementing and integrating an image segmentation module, image inpainting module, and graphical user interface application. The pre-trained image segmentation model, DeepLabv3+, is used for the image segmentation module. On the other hand, there are seven pre-trained image inpainting models, including DeepFillv2, EdgeConnect (Places), EdgeConnect (PSV), MADF (Places), MADF (PSV), MAT, and CoModGAN, which are compared across several testing aspects to be used in the image inpainting module. Based on the analysis of the test results on the test data, the DeepLabv3+ model is proven to perform accurate segmentation with a mIoU value reaching 0.936. The CoModGAN model is chosen as the pre-trained model of the image inpainting module due to its average PSNR score of 26.59dB, SSIM of 0.8908, FID of 39.99, and subjective evaluation of 4.105. The graphical user interface application developed and integrated with the image segmentation and image inpainting modules successfully provides flexibility to users and shows increased performance compared to previous studies. © 2024 IEEE.

This article discusses the impact of the fourth industrial revolution on the banking sector in Indonesia, with a focus on the rise of digital banking and the introduction of the Bank Indonesia - Fast Payment (BI-FAST) system. The article proposes an architecture design that implements and compares the performance of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Event Driven Architecture (EDA) in handling bulk payment transactions in BI-FAST. The study found that both EDA and SOA can handle query information cases within the defined SLA requirement time. However, in query transaction cases with larger batch transfers, EDA with MQTT usage proved to be the more efficient, stable, and faster option, overcoming the limitations faced by SOA. EDA demonstrated faster and more stable results compared to SOA in processing query transaction cases with larger batch transfers. This efficiency can be attributed to the usage of MQTT in the EDA implementation. Therefore, for scenarios involving large numbers of batch transfers, EDA with MQTT emerges as the preferred choice for handling query transactions. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper provided a design for a microstrip antenna with a wide bandwidth covering the LoRa and GPS working frequencies. The antenna is designed for vehicle-to-vehicle communication needs, enabling data sharing of location information as a form of collision warning. The designed microstrip antenna operated at frequencies of 915 MHz and 1575 MHz by trimming most of the ground plane to achieve bandwidth widening, followed by fine-tuning to achieve optimal results. The final design of the microstrip antenna, measuring 60 mm x 75.1 mm, exhibited a return loss of around -20 dB both at 915 MHz and 1575 MHz. The obtained VSWR values are around 1.22 both at 915 MHz and 1575 MHz. The proposed and fabricated antena has wideband characteristic and has operational frequency range from 822 MHz to 1820 MHz. © 2024 IEEE.

The result of the modified reference antenna is based on predefined parameters by optimizing each parameter namely r1, r2, and L for partial discharge detection of high-voltage, parameter r1 shows the largest bandwidth when r1 is changed by 10mm of 5.36 GHz. However, the reflection coefficient and VSWR values at 15mm are better if we compare them to 5mm and 10mm. Parameter r2 shows that the largest bandwidth shown after we changed the size by 6mm of 5.37GHz is better than 3mm and 9mm. However, the reflection coefficient value at 9mm is better than 3mm and 6mm. Simulation results on parameter L based on Fig. 6 show that the largest bandwidth when parameter L is changed to 3mm is better than 2mm and 4mm, but the reflection coefficient value at 4mm is better than 2mm and 3mm, and for VSWR value 2mm is better than 3mm and 4mm. Modification antenna has roughly omnidirectional radiation patterns is 1.96dBi for r1 = 5;r2 = 3;slot = 2;2.07dBi for r1 = 10;r2 = 6;slot = 3;2.03dBi for r1 = 15;r2 = 9;slot = 4, the operating frequency band between 1.5 GHz, which is the frequency of interested for PD occurrence. For a voltage of 7 kV, the modified antenna can detect positive and negative cycle partial discharge of 115nPos, while the reference antenna is 80nPos. For a voltage of 8 kV, the modified antenna can detect partial discharge positive and negative cycles of 51nPos, while the reference antenna is 19nPos. For a voltage of 9 kV, the modified antenna can detect partial discharge positive and negative cycles of 27nPos, while the reference antenna is 14nPos. © 2024 IEEE.

Advanced analytical techniques and sophisticated decision-making strategies are imperative for handling extensive volumes of data. As the quantity, diversity, and speed of data increase, there is a growing lack of confidence in the analytics process and resulting decisions. Despite recent advancements, such as metadata mechanisms in Big Data Processing and Systems of Deep Insight, effectively managing the vast and varied data from diverse sources remains a complex and unresolved challenge. Aiming to enhance interaction with Data Lakes, this paper introduces a framework based on a specialized semantic enrichment mechanism centred around data blueprints. The proposed framework takes into account unique characteristics of the data, guiding the process of locating sources and retrieving data from Data Lakes. More importantly, it facilitates end-user interaction without the need for programming skills or database management techniques. The Virtual Market application is designed to fulfill general activities that occur in traditional markets, such as buying and selling activities, conversations and advertising. The main characteristic of shopping in traditional markets is that there is bargaining between traders and buyers, so this application presents a bargaining feature that will facilitate this activity. This application will go through a testing and verification stage to determine that the application created is in accordance with the specified final assignment objectives. Epilepsy is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world. Nearly 50 million individuals worldwide are afflicted by this condition. The brain seizures are caused by excessive synchronization of neurons electrical excitation which spreads to the whole brain area. This disease can affect anyone, regardless of their gender, age, or racial group. Hence, individuals with epilepsy must adapt their lives around their illness carefully. A seizure may bring some injury or even make life risky to the patient or others, mainly dealing with the heavy machinery industry or driving vehicles. The purpose of this research is to design an epileptic seizure prediction system to warn patients before an attack occurs. The Seizure Prediction Horizon (SPH) used in this research is 10 minutes. The features chosen are energy and Dispersion Entropy (DispEN) acquired from Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) signal decomposition. Finally, the classification and seizure prediction technique we deemed best is the Support Vector Machine (SVM). The highest accuracy achieved by this model is 86.2% on a binary classification scenario Ictal and Non-Ictal, which is the Non-Ictal state is a combination of Normal and Pre-ictal state. While the highest sensitivity performance of our prediction system is 91%, with the lowest FPR average of 0.45. © 2024 IEEE.

Aquaculture in remote areas challenges significant monitoring due to limited internet access. This research develops and implements an IoT communication system using LoRa RFM95W module, ESP32 microcontroller, and Telkom's LoRaWAN Gateway Antares for efficient and reliable sensor data transmission. LoRa operates in the 920-923 MHz band which offers long-range communication with low power consumption and is ideal for remote IoT applications. Class A LoRaWANare selected for power efficiency and an optimal Spreading Factor (SF) is chosen to balance coverage, data rate and power consumption. Data compression techniques are applied to minimize data loss, reduce data size, optimize bandwidth usage and ensure real-time data integration. Experiments with various compression algorithms and distances showed that the unishox2 algorithm achieved the best compression ratio, capable of transmitting data sizes of up to 347 bytes with minimal signal loss on SF9. © 2024 IEEE.

The enactment of the Personal Data Protection (PDP) regulation in Indonesia requires financial service institutions to erase debtors’ personal data upon request. However, this is challenging to achieve when such data is implicitly stored in a trained machine learning model. In order to address this issue, machine unlearning methods have been developed to erase the influence of training data on model weights. In this research, the performance of two strong machine unlearning algorithm implementations, Ε-δ Certified Removal (CR) and Projective Residual Update (PRU), was compared on the logistic regression credit risk assessment models developed in this research. Machine unlearning was performed to delete 10% of the model’s training data. Our results showed that Ε-δ Certified Removal yielded a model with lower L2-distance, higher accuracy, and faster unlearning time compared to Projective Residual Update when machine unlearning was performed to delete less than 2% of the model’s training data. Conversely, the opposite was observed when machine unlearning was performed to delete more or equal to 2% of the model’s training data. Further research is required to explore the effect of larger training data sets with greater dimensionality on the performance of both algorithms. © 2024 IEEE.
