Solar-powered dryers are still expensive and difficult to obtain for farmers with medium to low production capacity. For this reason, it is necessary to develop technology on a solar-powered dryer with a solar panel capacity of 200WP is equipped with a maximum power point tracker as an integrated solar collector with a photovoltaic system. The system in this solar-powered dryer consists of a solar panel tracker, a rotating aluminum cylinder net, a photovoltaic tracker, a battery bank, a microcontroller, and a DC/AC inverter. This system improves the performance of solar panels in the drying process of Moringa leaves. This design is expect to be the right system to ensure maximum results by providing solar radiation energy in the drying process of agricultural products. The aims goal to minimize problems in the drying of agricultural products experienced by farmers using an automatic dual-energy solar-powered dryer as a development innovation for the drying process. This study uses an experimental methodology and field data collection using a solar-powered dryer that has been analyzed and measured to obtain data comparisons. shows the maximum data of voltage and power response in positioning photovoltaic to produce the increased output power of photovoltaic array. Maximum application of powerpoint tracker on microcontroller based dual energy solar powered dryer on solar panels for drying moringa leaves produces the advantage of maximum energy absorption in solar panels and shortens the time in the drying process of moringa leaves. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

We report Ge23Sb7S70 chalcogenide ring resonators with up to 8 × 104 quality factors operating around 3.6 µm wavelength fabricated through e-beam lithography. This paper presents a novel algorithm for reachability analysis of nonlinear discrete-time systems. The proposed method combines constrained zonotopes (CZs) with polyhedral relaxations of factorable representations of nonlinear functions to propagate CZs through nonlinear functions, which is normally done using conservative linearization techniques. The new propagation method provides better approximations than those resulting from linearization procedures, leading to significant improvements in the computation of reachable sets in comparison to other CZ methods from the literature. Numerical examples highlight the advantages of the proposed algorithm. © 2024 IEEE.

Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance. © 2023 IEEE.

In the face of the deep learning model's vulnerability to domain shift, source-free domain adaptation (SFDA) methods have been proposed to adapt models to new, unseen target domains without requiring access to source domain data. Although the potential benefits of applying data augmentation to SFDA are attractive, several challenges arise such as the dependence on prior knowledge of class-preserving transformations and the increase in memory and computational requirements. In this paper, we propose Source-free Domain Adaptation Through the Lens of Data Augmentation (SF(DA)2), a novel approach that leverages the benefits of data augmentation without suffering from these challenges. We construct an augmentation graph in the feature space of the pretrained model using the neighbor relationships between target features and propose spectral neighborhood clustering to identify partitions in the prediction space. Furthermore, we propose implicit feature augmentation and feature disentanglement as regularization loss functions that effectively utilize class semantic information within the feature space. These regularizers simulate the inclusion of an unlimited number of augmented target features into the augmentation graph while minimizing computational and memory demands. Our method shows superior adaptation performance in SFDA scenarios, including 2D image and 3D point cloud datasets and a highly imbalanced dataset. © 2024 12th International Conference on Learning Representations, ICLR 2024. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are widely used in various applications, from inspection and surveillance to transportation and delivery. Navigating UAVs in complex 3D environments is a challenging task that requires robust and efficient decision-making algorithms. This paper presents a novel approach to UAV navigation in 3D environments using a Curriculum-based Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) approach. The proposed method utilizes a deep neural network to model the UAV's decision-making process and to learn a mapping from the state space to the action space. The learning process is guided by a reinforcement signal that reflects the performance of the UAV in terms of reaching its target while avoiding obstacles and with energy efficiency. Simulation results show that the proposed method has a positive trade off when compared to the baseline algorithm. The proposed method was able to perform well in environments with a state space size of 22 millions, allowing the usage in big environments or in maps with high resolution. The results demonstrate the potential of DRL for enabling UAVs to operate effectively in complex environments. © 2023 IEEE.

Domain data can be shifted in any direction so it will be shared in different distributions to its original domain. This could be a problem since the model was trained with different distributions. It is found that adversarial domain adaptation using domain adversarial neural networks (DANN) can help to solve this problem on some scale. DANN can minimize the discrepancy between source and target data so the model can work well in both domains. The experiment is done by utilizing MNIST dataset that shifted into some conditions. In a condition when the shifting of distribution is too far, DANN is struggling to maintain the knowledge extracted from source data which leads to underperformance in the source and target domain. In contrast, when the shifting is closer, DANN can easily fit the model so it can perform well in both domains. It proves DANN is one of the good approaches to performing domain adaptation in small discrepancies. © 2023 IEEE.
