Knowledge is an important asset in an organization. Aru Islands District is one of the districts in Maluku Province. The Government of Aru Islands District Maluku has a vision and mission as outlined in the Regional Strategic Plan or commonly referred to as RENSTRA. This vision and mission are an activity that requires a policy direction that is planned and integrated with the strategic environment of all related aspects. The strategic plan is then realized with the implementation of the government with regional autonomy which is the modern governance in realizing quality public services, fast, easy, fair and unlimited for the welfare and progress of the region. In this research will be used a strategic approach as input from the analysis with knowledge management and assessment of the condition of Aru district. © 2021 IEEE.

As Metaverse emerges as the next-generation Internet paradigm, the ability to efficiently generate content is paramount. AI-Generated Content (AIGC) emerges as a key solution, yet the resource-intensive nature of large Generative AI (GAI) models presents challenges. To address this issue, we introduce an AIGC-as-a-Service (AaaS) architecture, which deploys AIGC models in wireless edge networks to ensure broad AIGC services accessibility for Metaverse users. Nonetheless, an important aspect of providing personalized user experiences requires carefully selecting AIGC Service Providers (ASPs) capable of effectively executing user tasks, which is complicated by environmental uncertainty and variability. Addressing this gap in current research, we introduce the AI-Generated Optimal Decision (AGOD) algorithm, a diffusion model-based approach for generating the optimal ASP selection decisions. Integrating AGOD with Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), we develop the Deep Diffusion Soft Actor-Critic (D2SAC) algorithm, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of ASP selection. Our comprehensive experiments demonstrate that D2SAC outperforms seven leading DRL algorithms. Furthermore, the proposed AGOD algorithm has the potential for extension to various optimization problems in wireless networks, positioning it as a promising approach for future research on AIGC-driven services. Many different industries are currently making substantial use of the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT is the process through which electronic devices communicate with their surrounding virtual environment by continuously exchanging data via sensors. Due to increased IoT security concerns, digital forensic investigators now possess greater knowledge and abilities to investigate IoT devices. IoT-DigFor are required in terms of cybercrime due to the rapid growth in the number of electronic devices and the collection and consumption of enormous amounts of data. IoT systems with billions of devices have produced a significant amount of evidence, which presents a significant challenge to digital investigators and practitioners who must connect with IoT devices to conduct fast and thorough investigations into cybercrimes. This article presents detailed information about forensics in the IoT environment. The IoT forensic paradigm and the challenges that design-based security requirements and IoT system security offer for IoT-DigFor are covered in great detail at the beginning of the article.

Phenylalanine is an aromatic essential amino acid that exhibits the tendency to self-aggregate into fibrillar structures in its enantiomerically pure form. This observation was indicated as the underlying mechanism of phenylketonuria, which is a genetic condition associated with various neurological, physical, and developmental issues, characterized with phenylalanine buildup in the brain. The presence of D-phenylalanine was demonstrated previously to inhibit the formation of fibrils by L-phenlyalanine, indicating its potential use in phenylketonuria treatment. In this study, several combinations of D and L-phenylalanine were examined with the help of state-of-the-art deep learning methods for their fibril forming capacity, demonstrating the usefulness and accuracy of deep learning methods in distinguishing between different self-assembled structures. © 2023, The Authors. In this study, selective area growth (SAG)s of AlGaN/GaN nanowires (NWs) on miscut N-polar GaN templates were studied and compared with that grown on Ga-polar templates using plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). The SAG of N-polar AlGaN/GaN NWs demonstrated higher growth rate and more growth selectivity than that of Ga-polar AlGaN/GaN NWs. Additionally, lateral growth rate of N-polar NWs was significantly lower than Ga-polar NWs. Compared to the pyramidal shaped top surfaces of Ga-polar NWs, the N-polar GaN NWs had flat head top surfaces. The combination of higher growth selectivity, larger growth window, negligible lateral growth, and flat head, makes N-polar (Al,Ga)N NWs attractive for a variety of applications including UV LEDs and detectors as well as quantum sensing. © 2022, The Authors. In this article, we propose a conceptual framework of mobile self-screening to detect breast cancer at the initial stage using temperature characteristics. A trained convolutional neural network (CNN) is implemented to extract and classify the breast thermogram. Moreover, a histogram of temperature distribution is also provided to support a recommendation to the user. As we consider the user's data privacy, reliability, low latency, and low cost, we also suggest some recommendations in inferencing the CNN model on the mobile device. Finally, we describe the application overview to demonstrate the feature function. © 2021 IEEE.

Large-scale gradient-based Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) can aid in the exploration of high-dimensional design spaces for novel air vehicle concepts, thereby leading to more efficient and economic designs. This paper builds on past works where we demonstrated large-scale physics-based MDO capabilities and applied these to NASA’s lift-plus-cruise electric air taxi concept. We extend this comprehensive mid-fidelity system-level optimization problem with high(er)-fidelity subsystem-level optimizations of various aircraft systems and mission phases, with the aim of further enhancing the accuracy and scope of the aforementioned system-level optimization problem: 1) Power minimization during the transition mission phase;2) electrical powertrain topology optimization;3) Cell chemistry modeling and thermomechanical battery pack topology optimization;4) Shell-based coupled aero-elastic wing structure optimization. An Analytical Target Cascading-like distributed MDO architecture allows us to couple the system- and subsystem-level optimizations in order to arrive at a consistent and feasible design. We find that the system-level design is most heavily impacted by the reduced battery pack-level energy densities that stem from power peaks in the mission profile. These power peaks seem to result from the inefficient lift rotor blade designs that are needed to satisfy noise constraints. We draw conclusions based on trends in our results and give recommendations for future MDO studies of electrical air taxi vehicle concepts. © 2025, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Inc, AIAA. Weakly supervised semantic segmentation (WSSS) methods are often built on pixel-level localization maps obtained from a classifier. However, training on class labels only, classifiers suffer from the spurious correlation between foreground and background cues (e.g. train and rail), fundamentally bounding the performance of WSSS. There have been previous endeavors to address this issue with additional supervision. We propose a novel source of information to distinguish foreground from the background: Out-of-Distribution (OoD) data, or images devoid of foreground object classes. In particular, we utilize the hard OoDs that the classifier is likely to make false-positive predictions. These samples typically carry key visual features on the background (e.g. rail) that the classifiers often confuse as foreground (e.g. train), so these cues let classifiers correctly suppress spurious background cues. Acquiring such hard OoDs does not require an extensive amount of annotation efforts;it only incurs a few additional image-level labeling costs on top of the original efforts to collect class labels. Due to the constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare workers have reported behaving in ways that are contrary to their values, which may result in distress and injury. This work is the first of its kind to evaluate the presence of stress in the COVID-19 VR Healthcare Simulation for Distress dataset. The dataset collected passive physiological signals and active mental health questionnaires. This paper focuses on correlating electrocardiogram, respiration, photoplethysmography, and galvanic skin response with the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS)-10 questionnaire. The analysis involved data-driven techniques for a robust evaluation of stress among participants. Low-complexity pre-processing and feature extraction techniques were applied and support vector machine and decision tree models were created to predict the PSS-10 scores of users. Imbalanced data classification techniques were used to further enhance our understanding of the results. Decision tree with oversampling through Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique achieved an accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 of 93.50%, 93.41%, 93.31%, and 93.35%, respectively. Our findings offer novel results and clinically valuable insights for stress detection and potential for translation to edge computing applications to enhance privacy, longitudinal monitoring, and simplify device requirements.
