Semantic segmentation is widely used in remote sensing data extraction and classification. Existing semantic segmentation networks focus on capturing contextual information in many different ways, simply fusing features at different levels, and ultimately improving the accuracy of semantic segmentation. However, low-level semantic features lack spatial context guidance, and high-level semantic features tend to encode large objects with coarse spatial details, making segmentation results prone to losing fine details. In this paper, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different levels of feature maps, and enhance the feature representation from two aspects to solve this problem. On the one hand, inspired by the architectural idea of atrous spatial pyramic pooling (ASPP), we adjust the structure of ASPP module and add the attention module to ASPP, and a new Attention-ASPP(AASPP) module is constructed in this paper. On the other hand, feature information such as boundary contours is enhanced by channel attention modeling, thereby improving local detail representation. Comprehensive experimental results show that our model framework achieves excellent segmentation performance on two public datasets, WHU building dataset and ISPRS Potsdam dataset. © 2023 SPIE.

Since the amount of remote sensing data that can be obtained every day has reached ten terabytes, the storage and sharing of massive remote sensing data and the construction of product production application architecture have become imminent research topics. The purpose of this study is to build an efficient system that can meet the needs of massive remote sensing data storage, calculation, and distribution. Blockchain is poised to advance the cause of product innovation and technology evolution as a novel decentralized infrastructure and distributed computing model. However, there are serious security risks in the blockchain itself, which will restrict the development of blockchain and related applications. To better grasp the current status of blockchain security research and explore the research hotspots and frontier, this study used Citespace as a bibliometric analysis tool to collect 3993 research papers between 2014 and 2020 from the WoS Core Collection as a data sample. We conduct a comprehensive overview of blockchain security research in terms of authors, research institutions, publications, countries, citations and keywords in a visual graph. This paper shows that the literature record continues to be refreshed, and it peaked in 2019. China and the USA are the main regions for collaborative research. They have established partnerships with many countries whose research institutions and authors play an important role in the collaborative network. Blockchain security research hotspots are mainly related to "cryptocurrency", "supply chain", "smart contract", "healthcare", "consensus mechanism", "fog computing", "cyber attack" and "Internet of Thing (IoT)". The lineage of blockchain development has evolved from an early focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain security risk analysis to securing other areas, such as financial systems, the IoT and healthcare through blockchain. In recent years, emotion recognition technology has been widely used in emotion change perception and mental illness diagnosis. Previous methods are mainly based on single-task learning strategies, which are unable to fuse multimodal features and remove redundant information. This paper proposes an emotion recognition model ER-MRL, which is based on multimodal representation learning. ER-MRL vectorizes the multimodal emotion data through encoders based on neural networks. The gate mechanism is used for multimodal feature selection. On this basis, ER-MRL calculates the modality specific and modality invariant representation for each emotion category. The Transformer model and multihead self-attention layer are applied to multimodal feature fusion. ER-MRL figures out the prediction result through the tower layer based on fully connected neural networks. Experimental results on the CMU-MOSI dataset show that ER-MRL has better performance on emotion recognition than previous methods. © 2022 IEEE.

In scenarios where multiple parties such as the Internet of Things and Supply Chains participate in data sharing and computing, when accessing data, users not only need to accept the forward access control of the data owner, but also needs to perform reverse access control on the data, so as to realize two-way access control. In the traditional blockchain, all users can participate in accounting and view transaction data, and only protect user privacy through 'pseudo-Anonymity'. The access rights of different users cannot be distinguished, which cannot meet the user's two-way access control needs. However, most of the existing blockchain-based access control schemes are one-way access control, which cannot meet the needs of users for two-way access control in scenarios such as the Internet of Things and Supply Chains. Therefore, it is particularly important to design a two-way access control mechanism suitable for application in the blockchain. On this basis, this paper proposes a dual strategy attribute-based encryption (ABE) scheme for distributed outsourcing. This scheme combines two existing schemes, ciphertext-policy ABE and key-policy ABE, and proposes two access structures and a structure of attribute sets. The primary access structure and the secondary attributes are stored in the ciphertext, and the secondary access structure and the primary attributes are stored in the user's private key. Only when the primary attribute set satisfies the primary access structure and the secondary attribute set satisfies the secondary access structure can the user unlock the ciphertext. This scheme has no single authorization center;instead, blockchain nodes jointly participate in authorization. In addition, the proposed scheme outsources the encryption and decryption of the ciphertext to blockchain nodes to reduce the computing pressure on users and can adapt to the decentralized environment of the blockchain and provide users with two-way access control services. Crop monitoring and phenology estimation based on the satellite systems have become an important research area due to high demand on crops. Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is a kind of microwave remote sensing equipment, which has the advantage of all-weather and all-day, and can realize large-scale and periodic crop phenological monitoring. Besides, thanks to the high temporal resolution of new generation space-based sensors, it has been possible to monitor growth cycle of crops by classification algorithms. A stacking ensemble learning algorithm using time series Sentinel-1A SAR images for winter wheat phenology classification was proposed in this paper based on multiple machine learning models, including Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), K-nearest Neighbor(K-NN), Naive Bayes (NB) and BP Neural Network (BP) models. The experimental results showed that, comparing with each single model, the stacking ensemble learning algorithm proposed in this paper had the optimal performance, with the highest overall recognition accuracy of 81.40%, demonstrating its effectiveness and application potential for winter wheat phenology identification. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. Type-Aware Question Answering over Knowledge Base with Attention-Based Tree-Structured Neural Networks

Question answering (QA) over knowledge base (KB) aims to provide a structured answer from a knowledge base to a natural language question. In this task, a key step is how to represent and understand the natural language query. In this paper, we propose to use tree-structured neural networks constructed based on the constituency tree to model natural language queries. We identify an interesting observation in the constituency tree: different constituents have their own semantic characteristics and might be suitable to solve different subtasks in a QA system. Based on this point, we incorporate the type information as an auxiliary supervision signal to improve the QA performance. We call our approach type-aware QA. We jointly characterize both the answer and its answer type in a unified neural network model with the attention mechanism. Instead of simply using the root representation, we represent the query by combining the representations of different constituents using task-specific attention weights. Extensive experiments on public datasets have demonstrated the effectiveness of our proposed model. More specially, the learned attention weights are quite useful in understanding the query. The produced representations for intermediate nodes can be used for analyzing the effectiveness of components in a QA system.

LQTTrack:Multi-Object Tracking by Focusing on Low-Quality Targets Association

Multi-object tracking(MOT)has seen rapid improvements in recent ***,frequent occlusion remains a significant challenge in MOT,as it can cause targets to become smaller or disappear entirely,resulting in lowquality targets,leading to trajectory interruptions and reduced tracking *** from some existing methods,which discarded the low-quality targets or ignored low-quality target ***,with a lowquality association strategy(LQA),is proposed to pay more attention to low-quality *** the association scheme of LQTTrack,firstly,multi-scale feature fusion of FPN(MSFF-FPN)is utilized to enrich the feature information and assist in subsequent data ***,the normalized Wasserstein distance(NWD)is integrated to replace the original Inter over Union(IoU),thus overcoming the limitations of the traditional IoUbased methods that are sensitive to low-quality targets with small sizes and enhancing the robustness of low-quality target ***,the third association stage is proposed to improve the matching between the current frame’s low-quality targets and previously interrupted trajectories from earlier frames to reduce the problem of track fragmentation or error tracking,thereby increasing the association success rate and improving overall multi-object tracking *** experimental results demonstrate the competitive performance of LQTTrack on benchmark datasets(MOT17,MOT20,and DanceTrack).
