Virtual Try-On (VTON) is a transformative technology in e-commerce and fashion design, enabling realistic digital visualization of clothing on individuals. In this work, we propose VTON 360, a novel 3D VTON method that addresses the open challenge of achieving high-fidelity VTON that supports any-view rendering. Specifically, we leverage the equivalence between a 3D model and its rendered multi-view 2D images, and reformulate 3D VTON as an extension of 2D VTON that ensures 3D consistent results across multiple views. To achieve this, we extend 2D VTON models to include multi-view garments and clothing-agnostic human body images as input, and propose several novel techniques to enhance them, including: i) a pseudo-3D pose representation using normal maps derived from the SMPL-X 3D human model, ii) a multi-view spatial attention mechanism that models the correlations between features from different viewing angles, and iii) a multi-view CLIP embedding that enhances the garment CLIP features used in 2D VTON with camera information. SR-FoT: A Syllogistic-Reasoning Framework of Thought for Large Language Models Tackling Knowledge-based Reasoning Tasks

Deductive reasoning is a crucial logical capability that assists us in solving complex problems based on existing knowledge. Although augmented by Chain-of-Thought prompts, Large Language Models (LLMs) might not follow the correct reasoning paths. Enhancing the deductive reasoning abilities of LLMs, and leveraging their extensive built-in knowledge for various reasoning tasks, remains an open question. Attempting to mimic the human deductive reasoning paradigm, we propose a multi-stage Syllogistic-Reasoning Framework of Thought (SR-FoT) that enables LLMs to perform syllogistic deductive reasoning to handle complex knowledge-based reasoning tasks. Our SR-FoT begins by interpreting the question and then uses the interpretation and the original question to propose a suitable major premise. It proceeds by generating and answering minor premise questions in two stages to match the minor premises. Finally, it guides LLMs to use the previously generated major and minor premises to perform syllogistic deductive reasoning to derive the answer to the original question. Extensive and thorough experiments on knowledge-based reasoning tasks have demonstrated the effectiveness and advantages of our SR-FoT. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Multi-domain fake news detection method based on generative adversarial network and graph network

The proliferation of misinformation in today's digital era poses significant challenges, with fake news detection becoming critical to mitigate economic losses and social instability. Despite extensive research efforts, most existing approaches are tailored for single-domain fake news detection, struggling with data distribution discrepancies and domain shifts when applied to multi-domain scenarios. This limitation underscores the urgent need for solutions that address the complexities of cross-domain detection. Here, we propose a novel framework MFGAG that synergistically integrates adversarial networks and graph neural networks with emotional, stylistic, and semantic features to enable precise domain localization. By leveraging these features, the framework effectively models intricate relationships among news articles within the same temporal context, addressing the challenges posed by multi-domain datasets. Experimental evaluations demonstrate that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art methods, achieving an average accuracy improvement of 3.3 percentage points for single-domain news and nearly 1 percentage point for mixed-domain data, culminating in an overall accuracy of 93.1 %. UNIGS: UNIFIED LANGUAGE-IMAGE-3D PRETRAINING WITH GAUSSIAN SPLATTING

Recent advancements in multi-modal 3D pre-training methods have shown promising efficacy in learning joint representations of text, images, and point clouds. However, adopting point clouds as 3D representation fails to fully capture the intricacies of the 3D world and exhibits a noticeable gap between the discrete points and the dense 2D pixels of images. To tackle this issue, we propose UniGS, integrating 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) into multi-modal pre-training to enhance the 3D representation. We first rely on the 3DGS representation to model the 3D world as a collection of 3D Gaussians with color and opacity, incorporating all the information of the 3D scene while establishing a strong connection with 2D images. Then, to achieve Language-Image-3D pertaining, UniGS starts with a pre-trained vision-language model to establish a shared visual and textual space through extensive real-world image-text pairs. Subsequently, UniGS employs a 3D encoder to align the optimized 3DGS with the Language-Image representations to learn unified multi-modal representations. To facilitate the extraction of global explicit 3D features by the 3D encoder and achieve better cross-modal alignment, we additionally introduce a novel Gaussian-Aware Guidance module that guides the learning of fine-grained representations of the 3D domain. Through extensive experiments across the Objaverse, ABO, MVImgNet and SUN RGBD datasets with zero-shot classification, text-driven retrieval and open-world understanding tasks, we demonstrate the effectiveness of UniGS in learning a more general and stronger aligned multi-modal representation. Specifically, UniGS achieves leading results across different 3D tasks with remarkable improvements over previous SOTA, Uni3D, including on zero-shot classification (+9.36%), text-driven retrieval (+4.3%) and open-world understanding (+7.92%). © 2025, CC BY-NC-SA.

Multifunctional therapeutic peptides(MFTP)hold immense potential in diverse therapeutic contexts,yet their prediction and identification remain challenging due to the limitations of traditional methodologies,such as extensive training durations,limited sample sizes,and inadequate generalization *** address these issues,we present AMHF-TP,an advanced method for MFTP recognition that utilizes attention mechanisms and multi-granularity hierarchical features to enhance *** AMHF-TP is composed of four key components:a migration learning module that leverages pretrained models to extract atomic compositional features of MFTP sequences;a convolutional neural network and selfattention module that refine feature extraction from amino acid sequences and their secondary structures;a hypergraph module that constructs a hypergraph for complex similarity representation between MFTP sequences;and a hierarchical feature extraction module that integrates multimodal peptide sequence *** with leading methods,the proposed AMHF-TP demonstrates superior precision,accuracy,and coverage,underscoring its effectiveness and robustness in MFTP *** comparative analysis of separate hierarchical models and the combined model,as well as with five contemporary models,reveals AMHFTP’s exceptional performance and stability in recognition tasks.

Solving Multiobjective Combinatorial Optimization via Learning to Improve Method

Recently, neural combinatorial optimization (NCO) methods have been prevailing for solving multiobjective combinatorial optimization problems (MOCOPs). Most NCO methods are based on the "Learning to Construct"(L2C) paradigm, where the trained model(s) can directly generate a set of approximate Pareto optimal solutions. However, these methods still suffer from insufficient proximity and poor diversity towards the true Pareto front. In this paper, following the "Learning to Improve"(L2I) paradigm, we propose weight-related policy network (WRPN), a learning-based improvement method for solving MOCOPs. WRPN is incorporated into multiobjective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA) frameworks to effectively guide the search direction. A shared baseline for proximal policy optimization is presented to reduce variance in model training. A quality enhancement mechanism is designed to further refine the Pareto set during model inference. Computational experiments conducted on two classic MOCOPs, i.e., multiobjective traveling salesman problem and multiobjective vehicle routing problem, indicate that our method achieves remarkable results. Notably, our WRPN module can be easily integrated into various MOEA frameworks such as NSGA-II, MOEA/D and MOGLS, providing versatility and applicability across different problem domains. © 2025 IEEE.

Insider trading and government intervention

This paper studies an insider trading model with government intervention aiming to stabilize price volatility, in one-period and multi-period scenarios. In a single-period model, we identify a threshold for the strength of government intervention that determines the interplay among market characteristics contingent on whether this threshold is exceeded or not. Furthermore, we find that government intervention effectively stabilizes price fluctuation in the multi-period model. Meanwhile, the insider adopts alternating increasing trading strategies (V-shaped) while the government adopts corresponding hedging strategies. Finally, empirical analysis is used to verify the effectiveness of government intervention. © 2025 The Authors

Homophily Induced Contrastive Attributed Graph Clustering

Attributed graph clustering, aiming to discover the underlying graph structure and partition the graph nodes into several disjoint categories, is a basic task in graph data analysis. Although recent efforts over graph contrastive clustering have achieved decent performances, most of them get accustomed to construct the positive neighbor set by the generated pseudo clustering information, directly ignoring the ready-made neighbor nodes and the underlying semantics of edges in a graph. How to well deal with the graph neighbor-specific information to facilitate the performance of graph contrastive clustering is still a challenging problem. Therefore, in this work, we propose a novel Homophily Induced Contrastive Attributed Graph Clustering (HomoCAGC) method, where the power of homophily is exploited in facilitating the performance of contrastive attributed graph clustering, while the pseudo homophily in a graph is also explored and distinguished. Especially, the node feature as reliable information guidance is used to compute the underlying feature-oriented pair-wise node similarity, based on which the positive node pairs in contrastive regularizer are adjusted for better node representation characterization. According to the refined node representations, a triplet self-supervised clustering objective is well-designed to ensure the output embedding is cluster-oriented, and suitable for the downstream clustering task. Extensive experiments on seven benchmarks are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of HomoCAGC. © 1991-2012 IEEE.

Medical Image Segmentation Based on 3d Pdc with Swin Transformer

3D medical image segmentation is vital for disease diagnosis and effective treatment strategies. Despite the advancements in Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), their fixed receptive fields constrain global context modeling, leading to suboptimal performance, particularly with complex shapes and multi-scale variations. Transformer enhances the global modeling capability through self-attention mechanism. However, challenges persist in capturing fine-grained local features and extracting edge features. To overcome these issues, In this study, a dual-path encoder is proposed, which consists of a 3D PDC and a Swin Transformer and is combined with a CNN for the decoder. The 3D PDC module extracts local features by calculating the differences between neighboring pixels. To improve the ability of capturing edge structures, three 3D PDC variants (3D CPDC, 3D APDC, and 3D RPDC) are proposed to optimize the processing ability of complex edges, multi-directional edges, and multi-scale structures, respectively. After performance evaluation, the selected CARV combinations (3D CPDC, 3D APDC, 3D RPDC, and 3D ordinary convolution) achieve a compromise between high segmentation accuracy and low computational cost. The Swin Transformer encoder captures global context using a hierarchical shift-window mechanism, while the CNN decoder fuses features progressively to produce precise pixel-level segmentation. The proposed method exceeds the performance of existing state-of-the-art techniques, as shown by experiments conducted on the BTCV, FLARE21, and AMOS22 datasets. © 2025, The Authors. 'Pre-train, prompt' Framework to Boost Graph Neural Networks Performance in EEG analysis

Electroencephalography (EEG) is a vital noninvasive technique used in neuroscience research and clinical diagnosis. However, EEG data have a complex nonEuclidean structure and are often scarce, making training effective graph neural network (GNN) models difficult. We propose a 'pre-train, prompt' framework in graph neural networks for EEG analysis, called GNN-based EEG Prompt Learning (GEPL). The framework first uses unsupervised contrastive learning to pre-train on a large-scale EEG dataset. It then transfers the generic EEG knowledge learned by the model to target EEG datasets through graph prompt learning, thereby enhancing the model's performance with a limited amount of EEG data from the target domain. We tested the framework on five EEG datasets, and the results showed that GEPL outperformed traditional fine-tuning methods in classification accuracy and area under the ROC curve (AUC). GEPL demonstrated improved generalization, robustness, and computational efficiency, thereby significantly reducing the overfitting risks associated with limited EEG data. Moreover, the model provided interpretable results, highlighting relevant brain regions during classification tasks. This research suggests that the 'pre-train, prompt' paradigm is well-suited for EEG analysis and offers potential applications in other domains where data are limited. © 2013 IEEE.
