Today, Agricultures has become a significant element of people's life. Among them fruits and vegetables are a great thing for healthy lives. Classification of fruits and vegetable are difficult for normal person because of some same similarities like shape and color. Also, Fruits and Vegetables classification is an important process in industries applications as well as local market. Lots of similarities available between fruits like apples, pears and peaches, and that kinds of fruits are generally used in daily routine. As well as some vegetables are same in shape, so it will be difficult to differentiate in this type of situation for old persons. The previous research for solution of this type of problem for classification of fruits CNN is used but the problem in this research is when they use the self-made datasets then their accuracy decreases as compare to public datasets accuracy increases. To solve this type of problem, here produce a kind of algorithms in the paper to classify fruits and vegetable, using deep leaning technique such as VGG16 and DenseNet169 model have capability to extract the feature of images very deeply using various small filters so it provide a better result. On this premise, it was used to classify fruit kinds against a complex background and integrated with data improvement technology for future usage. It might be helpful for human for automatic differentiate the both categories. This project is implemented in the python programming language and the dataset used Fruits and Vegetables Image Recognition Dataset for the classification. Which will help to differentiate between Fruits and Vegetables with high accuracy rate. For the implementation of this project used Python programming and this implementation using the tool like Jupiter and Kaggle Notebook and used GPU for highspeed execution. © 2024 IEEE.

Leukemia, a malignant disease characterized by the rapid proliferation of specific types of white blood cells (WBC), has prompted increased interest in leveraging automatic WBC classification system. This study presents the design of a robust WBC classification system, integrating deep learning with microscopic image analysis. The proposed classification model is designed to categorize blood cells into four distinct groups: eosinophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, and neutrophil. The study employs a Kaggle image dataset for comprehensive learning. The dataset comprises 12,500 microscopic images used to categorize the four blood cell groups. To enhance performance and reduce the likelihood of overfitting, transfer learning techniques are employed. Six deep transfer learning models namely VGG16, ResNet50, AlexNet, MobileNet, GoogLeNet, and EfficientNetBO are used for feature extraction and classification. The results of the experiments show that VGG16 and MobileNet demonstrated enhancements compared to other pre-trained models when evaluated on both augmented and original datasets. A diverse set of evaluation criteria was employed to thoroughly assess the effectiveness of medical image classification. Notably, the VGG16 and MobileNet models accurately predicted Lymphocytes and Monocytes with a 100% accuracy rate, and Eosinophil and Neutrophil with rates of 99.35% and 99.81%, respectively. This research work empower medical practitioners, particularly in the field of pathology and hematology by providing advanced tools for accurate blood cell classification. The proposed VGG16 and MobileNet models hold promise for simplifying WBC classification, improving decision-making processes, and ultimately advancing patient care in the medical domain. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

This study addresses the pressing issue of hate speech on online platforms. Traditional text-based analysis is no longer adequate for identifying hate speech due to the growth of internet platform data. The project aims to create scalable automated methods for web platforms to detect hate speech in real-time. To find the best algorithms for recognizing hate speech, the study compares many machine learning models using a large dataset in Hindi from Twitter. Where the study matters is in the creation of advanced content filtering systems that offer a more secure and friendly online environment. Support Vector Machine (SVM) has the best performance, with outstanding precision (0.9468) and F1-score (0.944), showcasing the top-performing ones and talking about the difficulties and ways ahead in this field. The study recommends improving Hindi hate speech detection systems. With problems such as imbalanced data sets and the dynamic nature of online language, language research using hybrid models, constant model adjustments, and language trend monitoring are all necessary. © 2024 IEEE.

Intrusion detection systems (IDS) can be used to detect irregularities in network traffic to improve network security and protect data and systems. From 2.4 times in 2018 to three times in 2023, the number of devices linked to IP networks is predicted to outnumber the total population of the world. In 2020, approximately 1.5 billion cyber-attacks on Internet of Things (IoT) devices have been reported. Classification of these attacks in the IoT network is the major objective of this research. This research proposes a hybrid machine learning model using Seagull Optimization Algorithm (SOA) and Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) classifier to classify and detect attacks in IoT networks. The CIC-IDS-2018 dataset is used in this work to evaluate the proposed model. The SOA is implemented for feature selection from the dataset, and the ELM is used to classify attacks from the selected features. The dataset has 80 features, in the proposed model used only 22 features with higher scores than the original dataset. The dataset is divided into 80% for training and 20% for testing. The proposed SOA-ELM model obtained 94.22% accuracy, 92.95% precision, 93.45% detection rate, and 91.26% f1-score. © 2022 - IOS Press. All rights reserved.

Background: The automated classification of videos through artificial neural networks is addressed in this work. To explore the concepts and measure the results, the data set UCF101 is used, consisting of video clips taken from YouTube to recognize actions. The study is carried out with the authors' resources to determine the feasibility of independent research in the area. Methods: This work was developed in the Python programming language using the Keras library with Tensorflow as the back-end. The objective is to develop a network that presents performance compatible with the state of the art in terms of classifying videos according to the actions taken. Results: Given the hardware limitations, there is considerable distance between the implementation possibilities in this work and what is known as the state-of-the-art. Conclusion: Throughout the work, some aspects in which this limitation influenced the development are presented, but it is shown that this realization is feasible and that obtaining expressive results is possible 98.6% accuracy is obtained in the UCF101 data set, compared to the 98 percentage points of the best result ever reported, using, however, considerably fewer resources. In addition, the importance of transfer learning in achieving expressive results as well as the different performances of each architecture are reviewed. Thus, this work may open doors to carry patent-based outcomes. © 2025 Bentham science Publishers.

Glaucoma is an ocular pathology characterized by the gradual deterioration of neural cells in the eye, which is attributed to elevated intra ocular pressure within the retina. Glaucoma takes the second spot in terms of its prevalence as a neurodegenerative eye disease, failure to diagnose glaucoma at an early stage can lead to complete blindness. This underlying issue requires a streamlined system that uses experienced medical experts, little equipment, and less time. To categories the stages of glaucoma, a computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD) method is used called Image Empirical Mode Decomposition (IEMD). Segmentation-based algorithms utilizing features like cup-to-disc ratio (CDR) and textural characteristics close to the optic disc region can distinguish glaucoma. To capture pixel variations for this investigation, the pre-processed fundus images are separated and transformed into a diverse range of intrinsic mode function (IMFs). The study employs deep learning-based framework for finding the optic nerve head from coloured fundus photographs, to transform the fundus images into a delimited region of interest (ROI) and utilizes multiple deep networks like RFCN and RCNN classifiers identified glaucoma stages separately. The CAD system serves as an automated tool for retinal image processing and demonstrates superior performance over the RFCN classifier, achieving an impressive accuracy of 96% with the RCNN classifier in classifying glaucoma stages. © 2024, ICST institute for computer sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering.

Stroke and related neurological disorders are difficult to classify accurately, hence new computational approaches are needed to enhance diagnosis. In order to transform the categorization of brain strokes, this study presents Neuro-Xception, a novel framework that combines the Xception architecture with Extreme Learning Machines (ELM). The rapid learning speed and enhanced generalisation capability of ELMs are combined with the feature extraction expertise of Xception to create Neuro-Xception. Through training on large neuroimaging datasets, Neuro-Xception learns complex patterns that are essential for differentiating between different types and intensities of stroke. By means of extensive testing on various datasets, Neuro-Xception exhibits notable gains in performance compared to traditional techniques, indicating its potential to revolutionise stroke detection in medical environments. Furthermore, Neuro-Xception's scalability and flexibility are enhanced by the combination of Xception and ELMs, which makes it a viable tool for real-time clinical decision support systems and personalised medicine. This study highlights how merging Xception and ELMs can revolutionise neurological healthcare and this development could lead to more accurate and efficient diagnostic techniques for treating stroke patients. Neuro-Xception offers a potential path for increasing diagnosis accuracy and expediting timely medical intervention. It is a major step forward in the use of artificial intelligence to enhance patient outcomes and advance the profession of stroke care. © 2024 IEEE.

Recently, video anomaly detection has seen significant interest in computer vision for identifying unexpected events in video streams using computational cameras, which has quite important applications in video surveillance, security, safety, and industrial control. Existing methods heavily rely on handcrafted features and rule-based algorithms to detect such anomalies, but these models typically tend to fail to generalize scenarios. Recently, with the success of deep learning-based approaches, particularly deep convolutional and recurrent neural networks, state-of-the-art models have been proposed to exploit the capability of deep learning to learn complex patterns from raw video without handcrafted features. Although deep neural networks have been shown to be the suitable solution to automatically capture complex relationships, there are still issues with addressing a wide spectrum of scenarios and acquiring large, well-labelled training datasets. In this research, a transformer-based architecture is proposed for anomaly detection using labelled training data. A Video Vision Transformer (ViT) is used to extract complex visual patterns from video frames, while audio data is encoded as spectrograms and transformed into audio features using an audio transformer. The outputs of the transformers are fused using a cross-modal relation-aware network and fed to a robust temporal feature magnitude (RTFM) learning module, which provides an anomaly score and classifies the input as anomaly or normal. Furthermore, different evaluation metrics are used to measure how well the model works, highlighting its ability. The proposed model is effective since transformer architectures are capable of grasping rich temporal relationships. ©2024 IEEE.

Rapid developments in digital technology have expedited the dissemination of information on social media platforms like as Twitter, Facebook, and Weibo. Unverified information can create protests and mislead the public. It can also cause significant issues for governmental entities and society at large. Unverified content is frequently shared as text, images, audio, or video. This paper introduces a novel Self-Guided Edge Attention-Focused Transformer Slimmable Network improved by Osprey Optimization (SGEAFTSN-OO) for the purpose of identifying fake news. This system operates using the Politifact and Gossipcop databases. Text and visual data are preprocessed using NLP Stemming Self-Guided Filtering (NLPS-SGF). To extract features, the Multilayer Edge Attention with Focused Transformer (MEAFT) is then applied. Lastly, Slimmable Pruned Neural Network with Osprey Optimization (SP-Net-OO) algorithm is employed to identify fake news events. Metrics including accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score are compared with those of the existing approaches in order to assess the effectiveness of the suggested strategy. The proposed model achieved 99.21% accuracy, 99.15% precision, and 99.12% F1-score based on experimental data. ©2024 IEEE.

Successful stock market investors should consider these trends. This article defines price effect, optimal execution, and placement through the lens of algorithmic trading and strategies based on news and events. By using feedbacks controlled to include consideration of a stop-loss order, algorithmic trading allows traders and investors at large to liquidate or construct big securities positions in a fully automated manner, thus generalising the existing stock trading results. Trading decisions made by the AI agent could affect the asset price. We see this as a marketplace where people are bartering and swapping goods. Creating a new market is the driving force behind our research into generative models. This news sentiment does a good job of describing stocks, and AI systems that read the news and quantify them react to factors that affect prices far more quickly than humans do. All three of the stock market's underpinnings—price, volume, and volatility—respond strongly to news events. Sentiment analysis is a method for gauging the overall tone of a news piece and classifying it as optimistic, pessimistic, or neutral. The simulation is conducted in python to test the effectiveness of the model in trading in an automated manner for stocks.
