Due to the large error of LMS algorithm and the slow convergence rate, the recursive least squares(RLS) algorithm is proposed. Although the recursive estimation error is greatly reduced, the convergence rate is one order of magnitude higher than that of the general LMS filter. When the order N increases, the amount of calculation for a single iteration of the RLS algorithm is increased significantly. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposes an improved FTRLS filtering algorithm, which is to find out the amount of large error and accumulate the error, and then make the error feedback to make the algorithm more stable. The analysis of MATlab simulation results show that the improved algorithm can improve the convergence speed and stability of the algorithm, and effectively reduce the convergence of the noise.

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a malignant tumor, and contains three major subtypes which are difficult to be distinguished at early stages of NSCLC. Many pathways work together to perform certain functions in cells. One might expect the high level of co-appearance or repression of pathways to distinguish different subtypes of NSCLC. However, it is difficult to detect coordinated regulations of pathways by existing methods. In our work, the coordinated regulations of pathways are detected using modified higher logic analysis of gene expression data. Specifically, we identify the genes whose regulation obeys a logic function by the modified higher logic analysis, which focuses on the relationships among the gene triplets that are not evident when genes are examined in a pairwise fashion. Then, the relationships among genes are mapped to pathways to predict the coordinated regulated relationships among pathways. By comparing coordinated regulations of pathways, we find that the regulation patterns of pathways which are associated with cell death are different in three subtypes of NSCLC. This method allows us to uncover co-appearance or repression of pathways in high level, and it has a potential to distinguish the subtypes for complex diseases.

Engineering optimization in the intelligence swarm remains to be a challenge. Recently, a novel optimization method based on number-theory and particle swarm, good lattice swarm optimization algorithm(GLSO), is introduced, which intends to produce faster and better global search ability and more accurate convergence because it has a solid theoretical basis. In this paper, four models of constructing good point set are introduced and the GLSO based on new models is rewritten. Some applications of the new model on constrained engineering via employing a penalty function approach suggest that the presented algorithm is potentially a powerful search technique for solving complex engineering design optimization problems.

CNNs (Convolutional Neural Networks) have a good performance on most classification tasks, but they are vulnerable when meeting adversarial examples. Research and design of highly aggressive adversarial examples can help enhance the security and robustness of CNNs. The transferability of adversarial examples is still low in black-box settings. Therefore, an adversarial example method based on probability histogram equalization, namely HE-MI-FGSM (Histogram Equalization Momentum Iterative Fast Gradient Sign Method) is proposed. In each iteration of the adversarial example generation process, the original input image is randomly histogram equalized, and then the gradient is calculated to generate adversarial perturbations to mitigate overfitting in the adversarial example. The effectiveness of the method is verified on the ImageNet dataset. Compared with the advanced method I-FGSM (Iterative Fast Gradient Sign Method) and MI-FGSM (Momentum I-FGSM), the attack success rate in the adversarial training network increased by 27.9% and 7.7% on average, respectively.
