In this paper, the spaceborne wide-area surveillance ground moving target indication (WAS-GMTI) mode is proposed. In the proposed mode, the requirement of detecting targets from different aspect angles with a high revisit rate can be achieved by modifying the TOPS mode which steers antenna in the azimuth direction. And a three-channel system is chosen to achieve fine GMTI performance. With the three-channel system, the detection of moving targets is realized by displaced phase center antenna (DPCA) technique and the motion parameter is estimated using the interferometric phase. The feasibility of the proposed mode as well as the performance of GMTI is validated by theoretical analysis and simulation experiments.

Monocular image based 3D object retrieval is a novel and challenging research topic in the field of 3D object retrieval. Given a RGB image captured in real world, it aims to search for relevant 3D objects from a dataset. To advance this promising research, we organize this SHREC track and build the first monocular image based 3D object retrieval benchmark by collecting 2D images from ImageNet and 3D objects from popular 3D datasets such as NTU, PSB, ModelNet40 and ShapeNet. The benchmark contains classified 21,000 2D images and 7,690 3D objects of 21 categories. This track attracted 9 groups from 4 countries and the submission of 20 runs. To have a comprehensive comparison, 7 commonly-used retrieval performance metrics have been used to evaluate their retrieval performance. The evaluation results show that the supervised cross domain learning get the superior retrieval performance (Best NN is 97.4 %) by bridging the domain gap with label information. However, there is still a big challenge for unsupervised cross domain learning (Best NN is 61.2%), which is more practical for the real application. Although we provided both view images and OBJ file for each 3D model, all the participants use the view images to represent the 3D model. One of the interesting work in the future is directly using the 3D information and 2D RGB information to solve the task of monocular Image based 3D model retrieval. © 2019 The Author(s)

In MAS (Multi-Agent system), communicating among agents is an important characteristic as it is important in transmitting information among agents, recognizing the status changing, and scheduling and accomplishing cooperation tasks. Different from the research in the field of computer science or others, communicating is to transmit knowledge in MAS. The existed works about transmitting knowledge were seldom. This paper proposed a knowledge passing process calculus based on Robin Milner's CCS and studied its semantic features. This work constructs a fundament for the further developing of MAS formal semantics. © 2012 ISSN 1881-803X.

The water quality is the most vital factor in a successfully healthy aquaculture. After investigation by 415 fish disease cases and experiments, it is found that eutrophication and the pollutants of NH3, H2S as well as heavy metals and organic compounds are the main reasons of inducing fish disease in the north of China. Generally speaking, an early warning system for fish disease based on water management is a cheaper and alternative choice available for the fish farmers to warn the risks and to minimize disease problems. A Web-GIS-based fish disease early-warning system (FDEWS 2.0) based on water quality management has been developed by us. Building a water quality monitoring network in the aquafarm and integrating a series of simulation models with the GIS and the World-Wide-Web (WWW) are the key advantages of this system

Owing to the difference of soil water in the farm, a system of variable rate irrigation was developed with Visual C++ and MapObjects that can save water as well as can improve economy benefit. Soil water content can be forecasted by using the forecast model of soil water, according to the real soil water content of different sampling sites in this system. Irrigation or not can be decided by comparing the current soil content with the light drought and serious drought index of the crop. The water amount of irrigation can be decided by the analysis of economy benefit according to the model of water consumption-yield, thus the irrigation prescription map can be created. This system can also query the information of fields, manage and analysis the data of soil. The test was performed in national precision agriculture demo farm. © 2008, Springer New York LLC. A filtering algorithm for scattered point cloud based on curvature features classification

In order to remove the noise of three-dimensional scattered point cloud, and to smooth point cloud model effectively, an algorithm which uses different filtering strategies on different feature regions of a point cloud model is proposed. The algorithm firstly estimates the normal vectors of a point cloud model by using covariance analysis method, then estimates Gaussian curvatures of the point cloud model by using parabolic fitting method, and uses the average Gaussian curvature in the k-neighborhood as the threshold, to divide the point cloud model into flat neighborhood type regions and mutant neighborhood type regions, and, we use improved median filtering algorithm and bilateral filtering algorithm on different feature regions, so as to achieve the purpose of smoothing scattered point cloud. Experimental results show that it has a very good smoothing effect and maintains the detail features of the point cloud model, which has proved the algorithm is simple and effective. In this paper, we first propose a specification ap-proach combining interface automata and Z language. This approach can be used to describe temporal properties and data properties of software components. A branching time logic for ZIAs is presented. We then give an algorithm for model checking this logic on ZIAs with finite domain. Furthermore, we present a mu-calculus logic for ZIAs, and give a model checking algorithm for this logic.

We consider the problem of pilot design for sparse multipath channel estimation in multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system in this *** order to reconstruct MIMO sparse channel,the prevalent compressed sensing (CS) theory is *** to random pilot construction,a deterministic pilot de- sign method is exploited to form the measurement matrix by deterministically extracting some rows of Fourier matrix that satisfies Restricted Isometry Property (RIP).Two families of continuous functions,namely f1 -SL0 and f 2-SL0,are investi- gated in this paper to approximate A 0norm for MIMO sparse channel *** results suggest that the de- terministic pilot design scheme performs as well as the random one at both low and high signal noise ratio (SNR).Moreover,f1 - SL0 and f 2-SL0 outperform A 1-dantzig algorithm with faster running time and better anti-noisy performance.
