With the rapid development of information technology,IoT devices play a huge role in physiological health data *** exponential growth of medical data requires us to reasonably allocate storage space for cloud servers and edge *** storage capacity of edge nodes close to users is *** should store hotspot data in edge nodes as much as possible,so as to ensure response timeliness and access hit rate;However,the current scheme cannot guarantee that every sub-message in a complete data stored by the edge node meets the requirements of hot data;How to complete the detection and deletion of redundant data in edge nodes under the premise of protecting user privacy and data dynamic integrity has become a challenging *** paper proposes a redundant data detection method that meets the privacy protection *** scanning the cipher text,it is determined whether each sub-message of the data in the edge node meets the requirements of the hot *** has the same effect as zero-knowledge proof,and it will not reveal the privacy of *** addition,for redundant sub-data that does not meet the requirements of hot data,our paper proposes a redundant data deletion scheme that meets the dynamic integrity of the *** use Content Extraction Signature(CES)to generate the remaining hot data signature after the redundant data is *** feasibility of the scheme is proved through safety analysis and efficiency analysis.

Point-based methods have made significant progress, but improving their scalability in large-scale 3D scenes is still a challenging problem. In this paper, we delve into the point-based method and develop a simpler, faster, stronger variant model, dubbed as LinNet. In particular, we first propose the disassembled set abstraction (DSA) module, which is more effective than the previous version of set abstraction. It achieves more efficient local aggregation by leveraging spatial anisotropy and channel anisotropy separately. Additionally, by mapping 3D point clouds onto 1D space-filling curves, we enable parallelization of down-sampling and neighborhood queries on GPUs with linear complexity. LinNet, as a purely point-based method, outperforms most previous methods in both indoor and outdoor scenes without any extra attention, and sparse convolution but merely relying on a simple MLP. It achieves the mIoU of 73.7%, 81.4%, and 69.1% on the S3DIS Area5, NuScenes, and SemanticKITTI validation benchmarks, respectively, while speeding up almost 10x times over PointNeXt. Our work further reveals both the efficacy and efficiency potential of the vanilla point-based models in large-scale representation learning. Multi-modality image fusion (MMIF) entails synthesizing images with detailed textures and prominent objects. Existing methods tend to use general feature extraction to handle different fusion tasks. However, these methods have difficulty breaking fusion barriers across various modalities owing to the lack of targeted learning routes. In this work, we propose a multi-scenario feature joint learning architecture, MLFuse, that employs the commonalities of multi-modality images to deconstruct the fusion progress. Specifically, we construct a cross-modal knowledge reinforcing network that adopts a multipath calibration strategy to promote information communication between different images. In addition, two professional networks are developed to maintain the salient and textural information of fusion results. The spatial-spectral domain optimizing network can learn the vital relationship of the source image context with the help of spatial attention and spectral attention. The edge-guided learning network utilizes the convolution operations of various receptive fields to capture image texture information. The desired fusion results are obtained by aggregating the outputs from the three networks. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superiority of MLFuse for infrared-visible image fusion and medical image fusion. The excellent results of downstream tasks (i.e., object detection and semantic segmentation) further verify the high-quality fusion performance of our method. It is important for human-computer natural interaction that the computer can quickly and effectively identify the interactor's emotional state. We proposed a three-channel feature fusion algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Network and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory Network for speech emotion recognition. Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients and its first and second-order difference features were input into three channels and trained respectively for exploiting the emotional information contained in the dynamic features. By splicing and fusing the features obtained by three channels, the recognition rates of proposed algorithm reached 96.562% and 92.34% on CASIA corpus with six emotional states and on EMO-DB corpus with seven emotional states respectively. © 2020 ACM.

To address abnormal situations such as packaging damage, liquid leakage, and item displacement during logistics package transportation, this paper introduces Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and image recognition technology to achieve real-time anomaly detection and alarm, improving the response speed and accuracy of the logistics system. First, by designing multiple layers of convolution and pooling layers, adding Batch Normalization layers and Dropout layers to prevent overfitting, a CNN deep learning model suitable for logistics package anomaly detection is constructed. key features are extracted through image preprocessing methods such as normalization and data enhancement to ensure that the model has high recognition adaptability to various abnormal situations such as damage and leakage. Secondly, through data enhancement methods such as rotation, scaling, brightness adjustment, and transfer learning using pre-trained models, the model's adaptability in different lighting, angles, and occlusion conditions is improved. Finally, the model is applied to actual monitoring, and real-time alarms are issued for abnormalities such as damage and leakage, which are then fed back to the system closed-loop management. This method is significantly better than traditional methods in terms of detection accuracy and response speed. Under natural light environment, the model detection accuracy is as high as 98.4%, reducing false positives and false negatives. Combining CNN's anomaly detection technology effectively improves the accuracy and efficiency of logistics monitoring and provides technical support for intelligent logistics management.

Waves seriously impact port construction, worldwide route planning, military activities, and wave power generation. To improve the accuracy of significant wave height prediction, we proposed a novel prediction method, a multi-layer perceptron combined with a backpropagation adjustment (MLP-BP) prediction model that combines mutation mode decomposition (VMD) and a simulated annealing optimization algorithm (SA). Firstly, we use the variable modulus method to decompose the significant wave height sequence data and transform the wave height sequence into multiple different sub-modes (IMF) to reduce the complexity and non-stationarity of the data. Secondly, the simulated annealing algorithm (SA) is used to optimize the weight and bias of the MLP-BP neural network to find the optimal parameter configuration and improve the performance and generalization ability of the prediction model. Finally, the decomposed sub-modal components of each significant wave height sequence are inserted into the MLP-BP neural network and the predicted values of each element are summed to obtain the final significant wave height prediction. The prediction results of the SSA-MLP-BP, PSO-MLP-BP, SA-MLP-BP, and VMD-SA-MLP-BP were compared and demonstrated that the VMD-SA-MLP-BP model performed best. The MAE, MAPE, MSE, RMSE, and R2 of the prediction evaluation indexes were 0.036 m, 11.7%, 0.004 m2, 0.067 m, and 0.983, respectively, which performed well in predicting significant wave height. © 2023 IEEE.

Human mocap (motion capture) data has been widely used in many fields. However, influenced by the occlusion and falling, missing of markers is inevitable in optical motion capture system. According to the temporal and spatial characteristics of mocap data, a missing data recovery method based on attention-based LSTM network (A-LSTM) and least-squares (LS) constraint is proposed in this paper. First, the LSTM is chosen as the basic network to estimate the position of the missing markers, in which an attention mechanism is introduced to learn the temporal continuity of human mocap data. Then, a space affine transformation based on least-squares fitting is adopted as the spatial constraint to refine the estimated positions, after which the restored error can be reduced significantly. Experiments show that the proposed A-LSTM+LS method is robust to the length of missing gap and the number of missing markers. Under the same conditions, our method achieves smaller restore error than the state of the art. © 2020 IEEE.

This paper presents an interactive motion control method based on reinforcement learning, designed to assist children with autism who have social motor impairments through a mirror game intervention. The virtual teacher uses the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm to optimize its actions, guiding the participant to follow a Lissajous trajectory. To ensure safety, a motion-correction mechanism was developed, which automatically adjusts actions when the predicted trajectory surpasses predefined safety boundaries. The reward function considers both the distance between the virtual teacher and the target trajectory, as well as the distance between the virtual teacher and the participant, with dynamic adjustments applied by the motion-correction mechanism. Experimental results demonstrate that the virtual teacher effectively guides the participant towards the target trajectory while adhering to safety constraints. © 2025 IEEE.

Diffusion Magnetic Resonance Imaging (dMRI) plays a crucial role in the noninvasive investigation of tissue microstructural properties and structural connectivity in the in vivo human brain. However, to effectively capture the intricate characteristics of water diffusion at various directions and scales, it is important to employ comprehensive q-space sampling. Unfortunately, this requirement leads to long scan times, limiting the clinical applicability of dMRI. To address this challenge, we propose SSOR, a Simultaneous q-Space sampling Optimization and Reconstruction framework. We jointly optimize a subset of q-space samples using a continuous representation of spherical harmonic functions and a reconstruction network. Additionally, we integrate the unique properties of diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (dMRI) in both the q-space and image domains by applying l1-norm and total-variation *** experiments conducted on HCP data demonstrate that SSOR has promising strengths both quantitatively and qualitatively and exhibits robustness to noise.
