Recent studies show that graph neural networks (GNNs) are vulnerable to backdoor attacks. Existing backdoor attacks against GNNs use fixed-pattern triggers and lack reasonable trigger constraints, overlooking individual graph characteristics and rendering insufficient evasiveness. To tackle the above issues, we propose ABARC, the first Adaptive Backdoor Attack with Reasonable Constraints, applying to both graph-level and node-level tasks in GNNs. For graph-level tasks, we propose a subgraph backdoor attack independent of the graph’s topology. It dynamically selects trigger nodes for each target graph and modifies node features with constraints based on graph similarity, feature range, and feature type. For node-level tasks, our attack begins with an analysis of node features, followed by selecting and modifying trigger features, which are then constrained by node similarity, feature range, and feature type. Furthermore, an adaptive edge-pruning mechanism is designed to reduce the impact of neighbors on target nodes, ensuring a high attack success rate (ASR). Experimental results show that even with reasonable constraints for attack evasiveness, our attack achieves a high ASR while incurring a marginal clean accuracy drop (CAD). When combined with the state-of-the-art defense randomized smoothing (RS) method, our attack maintains an ASR over 94%, surpassing existing attacks by more than 7%. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. Reliable emergency communication after coal mining accidents can ensure carrying out effective rescue work and reducing casualties. This paper presents a digital emergency communication method for coal mining accident based on distributed acoustic sensor (DAS). The rescue information such as number of trapped workers and injuries, oxygen content, gas consistency, food surplus and water surplus is encoded into digital signals and modulated into vibration signals, which can be generated by intrinsically safe vibrator and monitored by DAS. Experimental results demonstrate that this method can achieve simultaneous multi-point communication utilizing the existing optical cables under coal mine conditions, with a symbol error rate (SER) of less than 1.25%, showing enormous application potential.

With the development of information technology, online health care service platforms have collected a large amount of patient comment information. Through fine-grained sentiment classification of this information, we can provide references for patients to seek medical treatment and help doctors understand their work. Therefore, we proposed a model that integrated pre-trained emotional information and semantic information at the word and character level for aspect-level sentiment classification. Specifically, we employed adversarial learning for training sentiment word embeddings and the two-layer bidirectional long short-term memory network to extract the sentiment embedding of the entire sentence in a specific aspect. We also combined the pre-trained sentiment feature vector with the structured semantic information by linear weighting and the multi-head self-attention mechanism, enabling the model to pay more attention to the information most relevant to a given aspect category. We performed experiments on the Chinese patient comments data set constructed by our research team and the proposed model outperformed the state-of-the-art methods, which proved the effectiveness of the proposed model for aspect-level sentiment classification of Chinese patient comments.

Quantum computational fluid dynamics (QCFD) offers a promising alternative to classical computational fluid dynamics (CFD) by leveraging quantum algorithms for higher efficiency. This paper introduces a comprehensive QCFD method, including an iterative method ``Iterative-QLS'' that suppresses error in quantum linear solver, and subspace method to scale the solution to larger size. We implement our method on a superconducting quantum computer, demonstrating successful simulations of steady Poiseuille flow and unsteady acoustic wave propagation. The Poiseuille flow simulation achieved a relative error of less than 0.2%, and the unsteady acoustic wave simulation solved a 5043-dimension matrix. We emphasize the utilization of quantum-classical hybrid approach in applications of near-term quantum computers. By adapting to quantum hardware constraints and offering scalable solutions for large-scale CFD problems, our method paves the way for practical applications of near-term quantum computers in computational science. © 2024, The Authors. The reduction in transistor dimensions and advancements in chip integration have led to a dramatic increase in the heat flux of chip. advanced heat dissipation technology has become the pivotal in ensuring the normal operation of chips and fully utilizing chip performance. Room temperature liquid metal convection cooling technology has demonstrated its efficacy as a viable approach for addressing high heat flux heat dissipation. However, the smaller specific heat capacity of liquid metal leads to a large temperature rise, imposing a constraint on the progression of liquid metal cooling technology. To overcome this drawback, this paper proposed a liquid metal manifold channel structure designed to convert the continuous long-range flow into a segmented short-range flow. The good matching between liquid metal and manifold structures is adequately demonstrated through a comparison with alternative coolant and channel structure. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of liquid metal manifold channel cooling in dealing with a heat flux of 1000 W/cm², ensuring that the maximum temperature of the chip remains below 351.7 K. Moreover, the convective heat transfer coefficient even reaches 106 W/(m2·K), which is ten times larger than that of water conventional microchannel heat sink. The orthogonal experiments were conducted to analyze how the structural parameters affect the dissipation performance, including the height of the microchannel, ratio of manifold length to fin length, length of fin in manifold, width of channel, and ratio of fin with to channel width. It concluded that the height of the microchannel has been identified as the most critical factor. This manifold structure mitigates the inherent limitation of the lower specific heat capacity of liquid metal, paving the way for effective thermal management of electronic devices subjected to ultra-high heat flux. © 2024, The Authors. Prognosis and diagnosis play an important role in accelerating the development of lithium-ion batteries, as well as reliable and long-life operation. In this work, we answer an important question: What is the minimum amount of data required to extract features for accurate battery prognosis and diagnosis? Based on the first principle, we successfully extracted the best two-point feature (BTPF) for accurate battery prognosis and diagnosis using the fewest data points (only two) and the simplest feature selection method (Pearson correlation coefficient). The BTPF extraction method is tested on 820 cells from 6 open-source datasets (covering five different chemistry types, seven manufacturers, and three data types). It achieves comparable accuracy to state-of-the-art features in both prognosis and diagnosis tasks. This work challenges the cognition of existing studies on the difficulty of battery prognosis and diagnosis tasks, subverts the fixed pattern of establishing prognosis and diagnosis methods for complex dynamic systems through deliberate feature engineering, highlights the promise of data-driven methods for field battery prognosis and diagnosis applications, and provides a new benchmark for future studies. Long forging production cycle and low equipment utilization are the important problems currently facing domestic die forging ring production lines. To solve this problem, a simulation optimization method for die forging production line based on Flexsim was proposed. Firstly, the ECRS theory method was used to analyze the bottleneck process of the production line. Then, built a logistics simulation model of die forging production line based on Flexsim, The parallel and cycle processing steps was set reasonable parameters and simulated. Next, through logic analysis, methods such as adding processing equipment, improving equipment efficiency and balancing equipment handling tasks were used to optimize and improve the production line. Finally, compared and analyzed the original and optimized model. The simulation results show that the optimized production line equipment task allocation tends to be rationalized, the equipment utilization rate is increased by 4.34%, and the product cycle time is reduced by 27.65%, and optimized planning and design are achieved. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. Electromagnetic tomography (EMT) is a process tomography based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. It has the advantages of non-intrusive, non-contact and low harm. In the process of image reconstruction, the sensitivity matrix reflects the influence of tiny disturbance on the measured value, which is an important index of image quality. Base on the traditional "O" sensor array structure in this article, Comsol Multiphysics finite element simulation software is used to divide the measured field into several tiny elements. A simulated perturbation method is used to investigate the effect of the number of EMT sensors' midline coils on sensitivity. The sensitivity matrix of sensor arrays with 4 coils ,8 coils ,12 coils ,16 coils and 20 coils is compared by using the method of separation variables. The sensitivity matrix of different coils is imaged by Matlab software. Through comparative analysis, it is concluded that the sensitivity band shape of the coil in the same position is same in different models. All of them are distributed along the arc type between the excitation and detection coils, which presents the middle strong and gradually weakens to the outside. With the increase of the number of coils, the sensitivity band is widened, but the sensitivity value of the central part is slightly weakened. According to this characteristic, it lays a foundation for the practical application of EMT technology and image reconstruction.

Quantum computational fluid dynamics (QCFD) offers a promising alternative to classical computational fluid dynamics (CFD) by leveraging quantum algorithms for higher efficiency. Nonlinear Modeling and Sensitivity Performance Analysis of a Novel Tapered Beam-Based Micro-Gyroscope

In this paper, we investigate a class of tapered beam micro-gyroscope with electrostatically driven and consider the effects of electrostatic force nonlinearity and fringing field. The governing equations of system are derived by Euler angular transformation and Hamilton principle. The ordinary differential equations with fourth-order variable coefficient are solved by the Adomian decomposition method (ADM). Influence of parameters such as shape factors and DC voltage on static deflection, pull-in voltage and natural frequency of tapered beam micro-gyroscope are investigated. Galerkin discretization is performed on the governing equations of the tapered beam micro-gyroscope. The frequency-response equation of the system is deduced and solved by applying the method of multi-scale (MMS). We obtained the influence regular of DC voltage and fringing field effect on the frequency-response curves. Finally, performance of the tapered beam micro-gyroscope is analyzed in terms of bandwidth, sensitivity, and calibration curve nonlinearity under different shape factors. In static analysis, the pull-in voltage of system gradually decreases with the increase of the shape factors of tapered beam micro-gyroscope, and it will be further reduced by considering the fringing field effect. In the dynamic analysis, the maximum amplitude of motion in the drive and sense directions increases significantly with the shape factors of the tapered beam. Softening characteristics caused by the nonlinearity of the electrostatic force are enhanced. Compared with straight beam micro-gyroscope, the tapered beam micro-gyroscope has the higher amplitude of motion and pronounced nonlinear characteristics. Due to the nonlinearity, the frequency-response curves in the drive direction shifts to the left. The amplitude of motion in the drive direction has a high response over a wide frequency band.
