In the new power system scenario, power IoT terminals have new characteristics such as diverse hardware heterogeneity and complex subject ownership, which make it technically difficult to achieve secure access authentication based on traditional terminal hardware fingerprint recognition technology. A power IoT terminal fingerprint recognition technology suitable for the Modbus protocol is proposed to solve this problem. This method combines the characteristics of Modbus protocol packet parsing, which is a common industrial control communication protocol. Firstly, based on active packet detection technology, it realizes the survival judgment of business terminals and constructs a coarse-grained topology image of terminal production. Then, by passively monitoring and analyzing the characteristics of terminal interaction traffic behavior, a terminal behavior fingerprint recognition model is constructed based on the deep learning algorithm BiLSTM to achieve accurate terminal type discrimination, thereby establishing a power IoT terminal fingerprint recognition model. The experimental results in a distributed photovoltaic scenario show that the method has an average classification and recognition accuracy of 89.6% for common power business terminals, which can basically meet the lightweight and non-invasive business requirements of terminal fingerprint recognition in new power system scenarios. © 2024 IEEE.

Hybrid intelligence has emerged as an innovative approach that synergistically combines the strengths of human intelligence and artificial intelligence (AI) to address complex problems. In this paradigm, knowledge graphs play a pivotal role by supplying vital background information and contextual understanding to hybrid intelligence systems. However, due to limitations in local storage capacity, managing large-scale graph data often requires outsourcing to cloud servers. Nevertheless, the use of untrusted cloud servers poses a risk of potential user data leaks. To address these concerns, this paper presents an encryption scheme specifically designed to protect graph data, enabling queries involving intermediate nodes in the shortest path between two nodes within the graph. The proposed scheme ensures the privacy and security of outsourced data by employing a novel method that utilizes padding dictionary structure encryption. This method ensures strict limitations on the cloud server's capabilities, restricting it solely to query operations, it effectively prevents any compromise of user data or unauthorized access to sensitive information, users can securely store and process their graph data on servers, significantly reducing the potential risk of data leakage and unauthorized breaches. To validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solution, practical experiments were conducted using real-world data. © 2023 IEEE.

Call detail records (CDRs) provide valuable insights into user behavior, which are instrumental for telecom companies in optimizing network coverage and service quality. However, while cloud computing facilitates clustering analysis on a vast scale of CDR data, it introduces privacy risks. The challenge lies in striking a balance between efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness in privacy-preserving algorithms. To tackle this issue, we propose a privacy-preserving and cost-effective incremental density peak clustering scheme. Our approach leverages homomorphic encryption and order-preserving encryption to enable direct computations and clustering on encrypted data. Moreover, it employs reaching definition analysis to optimize the execution flow of static tasks, pinpointing the optimal junctures for transitioning between the two types of encryption to reduce communication overhead. Furthermore, our scheme utilizes a game theory-based verification strategy to ascertain the accuracy of the results. This methodology can be effectively deployed on the Ethereum blockchain via smart contracts. A comprehensive security analysis confirms that our scheme upholds both privacy and data integrity. Experimental evaluations substantiate the clustering accuracy, communication load, and computational efficiency of our scheme, thereby validating its viability in real-world applications. © 2025 IEEE. In the field of intelligent digital healthcare, Continuous-flow microfluidic biochip (CFMB) has become a research direction of widespread concern. CFMB integrates a large number of microvalves and large-scale microchannel networks into a single chip, enabling efficient execution of various biochemical protocols. However, as the scale of the chip increases, the routing task for CFMB becomes increasingly complex, and traditional manual routing is no longer sufficient to meet the requirements. Therefore, this paper proposes an automatic routing framework for CFMB based on Genetic algorithm (GA) and A* algorithms. Specifically, we adopt a two-stage A* algorithm to design the routing between modules, using the routing results obtained from the A* algorithm as the basis for evaluating the quality of solutions in the GA algorithm. Then, the GA algorithm is used to search for the optimal approximate solution in the solution space. Experimental results show that this method can reduce routing length and minimize routing crossings, thereby improving the parallel transmission speed of reagents on CFMB. This approach provides a feasible solution for large-scale automated routing of CFMB in the field of intelligent digital healthcare. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

Continuous-Flow Microfluidic Biochip (CFMB), with their integrated features, bring traditional biochemical experiments on a single chip to accomplish complex operations and reactions through precise control, efficient reactions and emerging ways of saving reagents. In the field of intelligent digital healthcare, CFMB have attracted a lot of attention. However, traditional manual design schemes can no longer meet the needs of increasingly complex chip architecture design. Therefore, this paper proposes an automated design method for resource binding and module placement of CFMB based on a list scheduling algorithm and an improved Simulated Annealing algorithm. Through the resource binding and scheduling design based on the list scheduling algorithm, an effective scheduling strategy is generated, which effectively improves the biochip execution efficiency. In addition, the improved Simulated Annealing algorithm solves the module placement problem in the biochip in a limited physical space. Compared with some benchmark algorithms, the experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the method in the biochip design process and provide a practical framework for further development of CFMB in the field of intelligent digital healthcare. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

Polarimetric Synthetic Aperture Radar (PolSAR) images have attracted much attention with abundant polarimetric scattering information. In recent years, many deep learning models have been proposed and highly expanded to PolSAR image classification. However, how to learn the complex matrix information is an indispensable problem. To address this problem, a Wishart Deeplab network is developed, which can not only learn the polarimetric matrix structure by designing Wishart network level but also learn multi-scale polarimetric scattering features by incorporating dilated convolution. Specifically, the Wishart-Deeplab based PolSAR classification model is constructed by designing the Wishart convolution operation to learn the statistical information of PolSAR data. Then, a deeplabV3 + network is followed to obtain the multi-scale semantic features by dilated convolution. By this way, statistical distrubtion-based and high-level semantic features are adaptively learned to improve the performance of the network. With the development of display technology, people's demand for high-definition video is increasing, and the requirements for video quality are also increasing. Nowadays, a large number of videos have emerged, and how to distinguish the quality of videos faces many challenges. Nowadays, deep learning is developing rapidly, and many video quality assessment (VQA) methods have emerged. These VQA methods can efficiently evaluate video quality and save a lot of manpower and material resources. To achieve the evaluation of UHD video quality, we propose an inter-frame downsampling UHD video quality assessment model (IFDU-VQA) based on deep learning. This model is a no-reference (NR) evaluation model that adopts a dual-branch structure: one branch uses a recursive network to deeply extract video inter-frame features, and combines inter-frame downsampling technology with a multi-information fusion (MIF) module to achieve different time and frequency information. Effective fusion;the other branch applies convolutional neural networks (CNN) to extract features from individual video frames. By fusing the outputs of the two branches, regression and pooling modules are used to calculate the final quality score of the video. Compared with multiple existing models, experimental results show that IFDU-VQA demonstrates superior performance on multiple standard data sets. © 2024 IEEE.

Extracting buildings from remote sensing images using deep learning techniques is a widely applied and crucial task. Convolutional Neural networks (CNNs) adopt hierarchical feature representation, showcasing powerful capabilities in extracting local information but facing challenges in capturing global features. Transformers can address this limitation, but they perform poorly in extracting local features and significantly increase memory requirements and computational complexity. To overcome these challenges, we propose a method for building extraction from remote sensing images called LGDB-Net (Local-Global Dual-Branch network), employing a dual-branch approach. Firstly, inspired by Swin Transformer, we designed GB-Former(Global Branch-Former) as the backbone network to model global information. We use a linear multi-head self-attention mechanism to reduce time and memory complexity while maintaining a large global receptive field. Additionally, we replace the traditional multi-layer perceptron with a convolution-enhanced multi-layer perceptron to improve channel feature representation, reduce model parameters, and enhance segmentation performance. Secondly, we use multiple Depth-wise Conv3×3 + LN (Layer Normalization) + GeLU (Gaussian Error Linear Unit) modules as the auxiliary branch for local detailed feature extraction. Finally, we adopt a multi-scale feature fusion strategy to integrate feature information from both branches. We conduct a series of experiments on three datasets: WHU, Massachusetts, and Inria. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method not only effectively improves segmentation accuracy with lower building omission and commission rates but also significantly reduces model parameters and computational complexity. © 2024 IEEE.

Time-Locked Puzzle (TLP) and timed-release encryption (T-RE) are both time-based locking mechanisms. The former requires the decryptor to perform a predetermined amount of computation, while the latter requires a trusted server to release the decryption information after a preset time, thereby sending information to the future. As research has progressed, many feature-rich TLPs and TREs have emerged. However, TLP and TRE still face issues in practical deployment. The imbalance in computation load with TLP can result in significant computational burdens in many deployment scenarios, while the timed release in TRE necessitates that the server remains online. To address these issues, our goal is to develop a multifunctional solution to offload the computational burden and allow the server to be offline. Our scheme focuses on RSA-based TLPs and builds upon the sequential TRE schemes proposed by Chvojka and Jager et al.(ESORICS’21). We construct a multi-timeline scheme that aggregates multiple functions and allows the server to be offline. The multi-timeline structure proposed in our scheme, consisting of a main timeline, sub-timelines, and reward timelines, allows different timelines to assume different functions, and the main timeline controls the information release of the remaining timelines to achieve an efficient puzzle-solving release mechanism. The reward timeline provides a transfer account for storing bonuses for entities that solve puzzles, which achieves a self-balancing mechanism for computing resources. Due to the completion of a transaction guaranteed by the adaptor signature and smart contract, which ensure the atomicity of the transaction, the scheme achieves a traceable fair trading mechanism and a public verification mechanism. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

Recently, the rapid advancement of communication technology has undoubtedly improved people's lives. Unfortunately, this progress has also given rise to a significant issue: the proliferation of phishing websites. Regrettably, phishing web sites have now emerged as one of the primary threats to cybersecurity. While there have been extensive efforts to develop anti-phishing techniques, many of these approaches focus solely on a single modality of information, such as the website's URL, HTML source code, or visual features. Given the growing sophistication of phishing attacks, relying on just one modality of information is no longer sufficient to accurately identify phishing websites. To tackle this challenge, our research aims to leverage the complementarity of various modalities to enhance phishing website detection. In this paper, we introduce a multi-modal framework called FusionNet to identify phishing web pages. This framework utilizes three distinct information modalities: URLs, HTML source codes, and visual features. Specifically, our approach first designs specific representation learning architectures tailored to each modality's unique properties. Subsequently, we incorpo-rate an attention mechanism to merge these representations, thereby exploiting the synergies between the multi-modal data. The learned feature representations are more discriminative, contributing to significantly improved phishing website detection accuracy. To evaluate the performance of FusionNet, we collect a dataset comprising phishing webpages, each sample contains all three modalities-URLs, HTML source codes, and visual features. Our extensive experiments conducted on this dataset demonstrate that FusionNet outperforms state-of-the-art methods in terms of both robustness and accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.
