We present a resilient output voltage recovery strategy for AC microgrids (MGs). In the presence of network attacks, distributed generators (DGs) may experience partial loss of effectiveness (PLOE) and bias faults in their actuators. These fault parameters can be heterogeneous and time-varying, posing significant challenges to voltage regulation. To address this, our approach incorporates adaptive techniques to handle the fault parameters while avoiding their direct dependence. Furthermore, we utilize boundary layers to design smooth controllers that mitigate the adverse effects of non-smooth controllers, ensuring stable and precise voltage regulation. Through extensive simulations, we validate the effectiveness of our proposed strategy in achieving reliable and robust load voltage regulation in AC MGs. © 2023 IEEE.

In the complex context of 5G ultra-dense networks, the unprecedented growth in traffic and computing demand has made the interaction between edge devices and edge servers extremely intricate due to the time-varying nature of the network environment and resource heterogeneity. The combination of UDN and Mobile Edge computing not only significantly improves network performance but also expands application scenarios and enhances user experience, marking it as one of the crucial trends in future network development. In this paper, we review recent results and research progress on MEC-based resource allocation in 5G ultra-dense networks. We analyze resource allocation strategies from multiple dimensions, including user association, interference management, energy efficiency optimization, delay reduction, access selection, and user mobility. Finally, we discuss the challenges and open issues that need to be addressed for future development in this area. © 2025 Codon Publications. All rights reserved.

An Adaptive Heterogeneous Credit Card Fraud Detection Model Based on Deep Reinforcement Training Subset Selection

Heterogeneous fraud detection is an important means of credit card security assurance, which can utilize historical transaction records in a source and target domain to build an effective fraud detection model. Nevertheless, large feature distribution differences between source and target transaction instances and the complex intrinsic structure hidden behind transaction data make it difficult for existing credit card fraud detection (CCFD) models to capture and transfer the most informative feature representations and seriously hinder detection performance. In this work, we propose a novel adaptive heterogeneous CCFD model named adaptive heterogeneous credit card fraud detection model based on deep reinforcement training subset selection (RTAHC) based on deep reinforcement training subset selection, which mainly contains two components: selection distribution generator (SDG) and transaction fraud detector (TFD, including feature extractor with an attention mechanism and classifier). The SDG can generate the selection probability distribution vector via the reinforcement reward mechanism, and then transaction instances in the source domain relevant to the target domain are selected. The feature extractor with an attention mechanism can learn the abstract deep semantic feature representations of selected source transaction instances and the target domain. The joint training of SDG and TFD can provide more real-time and accurate transaction feature representations to reduce the distribution discrepancy between the two domains. We verify the detection performance of RTAHC across a large real-world credit card transaction dataset and four public datasets. Experimental results demonstrate that the RTAHC model can exhibit competitive CCFD performance. Chain-of-Thought (CoT) has become a vital technique for enhancing the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs), attracting increasing attention from researchers. One stream of approaches focuses on the iterative enhancement of LLMs by continuously verifying and refining their reasoning outputs for desired quality. Despite its impressive results, this paradigm faces two critical issues: (1) Single verification method: The current paradigm relies solely on a single verification method. (2) Wrong information Ignorance: The traditional paradigm directly ignores wrong information during reasoning and refines the logic paths from scratch each time. To address these challenges, we propose Wrong-of-Thought (WoT), which includes two core modules: (1) Multi-Perspective Verification: A multi-perspective verification method for accurately refining the reasoning process and result, and (2) Wrong information Utilization: Utilizing wrong information to alert LLMs and reduce the probability of LLMs making same mistakes. Experiments on 8 popular datasets and 5 LLMs demonstrate that WoT surpasses all previous baselines. In addition, WoT exhibits powerful capabilities in difficult computation tasks. © 2024 Association for Computational Linguistics.

With the development of information technology, the degree of information of electric power enterprises is getting higher and higher, and the data generated by business systems is also growing rapidly. Data has become the new power of enterprise production and plays a vital role in the business growth of power companies. State Grid Corporation of China has brought the benefits of rapid business growth by using data, but at the same time, it is also faced with data redundancy, difficult data discovery, low efficiency, resource consumption, and other issues, as is the case in the power industry. In the power industry, the data preparation stage of the distribution network will also occupy most of the time and energy of data scientists. The high degree of specialization of data extraction and feature engineering work will result in a high threshold, which will increase obstacles for business personnel to participate in data value exploration. As long as traditional automatic data extraction and automatic feature engineering are based on business experience, data analysis and data extraction must be carried out from top to bottom, which is far from enough in the era of artificial intelligence. The solution of tridiagonal linear systems is used in in various fields and plays a crucial role in numerical simulations. However, there is few efficient solver for tridiagonal linear systems on the new Sunway supercomputer. Based on a three-dimensional heat conduction problem, we propose an adaptive heterogeneous tridiagonal matrix algorithm (AH-TDMA). Our major innovations include: (1) To address computational hotspots within AH-TDMA, a multi-level parallel approach involving MPI+Athread has been adopted. (2) An adaptive data partitioning scheme has been set up to achieve load balance. (3) Employing direct memory access and establishing shared space between registers and main memory, instead of employing discrete memory access, is done to enhance memory access efficiency. (4) The optimization of the loop structure has been made in adjusting the sequencing of the dual-layered loops to reduce communication overhead. The experimental results show that, with one core group, the AH-TDMA achieves a speedup of 99.6 times for hotspot and total time speedup up to 59.4 times compared to the Parallel and Scalable Library for Tridiagonal Matrix Algorithm (PaScal TDMA). The AH-TDMA is scalable up to 2048 core groups, with a parallel efficiency of 69.2%. © 2023 IEEE.

Due to its efficiency and versatility, the preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm has long been a staple in the realm of iterative linear system solvers. In this paper, we proposed an optimized preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm tailored for the SW26010-Pro manycore processor, The main work includes: Optimizing data block sizes based on the processor's storage structure;combining thread-level and data-level parallelism, utilizing manual SIMD to improve efficiency;optimizing the memory access pattern by employing direct memory access and overlapping of computation and communication;employing a shared-memory approach to store long vectors across all cores. Furthermore, we design an accelerated algorithm for reduction operations, to avoid data communication. Experimental results show that the hcaPCG yields up to 28.1× speedups on average compared to the original implementation. © 2023 IEEE.

High-precision end-to-end adaptive optics aided orbital angular momentum wireless communication with XFTC-Net

In this Letter, we demonstrate high-precision end-to-end adaptive optics (AO) technique based on the X-Shape Fusion Transformer-convolutional neural network (XFTC-Net) without an additional probe path to compensate for distortions caused by atmospheric turbulence (AT) in orbital angular momentum (OAM) optical wireless communication links. The experimental results show that the XFTC-Net effectively extracts the intensity distribution features of distorted OAM beams, predicting AT phase screens and identifying OAM modes. After XFTC-Net-aided AO compensation, the bit error rate of the OAM optical communication system remains below 3.8 × 10−3, staying within Cn2 = 1 × 10−15–1 × 10−13 m−2/3. Moreover, the optical power with l= 3 increases from 5.08 dBm to 8.23 dBm at a transmission distance of 800 m. These experimental results indicate that the proposed XFTC-Net AO technique effectively compensates for OAM beam distortion in both single- and multiplexed-channel OAM links, which effectively balances the system complexity and transmission performance of OAM-based free space optical (FSO) communication systems, opening up new avenues for enhancing the performances of high-capacity optical communication. © 2025 Optica Publishing Group. Time series anomaly detection often faces significant challenges due to the high dimensionality, interdependence, and label sparsity of the data. Traditional methods struggle to model the intricate relationships between multiple time series components and often fail to accurately detect anomalies due to insufficient data dependence mining. To address these issues, we introduce GCRNF, a novel Graph-Enhanced Standardized Flow Model that incorporates a Bayesian network for causality modeling. This model decomposes joint probabilities into conditional probabilities and utilizes a graph dependency encoder with hybrid CNN-RNN models and Graph Convolutional networks (GCNs). Our experimental results demonstrate that GCRNF outperforms existing methods in density estimation, anomaly detection, and drift identification within time series distributions. Specifically, GCRNF showed a significant improvement in detection accuracy and robustness compared to traditional methods, providing a more effective solution for identifying anomalies in complex multivariate time series data. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of the digital economy and the advent of the big data era, the rapid growth of textual information in cyberspace has placed higher demands on information processing technology. This paper proposes an information extraction technique based on the Text-to-Text Transfer Transformer, known as T5, and keyBERT models, aiming to efficiently distill the key content from textual information in cyberspace. This method combines automatic summarization and keyword extraction to form information briefs. The experiments selected representative policy documents related to data elements as input data and employed information entropy and ROUGE scores as metrics to evaluate the automatic summarization model. The results were compared with the outputs of similar models. Experimental results indicate that the T5 model outperforms other models in terms of summarization effectiveness, and the proposed information extraction method shows significant advantages in readability and processing efficiency, demonstrating practical application value. © 2024 IEEE.
