Endobronchial intervention is increasingly used as a minimally invasive means for the treatment of pulmonary diseases. In order to reduce the difficulty of manipulation in complex airway networks, robust lumen detection is essential for intraoperative guidance. However, these methods are sensitive to visual artifacts which are inevitable during the surgery. In this work, a cross domain feature interaction (CDFI) network is proposed to extract the structural features of lumens, as well as to provide artifact cues to characterize the visual features. To effectively extract the structural and artifact features, the Quadruple Feature Constraints (QFC) module is designed to constrain the intrinsic connections of samples with various imaging-quality. Furthermore, we design a Guided Feature Fusion (GFF) module to supervise the model for adaptive feature fusion based on different types of artifacts. Results show that the features extracted by the proposed method can preserve the structural information of lumen in the presence of large visual variations, bringing much-improved lumen detection accuracy.

Chromatographic separation process is a continuous and discrete mixed system. It is a fixed bed consisting of chromatographic columns or similar chromatographic columns. The components are separated by valve switching. Therefore, many small and medium-sized enterprises need to control system parameters, so they are vulnerable to external interference. In the actual production process, it is often in the safety aspect, the system operation will deviate from the best operating conditions, so it is difficult to give full play to the separation ability of SMB chromatographic separation process. In order to make the separation system of small and medium-sized enterprises play its potential, the results based on simulation model are particularly important. This paper firstly digitalization the simulation process, then uses FNN to training the simulation data to the influence of observation parameters on the results, searching for the trend of complex parameter change from neural network learning, foundation for verifying the controllability of the system. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Blind source separation with high reverberation and echoes is an open and extremely challenging issue. Room reverberation and echoes have an important influence on acoustics quality, causing great difficulty in independent source separation. In the paper, an adaptive time-frequency blind source separation algorithm (ATF-BSS) is designed to deal with high reverberation and echoes, which can adaptively attenuate audible echoes and enhance the harmonic structure of real-world audio signals, achieving excellent separation performance. Firstly, an equalizer network is designed for the room impulse response to weakening audible echoes under high reverberation and echo environments without changing the perceived timbre. Furthermore, an adaptive time-frequency Wiener-like masking is presented to enhance the dominant signal and attenuate the other components that have less energy than the dominant signal. ATF-BSS algorithm incorporates the advantages of an equalizer network for removing or weakening audible echoes and adaptive time-frequency masking for high reverberation and echoes scene, improving the performance of blind separation. Experimental results on public audio datasets demonstrate that the proposed ATF-BSS algorithm improves signal intelligibility and achieves much better separation performance than state-of-the-art methods. © 2023, The Authors. The projector production process needs to pack manufactured projectors. The key step of projector packing is to check whether the brand and model number of the projector is correct or not, for avoiding the projector’s packing error. To achieve automation of identifying projector brand and model number for improving the efficiency of the projector packing, we proposed an automatic identification method by using image processing, character recognition, and string matching. Specifically, image grayscale processing, image gradient calculation, morphological operations, and image thresholding are sequentially performed to determine candidate target regions located by a projector's brand and model number. Then, two shape prior-based image features are designed to perform target region screening, i.e., excluding fake target regions as far as possible. Next, the character recognition technology is used to extract the texts in the target regions. Finally, string matching is performed to obtain identification results of the projector's brand and model number. Experimental results on several projectors demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method on automatic identification of projector brand and model number. The proposed method provides a general framework for identifying the brand and model number of other similar electronic products. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Security-constrained economic dispatch (SCED) is one of the most important problems in power system operations. Corrective SCED (CSCED) is a type of SCED that considers corrective capabilities of the power system and adjusts base case decisions according to post-contingency states. Because of the large scale of the CSCED problem, it is difficult for purely model-based approaches to meet the time limits in real-time practical operations. To leverage historical operation data, this paper develops a novel hybrid model-based and data-driven framework to accelerate the solution process of CSCED. In the offline stage, our previous model-based contingency filtering approach is utilized to label active statuses of contingencies against historical net load samples. In the online stage, a multi-label classifier based on the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm quickly generates an active contingency set corresponding to the real-time net load. This active contingency set can be used to calculate the economic dispatch decisions in one shot. In addition, the accuracy of our framework can be further improved by adding an optional contingency filtering procedure at the end. Numerical testing results on the IEEE RTS-96 system demonstrate the accuracy and computational efficiency of the hybrid framework as compared to a purely model-based approach.

To realize a robust robotic grasping system for unknown objects in an unstructured environment,large amounts of grasp data and 3D model data for the object are *** reduce the time cost of data acquisition and labeling and increase the rate of successful grasps,we developed a self-supervised learning mechanism to control grasp tasks performed by ***,a manipulator automatically collects the point cloud for the objects from multiple perspectives to increase the efficiency of data *** complete point cloud for the objects is obtained by utilizing the hand-eye vision of the manipulator,and the TSDF ***,the point cloud data for the objects is used to generate a series of six-degrees-of-freedom grasp poses,and the force-closure decision algorithm is used to add the grasp quality label to each grasp pose to realize the automatic labeling of grasp ***,the point cloud in the gripper closing area corresponding to each grasp pose is obtained;it is then used to train the grasp-quality classification model for the *** results of performing actual grasping experiments demonstrate that the proposed self-supervised learning method can increase the rate of successful grasps for the manipulator.

With the advancement of image authoring software, the traces of image tampering operation have become increasingly difficult to detect. To enhance the performance of manipulation detection, we propose a novel end-to-end image tampering detection method using the attention mechanism and two-stream Faster R-CNN. In our model, we eliminate steganalysis rich model (SRM) filter, which suppresses image content, and employ a constrained convolution layer to adaptively extract image tamper features during model training. These features are then inputted into the backbone network in parallel with the RGB image. To emphasize image tamper features and restrict irrelevant features, we introduce the Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) into the model, enabling better delivery of tamper-related information. Then, the output of backbone network is fed into the Region of Interest (RoI), where we replace max pooling operation with bilinear interpolation. This modification allows the model to retain more tamper information. After that, we use bilinear pooling for feature fusion of the two streams, and the fused results perform tamper classification operations. The RGB stream through Region Proposal Network (RPN) to achieve tamper localization. We evaluate our model on three publicly available standard image tampering datasets and demonstrate through experiments that our approach significantly improves the precision of manipulation detection and localization. © 2023, International Association of Engineers. In this paper, we describe a hyperchaotic system with time-delay. The process of the system is composed of a drive system and a response system, which is controlled by an intermittent mode. Double impulses are added to enhance the control, which is closer to the actual situation. According to Lyapunov stability theory, Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI), double impulses and intermittent control theory, and considering the approximation method of delay equation, an exponential synchronization condition of error system is given. The validity of the conclusion is realized by computer simulation. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, we investigate the problem of reference tracking for a class of linear systems subject to actuator saturation and propose a performance-based model recovery anti-windup strategy. We adopt the classic model recovery anti-windup framework and regard the states or one of the outputs of the anti-windup compensator as the tracking error, by which the difference between the unconstrained system and the saturated system is quantified. Then, instead of employing the commonly used $\mathcal{L}_{2}$ gain, we present the prescribed performance functions (PPFs) to characterize the real-time tracking error such that the system performance can be captured more specifically. In particular, to avoid singular issues arising from the occurrence of saturation, we modify the existing PPFs with an auxiliary system when saturation occurs. Based on these modified performance functions, we follow a modified prescribed performance control approach and design the remaining output of the anti-windup compensator. Such a design procedure is constructive, making it more promising for extension to nonlinear systems. Theoretical results establish the boundedness of all signals in the closed-loop system. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of our design strategy.
