The power optimization of mixed polarity Reed–Muller(MPRM)logic circuits is a classic combinatorial optimization *** optimization approaches often suffer from slow convergence and a propensity to converge to local optima,limiting their effectiveness in achieving optimal power ***,we propose a novel multi-strategy fusion memetic algorithm(MFMA).MFMA integrates global exploration via the chimp optimization algorithm with local exploration using the coati optimization algorithm based on the optimal position learning and adaptive weight factor(COA-OLA),complemented by population management through truncation ***,leveraging MFMA,we propose a power optimization approach for MPRM logic circuits that searches for the best polarity configuration to minimize circuit *** results based on Microelectronics Center of North Carolina(MCNC)benchmark circuits demonstrate significant improvements over existing power optimization *** achieves a maximum power saving rate of 72.30%and an average optimization rate of 43.37%;it searches for solutions faster and with higher quality,validating its effectiveness and superiority in power optimization.

The Segment Anything Model (SAM), introduced in 2023, has made significant advancements in the field of computer vision. However, SAM faces two major challenges: limitations related to single-scale processing and high computational demands for large-scale data handling, which restrict its widespread adoption in practical applications. Therefore, we propose MS-SAM to achieve better segmentation performance at a lower cost. We introduce a multi-scale image encoder to handle images of varying scales and complexities. Additionally, we propose a dynamic weighted agent attention, which can flexibly and efficiently adjust attention distribution while reducing computational costs. We train MS-SAM on a 1/20 subset of the SA-1B dataset for instance segmentation using points or boxes as prompts. The results show that we maintain the accuracy with the SAM method while reducing the parameters by about 6 times. Effective value measurement and pricing methods can greatly promote the healthy development of data sharing, exchange and reuse. However, the uncertainty of data value and neglect of interactivity lead to information asymmetry in the transaction process. A perfect pricing system and well-designed data trading market (hereafter called data market) can widely promote data transactions. We take the three-agents data market as an example to construct a sound data trading process. The data owner who provides data records, the model buyer who is interested in buying machine learning (ML) model instances, and the data broker who interacts between the data owner and the model buyer. Based on the characteristics of data market, like truthfulness, revenue maximization, version control, fairness and non-arbitrage, we propose a data pricing methods based on different model versions. Firstly, we utilize market research and construct a revenue maximization (RM) problem to price the different versions of ML models and solve it with the RM-ILP process. However, the RM model based on market research has two major problems: one is that the model buyer has no incentive to tell the truth, that is, the model buyer will lie in the market research to obtain a lower model price;the other is that it asks the data broker to release version menu in advance, resulting in an inefficient operation of the data market. In view of the defects of the RM transaction model, we propose a model buyers behavior analysis, establish the revenue maximization function based on different data versions to establish a bi-level linear programming model. We further add the incentive compatibility constraint and the individual rationality constraint, taking the utility of the model buyer and the revenue of the data broker into account. This reflects the consumer driven model in the data transaction mode. Finally, the RM-BLP process is proposed to transform RM problem into an equivalent single-level integer program

Simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) is one of the current research hotspots. However, in visual SLAM for dynamic environments, inaccurate detection of object motion states and incomplete dynamic region culling will lead to large localization errors. To address these issues, this paper proposes an RGB-D SLAM method based on feature association. The method has strongly correlated features in time and space according to the input image sequence. Using the moving probability of the feature points in the previous frame, the movement of the feature points in the current frame is calculated in combination with the dynamic corner points screened in the current frame. Then, the motion state of the object is determined according to the proportion of different feature points. Then combined with semantic information and object depth information, the fast search method is used to obtain accurate dynamic regions. Finally, the selected effective feature points are used to estimate the camera pose and establish a static map of the environment. This paper evaluates the robustness and accuracy of our method on the TUM dataset and real environment, and the results show that our method can significantly improve the system tracking effect and reduce the system tracking error compared with other SLAM methods in dynamic environments. © 2022 IEEE.

Cross-resolution person re-identification(CR-ReID) seeks to overcome the challenge of retrieving and matching specific person images across cameras with varying resolutions. Numerous existing studies utilize established CNNs and ViTs models to resize captured low-resolution (LR) images and align them with high-resolution (HR) image features. However, these methods overlook the potential feature connections between LR and HR images. Consequently, CNNs or ViTs tend to highlight outliers rather than the intended characteristics in LR image attention maps. In this work, we propose the abnormal feature elimination and reconfiguration transformer (ART) network, a novel network architecture, for robust cross-resolution person re-identification tasks. Our proposed method uses a resolution feature discriminator to learn resolution invariant features and outputs feature matrices of images with different resolutions. We utilize output feature matrices to model LR and HR image interactions through cross-resolution landmark agent attention. We aim to mitigate abnormal image features and prioritize the attention on the target person by learning representations from input images of various resolutions. Extensive evaluations on three real-world datasets confirm the excellent results of our approach. © 2024 IEEE.

Relation prediction in knowledge graphs (KGs) aims at predicting missing relations in incomplete triples, whereas the dominant paradigm by KG embeddings has a limitation to predict the relation between unseen entities. This situation is called an inductive setting, which is more common in the real-world scenario. To handle this issue, implicit symbolic rules have shown great potential in capturing the inductive capability. However, it is still challenging to obtain precise representations of logic rules from KGs. The argument variability and predicate non-commutativity in symbolic rule integration make the modeling of component symbols difficult. To this end, we propose a novel inductive relation prediction model named SymRITa with a logic transformer integrating rules. SymRITa firstly extracts the subgraph, whose embeddings are captured by a graph network. Meanwhile, symbolic rule graphs in the subgraph can be generated. Then, the symbolic rules are modeled by a proposed logic transformer. Specifically, the input format based on the subgraph-based embeddings is to focus on the argument variability in symbolic rules. In addition, a conjunction attention mechanism in the logic transformer can resolve predicate non-commutativity in the symbolic rule integration process. Finally, the subgraph-based and symbol-based embeddings obtained from the previous steps are combined for the training regime, and prediction results as well as rules explaining the reasoning process are explicitly output. Extensive experiments on twelve inductive datasets show that SymRITa achieves outstanding effectiveness compared to state-of-the-art inductive baselines. Moreover, the logic rules with corresponding confidences provide an interpretable paradigm. © 2024 ACM.

How galaxies assemble masses through their own star formation or interaction with the external environment is still an important topic in the field of galaxy formation and *** use Value Added Catalogs with galaxy features that are spatially and temporally resolved from Sloan Digital Sky Survey data Release 17 to investigate the mass growth histories of early-type galaxies(ETGs)and late-type galaxies(LTGs).We find that the mass growth of ETGs is earlier than that of LTGs for massive galaxies(M_(*)>10^(10)M_⊙),while low-mass(M_(*)≤10^(10)M_⊙)ETGs have statistically similar mass assembly histories as low-mass *** stellar metallicity of all massive galaxies shows a negative gradient and basically does not change with ***,in low-mass galaxies,the stellar metallicity gradient of elliptical galaxies is negative,and the stellar metallicity gradient of lenticular and spiral galaxies evolves from positive to *** are not all in a high-density environment,but exhibit mass *** the tidal strength increases,the star formation rate of low-mass ETGs rapidly *** results support a picture where massive galaxies exhibit inside-out quenching mode,while low-mass galaxies show outside-in quenching *** effects play an important role in regulating the mass assembly histories of low-mass ETGs.

Most of the existing slam algorithms are designed based on the assumption of a static environment, this strong assumption limits the practical application of most slam systems. The main reason is that moving objects will cause feature mismatch in the pose estimation process, which in turn affects the accuracy of localization and mapping. In this paper, we propose a SLAM algorithm in a dynamic environment. First, we use the BlendMask network to detect potential moving objects to generate masks for dynamic objects. The geometrically constrained joint optical flow method is used to detect dynamic feature points. Secondly, aiming at the failure of semantic segmentation network segmentation, a missed detection compensation algorithm based on the invariance of adjacent frame speed is proposed. Finally, a keyframe selection strategy is proposed to construct a semantic octree graph containing only static objects. We evaluate our algorithm on TUM RGB-D and real scene datasets. The experimental results show that the algorithm has high accuracy and real-time performance. © 2022 IEEE.

Weed detection is crucial for the healthy growth of crops, yet existing detection models struggle to perform high-accuracy real-time detection of weeds in natural environments on edge computing devices. This paper introduces EMPA-YOLO, a model designed for rapid, accurate, real-time weed detection on low-performance edge computing devices. It incorporates an efficient multi-scale convolutional structure, C3EMSC, and a lightweight, adaptive weight subsampling layer, LAWDS, into YOLOv5s. Additionally, a logical distillation algorithm, AlignSoftTarget, is proposed for knowledge distillation. Validation on a mixed dataset of crops and weeds showed that EMPA-YOLO improved mAP50 by 11.2%, reduced parameter count by 4.8M, decreased computational load by 8.7GFLOPs, and increased inference frame rate by 58% compared to the original YOLOv5s algorithm. When compared to YOLOv3, YOLOv5s, YOLOv6, YOLOv8s, and RT-DETR, inference speed improved by 89.2%, 60.8%, 77.5%, 76.5%, and 94.7%, respectively, with mean accuracy enhancements of 7.3%, 11.2%, 16.7%, 0.9%, and 1.2%. Real-world testing on edge computing devices met real-time detection requirements, proving its efficacy and practicality in weed detection. © 2024 IEEE.
