Integrated power generation group's participation in the carbon trading market and peaking auxiliary service market is one of the effective ways to promote low carbon power development and wind power consumption. Aiming at the serious problem of wind abandonment during the low temperature period of winter heating period in Northeast China, a multi-market mechanism is proposed. The carbon trading is analysed. Firstly, and the regional peak demand optimization model based on multi-scenario stochastic programming and the maximum wind power acceptance power calculation model of regional power grid is constructed to calculate the peak shaving demand and existing peak shaving in each period of the regional power grid. Maximum wind power acceptance under resources;Based on the coordination of carbon quotas among power generation groups and the subsection compensation mechanism of compensated peak shaving costs, and aiming at the minimum sum of total coal consumption costs, wind abandonment penalties and compensation costs, integrated dispatching model considering carbon trading and peak shaving compensation is established. Finally, an example is given to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed strategy. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Aiming at the problem of getting low resolution image and blurred image during unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) inspection, a super-resolution reconstruction algorithm based on very deep network super resolution (VDSR) is proposed. The algorithm model is composed of deep convolution neural network and residual structure, which is improved on the basis of super resolution convolutional neural network (SRCNN). By deepening the network to 20 layers, the receptive field can be expanded, and the residual structure can be combined to obtain better reconstruction effect. The experimental results show that the proposed super-resolution method based on VDSR has richer texture and more realistic visual effect, with 2.95 dB and 0.037 improvement in PSNR and SSIM compared with the super-resolution methods based on Bicubic Interpolation, Sparse Coding and SRCNN. The proposed algorithm further promotes the theoretical research of inspection image super-resolution, and can be effectively applied to the practical application of power inspection. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Silicone rubber (SIR) has been widely used in the insulation of cable accessories due to its excellent performance. In this paper, pure SIR and nano $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_2 \mathrm{O}_3 / \text{SIR}}$ composites are thermally aged for 0–80 days at $\boldsymbol{200^{\circ} \mathrm{C}}$ . The effects of long-term thermal aging on the space charge transport are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of thermal aging time, the accumulation of heteropolar charge of pure SIR and nano $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}/\text{SIR}}$ composites gradually decreases and changes to the accumulation of homopolar charge. Compared with pure SIR, the space charge accumulation of $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}/\text{SIR}}$ composites decreases significantly and changes little with the increase of thermal aging time. It is believed that when doped nano $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}}$ in SIR, the increase of carrier mobility and the introduction of metal oxides reacting with fallen free radicals to form stable compounds both lead to less space charge accumulation of $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}/\text{SIR}}$ composites.

Accurate forecasting of day-ahead electrical load is a key to optimize the operation of the integrated energy system (IES) and a fundamental function of the cyber-physical system (CPS) of IES. Due to the characteristics of different features, data collected by CPS often have different sampling frequencies, resulting in mining data trends inadequately when making a load forecast. This paper proposes an GRU-based model to combine historical data with different sampling frequencies in forecasting day-ahead building-level load. First, day-level features are clustered by K-means. Hour-levels features are then partitioned according to clustering results and inputted separately into a gated recurrent unit (GRU) based neural network to capture relationships between external features and load fluctuations. The temporal dependencies of minute-level data are captured by the GRU network directly without any external features. Finally, the least square method is used to combine forecasting results at each hour of two models. The simulation results present that the proposed model performs better than a single model when applying to real-world data.

In order to solve the problem of insufficient frequency regulation capacity caused by the large-scale grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) generation, the active power-frequency droop control strategy and virtual inertia control strategy are proposed for single-stage grid-connected PV generation for electromechanical transient analysis. By modifying the control structure of the inverter, PV generation actively got involved in frequency regulation. The simulation results indicate that: the inverter can control the PV array to increase or decrease the active power generated according to the set droop control and virtual inertia control, so as to suppress the drop or rise of the grid frequency;in the dynamic process of frequency, the incremental power of PV generation induced by the dynamic action of the voltage vector of grid connection point is dependent on its virtual inertia control. © 2019 IEEE.

With the development of distributed generations, the related real-time simulation technology has drawn extensive attention. In the distributed generation units, the power electronics are critical parts. In order to better deal with challenges of the large number of power electronic devices connected to the distribution network, this paper presents an embedded real-time simulation model based on associated discrete circuit (ADC) for a three-phase voltage source inverter. This model can be implemented in a field-programmable gate array (FPGA). And the FPGA can reduce the computational burden of power electronics simulation, because of its powerful parallel computing performance. First of all, a grid-connected power electronic inverter with a three phase RL filter model is built based on the ADC modeling approach, which can enhance the small step simulation performance. Secondly, the phase-locked loop technology has been introduced into the system to track the information of the phase angle. Finally, a FPGA based voltage and current double loop control method is presented to ensure the stable operation. The circuit simulation results verify the effectiveness of the scheme. © 2020 The Authors.

The successive commissioning of HVDC projects has enabled many substations or areas to connect with multiple sending ends of HVDC simultaneously, forming a junction area of multiple HVDC sending system. The operation risks in these areas have also changed accordingly. This paper focuses on the safe and stable operation of the junction area of multiple HVDC sending system, analyzing the current operation risks of the junction area and the adaptability of the regional stability control strategies at first. Then, an optimization scheme including regional stability control strategy design and structure configuration for the junction area is put forward, whose feasibility is verified through the stability control system of Huangping area, which is a typical junction area located in the sending ends of Jinguan-Guizhong and Xinsong-Dongfang HVDC. The Successful application in Huangping area also proves that the stability control system optamization scheme for junction area of multiple HVDC sending system proposed in this paper has good completeness and scalability, that is of great significance to the design for the stability control system of similar junction area.

Frequency support scheme based on parametrized power curve for de-loaded wind turbine under various wind speed

With increased wind power penetration in modern power systems, wind plants are required to provide frequency support similar to conventional plants. However, for the existing frequency regulation scheme of wind turbines, the control gains in the auxiliary frequency controller are difficult to set because of the compromise of the frequency regulation performance and the stable operation of wind turbines, especially when the wind speed remains variable. This paper proposes a novel frequency regulation scheme (FRS) for de-loaded wind turbines. Instead of an auxiliary frequency controller, frequency support is provided by modifying the parametrized power versus rotor speed (Pw-ωr) curve, including the inertia power versus rotor speed curve and the droop power versus rotor speed curve. The advantage of the proposed scheme is that it does not contain any control gains and generally adapts to different wind speeds. Further, the proposed scheme can work for the whole section of wind speed without wind speed measurement information. The compared simulation results demonstrate the scheme improves the system frequency response while ensuring the stable operation of doubly-fed induction generators (DFIGs)-based variable-speed wind turbines (VSWTs) under various wind conditions. Furthermore, the scheme prevents rotor speed overdeceleration even when the wind speed decreases during frequency regulation control. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Most of the methods currently used to evaluate the reliability of integrated energy supply mainly consider such systems on a microgrid scale and focus on the effects of interactions among various energy carriers on the overall energy supply reliability of the system. As a result, it is difficult to analyze the system reliability in terms of its topology. Therefore, this paper proposes an approach for evaluating the reliability of a regional integrated energy system based on complex network theory. First, the feasibility of complex network theory application was analyzed based on the structural framework of the regional integrated energy system. Then, a weighted complex network model containing network characteristics was constructed by improving the “distance” parameter in the complex network theory. Employing this model enabled the proposal of reliability evaluation indices, including nodes and the entire system, from the perspective of the system network topology. Finally, the effectiveness and applicability of the developed method were verified by constructing a test system. The application of complex network theory for reliability evaluations of regional integrated energy systems described in this paper provides guidance for planning and constructing future systems at the level of topology reliability.

In this study, the density of metastable He2* in an atmospheric-pressure plasma jet operating in helium with 0.001% nitrogen has been measured using an auxiliary measuring electrode *** the glow discharge mode, waveforms from two grounding electrodes, including one main discharge electrode and one auxiliary electrode, are *** isolated current peak formed by Penning ionization in waveforms from the auxiliary measuring electrode is identified to calculate the density of metastable He2*.In our discharge environment, the helium metastable densities along the jet axis direction are between 2.26×1013 and 1.74×1013 cm-3,which is in good agreement with the results measured by other *** measurement technique can be conveniently applied to the diagnosis of metastable He2* in an atmospheric-pressure plasma jet array.
